Abstract

本发明是采用色蜡热转移方式工作的三元色为调色基础的瓷表面成像色蜡热转印色带。即涂布有瓷用颜料和蜡等混和物色蜡油墨后的薄膜色带,在微机的控制下,采用光热或电热等方式使薄膜一侧的热敏色蜡转移向瓷用贴花膜,再按瓷用贴花工艺烧制出全彩色高清晰的文字和图象,也可转移向其它接受体,使文字图象永不褪色。

Description

瓷表面成像色蜡热转印色带
本发明是采用色蜡热转移方式工作的三元色为调色基础的瓷表面成像色蜡热转印色带。即涂布有瓷用颜料和蜡等混和物色蜡油墨后的薄膜色带,在微机的控制下,采用光热或电热等方式使薄膜一侧的热敏色蜡转移向瓷用贴花膜,再接瓷用贴花工艺烧制出全彩色高清晰的文字和图象,也可转移向其它接受体,使文字图象永不褪色。本发明的色带采用了微米末级的基膜和瓷用颜料及溶液型的印刷涂布工艺,使电脑热转印的清晰度大于600DPI,最高达1200DPI(见附图一)。根据软件,计算机可对文字图象进行编辑美容和修饰等。该色带适配目前已商品化的热敏打印机,可适用于一切在意文字图象永久保存的工艺美术瓷行业、照相图片影印、旅游、民政、电脑等部门的新产品开发。该配方工艺的成功也使开发其它特种热蜡转印式色带变为可能。

内容均已于专利公报上公布。由于国外高质量的全彩色热蜡式打印机问世,本发明色带可配适这种打印机,使电脑瓷表面成像质量达到更高更清晰的商业化水平。但目前国内外热转印打印机的色带均采用有机颜料或热升华染料为主要成色剂耐光性差,更不能用于瓷表面烧制成像。本发明色带开拓了热转印打印机全新的用途领域。当然,采用重金属氧化物为主的瓷用颜料制作色蜡油墨层较之采用有机颜料,在配方及工艺上有更大的难度。这一配方及工艺的成功,也使开发其它用途的热腊转印色带变为可能:如以蜡为连接和转移载体的热蜡转印式色带,可以掺合如磁性、萤光性、示温性等等无机材料,使热转印打印机打出的文字图像具有防伪、夜光、示温等特殊效果。
采用无机材料(除了炭黑)作为热蜡转移打印机的色带之所以有更大的难度,是在于蜡(包括其配载的有机无机材料)在热的作用下由基膜向受体转移,是一个十分精细和复杂的物理过程。为了清晰度,其蜡层和薄膜基片越薄越好,为了显示效果,其由蜡所配载的无机物含量比例越大越好。若要采用溶液型涂料(或俗称其油墨)使蜡层印刷更薄更匀,且不能掺进任何有损于蜡转移因素的材料,这一涂料的各配方分散法十分重要。
本发明的色带其配方及制作工艺过程实施如下:
一、基膜:美国杜帮公司产4μmPET膜,更理想的是3-3.5μm的其它型号的聚酯薄膜。
二、色蜡涂料(油墨)的制作:
1.配方:高熔点混合蜡              15~25份
        改性树脂                  0~6份
        助溶剂、分散剂            4~8份
        瓷用颜料(小于5μm)        40~60份
        混合石油溶剂              200~240份
2.制作:上述投料在反应釜中加热回流溶融混合,转移至球磨机上进一步分散,过滤备用。该涂料的含固量应在30~50%,粘度三号查恩杯20~25秒,低于30℃的室温条件下可长期储而不影响印刷工艺。
3.印刷分切:采用轮转印刷机(也可采用涂刮法滚筒涂布机),在墨斗和墨辊保持在适当的低温下,使油墨均匀地满版转移向基膜,得出初制品。这一工艺较之国外专利中描述的热融棍涂布法,更易获得均匀的薄层色蜡。根据不同的使用要求分切或装盒。
发明人提出本专利色带的使用例两则:
一、热敏打印普通纸传真机
目前的普通纸传真机有激光和喷墨方式两种。价格较贵。热敏式传真机采用热敏变色传真纸,机型简单价格便宜是市场上的大份额。但其记录易退色,不宜存档。发明人数百次成功地尝试了用本发明色带使之置于热敏头与普通记录纸之间,色蜡的正常转移使普通纸上呈现出光亮精细的墨迹。高熔点的蜡及无机颜料组成的墨迹使这一方法的传真件永不褪色。这种方法改型的热敏打印传真机成本不会上升,更可使其记录清晰从目前最高的15.4行/毫米上升至23.6点/毫米以上。
二、全彩色高清晰瓷表面成像
利用美国彭路德P850C或P1200MD彩色打印机,装上本发明的黑、黄、品、青四色色带盒,换用复有贴花膜的记录纸。在微机的控制下,可将输入或储存于内存的文字和图象转移至贴花膜,可按瓷用贴花工艺烧制出全彩色高清晰度的图象。其清晰度完全取决于打印机可达1200×600DPI。根据需要,这一单色带分装的方式使追加特色的瓷用釉彩变得方便:如桃红、硒红等等。这些特殊色不能指望由三元色拼混得以显示。十分有效地克服了国外类似方式的瓷表面成像清晰度低(小于300DPI)黑不足,红不鲜,无法商品化的弊端。本专利色带使中国古老瓷艺完全现代化。

Claims (2)

1,一种热转印色带,蜡状热熔转移油墨层含特性无机物、特别是含特性金属氧化物的热转印色带。其特征是:无机物特别是金属氧化物含磁性、夜光、萤光等性质。该热转印色带在光热或电热作用下转印油墨所形成的文字图像含这些性质,用于防伪识别。
2,权利要求1中金属氧化物包括重金属氧化物为主的瓷用无机颜料。该热转印色带在光热或电热作用下转印油墨所形成的文字图像具有永久显色性,可转移固色于陶瓷等表面,使之永不褪色。
