Description

Transparent repair lip glaze capable of containing suspended matters and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a lip glaze, and especially relates to a transparent repair lip glaze capable of containing suspended matters and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Lip products on the market are of various types at present, many people like to paint lip products with bright colors such as lipstick and lip glaze, the lip skin is lack of water and rough after the colored lip products are used for a long time, and the lip skin is also easy to crack and peel in autumn and winter, so that many people can select lip gloss, lip mask or colorless lip glaze and the like to nourish lips.
Lip care products can be divided into transparent and non-transparent types. For non-transparent products, wax and olefin copolymers are used as main thickeners in the prior art. In the prior art, olefin copolymers such as butylene/ethylene/styrene are used as a main thickener, olefin polymers such as polyisobutylene are used as a viscosity regulator, and a small amount of fumed silica is added as an auxiliary thickener for transparent products.
In the prior art, olefin copolymers such as butylene/ethylene/styrene and the like are mostly needed to be used as main thickeners for preparing the transparent lip glaze, the transparency is good and the thickening effect is achieved after the transparent lip glaze is melted uniformly, but the olefin copolymers such as butylene/ethylene/styrene and the like are derived from petroleum, are not mild enough for lip skin, have irritation, are not good for human health after long-term use, and do not accord with the current main flow directions such as green chemistry, sustainable development and the like.
The viscosity regulator used in the prior art is mainly polyisobutylene polymers, but olefin polymers such as polyisobutylene and the like have high viscosity, but have poor compatibility with common grease, poor compatibility with most skin conditioners and influence on the stability of products.
In the prior art, when the transparent lip glaze is prepared, the fumed silica derived from minerals can only be used as an auxiliary thickening agent and cannot be used as a main thickening agent, and the main reason is that the transparency of the product is reduced if the addition amount of the fumed silica is too large.
In addition, the thickener selected for preparing the transparent lip glaze is mostly finished under the heating condition, the preparation steps are complex, and the energy consumption is high. And the prepared repairing lip product has single common appearance, mostly is opaque paste, and has poor ornamental value.
For example, CN110025505A discloses a transparent lip glaze prepared by using polystyrene/hydrogenated polyisoprene selenium copolymer as a main thickener and silyl silica (fumed silica) as an auxiliary thickener, wherein the fumed silica can only be used as the auxiliary thickener, and the petroleum polystyrene/hydrogenated polyisoprene selenium copolymer is not beneficial to human health.
Therefore, a transparent repair lip glaze with safer components, more diversified appearances and simpler preparation process is urgently needed to meet the market demand.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a transparent repairing lip glaze capable of containing suspended matters, which is prepared by compounding fumed silica serving as a unique thickening agent and a hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer serving as a viscosity regulator according to a certain proportion, so that the transparent lip glaze is more green and safe, has good transparency and ornamental value, moistens lips, is easy to pick up, spread and is not sticky. The preparation process is normal temperature preparation, heating is not needed, energy consumption is low, and the method accords with the main development directions of sustainable development, green chemistry and the like. Various suspended matters can be added into the prepared transparent lip glaze to increase the appearance diversity and the ornamental value of the product, increase the selectivity of consumers and improve the using desire of the consumers on the product.
In one aspect, the invention provides a transparent repair lip glaze capable of placing suspended matters, which comprises a viscosity regulator and a thickening agent, wherein the viscosity regulator is hydrogenated dimer linolyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer.
Hydrogenated dimer dilinoleyl/dimethyl carbonate copolymer having a viscosity of 25000-35000 mPas (25 ℃), obtained by copolymerization of Hydrogenated dimer dilinoleyl carbonate and dimethyl carbonate, from Pasteur, model
Figure BDA0002845084680000021
DC is insoluble in water, is transparent liquid in character, has excellent film forming, dispersing, lubricating and adsorbing performances, is mainly derived from rapeseed, has a moisturizing effect, has good compatibility with most skin conditioners, has stable property, can be used as an emulsion stabilizer, a skin protective agent and a film forming agent, and is commonly used as a waterproof purpose in sunscreen products.
A large number of experiments prove that the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer derived from rapeseeds is a very good raw material for preparing the transparent repair lip glaze, can be compounded with a thickening agent fumed silica to obtain a novel substance which has very high viscosity, is easy to pick up, spread and not sticky, is particularly suitable for preparing the transparent lip glaze, and the prepared transparent lip glaze is more stable, has good transparency, is simple in preparation process, does not need heating, is safer and more environment-friendly, and is obviously superior to an olefin copolymer derived from petroleum.
Further, the thickener is fumed silica.
The transparent lip glaze can keep certain viscosity without a thickening agent in the preparation process, and fumed silica is a good choice. The fumed silica is derived from minerals, and has mild property and no irritation. However, when the viscosity is adjusted by only using fumed silica, the transparency of the prepared lip glaze is very poor, and the transparent lip glaze cannot be prepared. Therefore, it is necessary to find a suitable viscosity modifier for the formulation.
The research group surprisingly finds that the compounding of the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and the fumed silica can achieve the characteristics of higher transparency, high viscosity, easy pickup, easy spreading and no stickiness, and most importantly, the airtight skin feel of a transparent body obtained by compounding the high-viscosity transparent copolymer such as polyisobutylene and other thickeners can be effectively improved.
The transparent repairing lip glaze which is prepared from the non-petroleum thickener and can be used for placing suspended matters can be prepared by taking fumed silica as the only thickener, compounding the fumed silica with the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and matching other colorless transparent grease.
Further, the fumed silica is at least one selected from the group consisting of dimethylsilylated silica and silylated silica.
Further, the fumed silica is more preferably a silica silylate.
The specific surface area of the silica silylate is larger than that of the silica dimethylsilate, the oil and fat adsorption capacity is better, and the material body obtained by compounding the silica silylate with the hydrogenated dimer linolic carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer is more transparent and has better skin feel.
Further, the mass ratio of the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer to the fumed silica is (1-32 parts): (0.1-10 parts).
A large number of experiments prove that the hydrogenated dimeric dienol/dimethyl carbonate copolymer is a transparent copolymer with high viscosity, if the content in the formula is too high, the viscosity is increased, the prepared transparent lip glaze is too sticky, if the content is too small, the viscosity is reduced, and the prepared lip glaze is not good in smearing effect and skin feel; if the fumed silica content is too high, the transparency is lowered, the appearance is greatly impaired, and the use desire of the consumer is impaired, so that the content cannot be too high, but if the content is too low, the viscosity is too low to hold the suspension.
Further, the transparent repair lip glaze also comprises 55-99 parts of oil or mixed oil.
Further, the oil or the mixed oil is at least one selected from transparent oils and fats such as caprylic/capric triglyceride, diisostearyl malate, colorless jojoba oil, octyldodecanol, and ethylhexyl palmitate.
The transparent lip repairing glaze which is good in skin feeling, easy to pick up, easy to spread and not sticky and can be used for placing suspended matters is prepared by combining fumed silica and hydrogenated dimer dienol/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and compounding the fumed silica and at least one of transparent oil and fat such as caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride, diisostearyl malate, colorless jojoba oil, octyldodecanol, ethylhexyl palmitate and the like.
Further, 0.1-3 parts of oil-soluble functional raw materials are also included.
Furthermore, the oil-soluble functional raw material is at least one of an India swertia extract, vitamin A and vitamin E.
After the functional components are added, the prepared transparent repairing lip glaze has corresponding functions, such as diminishing inflammation, reducing lip wrinkles and the like.
Further, the flower cultivation container also comprises suspended matters, wherein the suspended matters are at least one selected from petals, gold foil and particles.
Of course, any substance having the function of decorating lips can be used for the suspension according to the invention, and it is within the scope of the invention.
If the gold foil is suspended on the transparent lip glaze, the gold foil can flash after being coated, so that the transparent lip glaze has not only the repairing effect, but also the appearance with ornamental value.
In another aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing the transparent repair lip glaze capable of containing suspended matters, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) 1-32 parts of hydrogenated dimer linoleol carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and 55-99 parts of oil or mixed oil are mixed uniformly;
(2) adding 0.1-10 parts of fumed silica, uniformly stirring and grinding;
(3) adding 0.1-3 parts of oil-soluble functional raw materials, and uniformly stirring;
(4) adding a proper amount of suspended matters, slowly stirring, vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain the transparent repairing lip glaze containing the suspended matters.
Further, the grinding in step (3) may be performed by using a three-roll mill.
In a further aspect, the present invention provides the use of a hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer in the preparation of a clear repair lip enamel in which a suspension may be placed.
In a further aspect, the present invention provides the use of a mixture comprising a hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and fumed silica in the preparation of a transparent repair lip glaze on which a suspension can be placed.
Further, the fumed silica is selected from at least one of dimethylsilylated silica and silylated silica.
Further, the mass ratio of the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer to the fumed silica is (1-32 parts): (0.1-10 parts).
Has the advantages that:
1. the fumed silica is used as a unique thickening agent, the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer is used as a viscosity regulator, and the two are compounded in a certain proportion, so that the transparent lip glaze which is good in transparency, easy to pick up, easy to spread and not sticky is prepared;
2. a petroleum thickener is not needed, so that the environment is more green and environment-friendly, and the method is safe and nontoxic and accords with the sustainable development concept;
3. can be prepared at normal temperature, has simple operation, reduces energy consumption, and accords with the main development directions of sustainable development, green chemistry and the like.
4. Various suspended matters can be added into the prepared transparent lip glaze to increase the appearance diversity and the ornamental value of the product, increase the selectivity of consumers and improve the using desire of the consumers on the product.

EXAMPLE 1 Effect of hydrodimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and olefin copolymer on the preparation of clear lip gloss
The present example was tested using four sets of formulations, respectively, wherein,
a first group: the preparation method comprises the following steps of manually stirring and uniformly mixing 28 parts of hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer, 10 parts of caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride, 20 parts of diisostearyl malate, 10 parts of colorless jojoba oil, 15 parts of octyldodecanol and 5 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate to prepare a phase A, adding 8 parts of silica silylate, grinding the mixture once by using a three-roll machine, adding 1 part of India swertia extract, 1 part of vitamin A, 1 part of vitamin E and 1 part of gold foil, and uniformly stirring.
Second group: heating 10 parts of hydrogenated styrene/isoprene polymer, 18 parts of polyisobutylene, 10 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 20 parts of diisostearyl malate, 10 parts of colorless jojoba oil, 15 parts of octyldodecanol and 5 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate to about 100 ℃, stirring and melting uniformly to prepare a phase A, adding 8 parts of silica silylate, grinding once by using a three-roll mill, adding 1 part of extractive solution of India swertia, 1 part of vitamin A, 1 part of vitamin E and 1 part of gold foil, and stirring uniformly.
Third group: heating 28 parts of hydrogenated styrene/isoprene polymer, 10 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 20 parts of diisostearyl malate, 10 parts of colorless jojoba oil, 15 parts of octyldodecanol and 5 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate to about 100 ℃, uniformly stirring and melting to obtain phase A, adding 8 parts of silica silylate, grinding by using a three-roll machine, adding 1 part of extractive solution of India swertia, 1 part of vitamin A, 1 part of vitamin E and 1 part of gold foil, and uniformly stirring.
And a fourth group: manually stirring 28 parts of polyisobutylene, 10 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 20 parts of diisostearyl malate, 10 parts of colorless jojoba oil, 15 parts of octyldodecanol and 5 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate for a period of time until uniform to prepare a phase A, adding 8 parts of silica silylate, grinding the mixture once by using a three-roll mill, adding 1 part of India swertia extract, 1 part of vitamin A, 1 part of vitamin E and 1 part of gold foil, and uniformly stirring.
In the process of preparing the phase A of the transparent lip glaze by the four groups of formulas, the first group can be uniformly stirred only in a short time, the second group and the third group can be uniformly stirred by heating, and the fourth group can be uniformly stirred for a long time. Performing performance detection on the prepared transparent repair lip glaze, wherein an ultraviolet spectrophotometer is adopted to detect absorbance to represent transparency, the higher the absorbance is, the lower the transparency is proved, an instrument is purchased from Agilent Technologies Cary60UV-Vis, and the detection wavelength is selected to be 258 nm; the stability test refers to that the lip glaze is placed in a constant temperature cabinet with the temperature of 18 ℃ below zero, 4 ℃, 25 ℃, 40 ℃ and 48 ℃ for three months and one month under the circulating condition, and whether the abnormal phenomena such as turbidity, deterioration and the like occur or not is observed; the results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 Effect of hydrogenated Dioleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and olefin copolymer on the preparation of clear lip gloss
Figure BDA0002845084680000061
As can be seen from Table 1, the transparent lip glaze prepared by compounding the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and silicon dioxide has the lowest absorbance and the highest transparency, is more transparent than the transparent lip glaze prepared by the olefin copolymer, and is more suitable for preparing the transparent lip glaze.
When petroleum olefin polymers are adopted in the second, third and fourth groups, the compatibility is poor, the stirring time is long, even heating and stirring are needed, and the phenomenon of obvious uneven dispersion is shown in the stirring process, so that the prepared lip glaze has the problem of uneven component distribution (the problem of uneven components can always exist because the finished product is transparent and cannot be seen in appearance), and when the lip glaze is coated on lips, the lip glaze has thick greasy feeling and poor skin feeling because of poor air permeability.
When the first group adopts the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer, the transparent lip glaze is prepared without heating, the preparation process is simple, and the transparent lip glaze can be prepared only by manually stirring for 20S due to good compatibility of the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and other components without heating, so that the prepared transparent lip glaze is more uniform and stable, and when the transparent lip glaze is coated on lips, the transparent lip glaze is lighter, more transparent and more comfortable in feeling and better in skin feel due to better air permeability; the viscosity is proper, and suspended matters are easy to place; meanwhile, the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer is mainly from rapeseeds, is greener and safer, and is obviously superior to the olefin copolymer from petroleum.

As can be seen from Table 2, example 2, which contained only 36 parts of the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and no fumed silica (silica silylate), produced lip gloss having very good transparency but inferior in all of the moisturizing property, pick-up property, spreadability, sticky feeling, suspensibility, low in viscosity of only 1024cp, and the suspended gold foil was liable to settle.
Example 3 containing only fumed silica without hydrogenating the dioleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer produced lip gloss with very high viscosity of 10133cp but high absorbance, non-transparent appearance, hard to discern even with suspended gold foil appearance, and low in wettability, pick-up, spreadability, and slimy feel scores and was not useful for preparing clear repair lip gloss to hold suspended solids.
In example 4, lip glaze is prepared only by using the mixed oil without adding the hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and the fumed silica, and although the prepared lip glaze has good transparency, spreadability and sticky feeling, the viscosity is very low, only 544cp can not suspend the gold foil, the use effect is seriously influenced, the moistening degree is poor, and the whole use experience is poor.
In examples 5 to 8, lip enamel is prepared by compounding hydrogenated dimer linoleyl carbonate/dimethyl carbonate copolymer and fumed silica, so that the amount of the lip enamel is obviously increased, the lip enamel has proper viscosity (2300-5000cp), can stably suspend a gold foil, has certain transparency and brings good appearance, and the lip enamel has good wettability, adhesiveness, spreadability, sticky feeling and suspensibility and better overall use experience. The best overall score was example 7, the most preferred formulation.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
