本发明涉及制动卡钳的领域,具体涉及一种轮毂电机用的便于更换摩擦片的制动卡钳。
背景技术
众所周知,汽车摩擦片是一个在汽车正常使用周期里也会更换的零件。现有的制动卡钳主要包括钳体、轴销、支架,钳体内设有用于放置活塞的缸孔,钳体通过轴销与支架相连,支架上设置安装有摩擦片的弹簧片,钳体与支架开口方向为制动盘径向向外,制动钳总成可呈反向安装在轮毂电机专用的环形制动盘上,摩擦片依靠弹簧片的支撑滑动,用于从制动盘内圈施加制动力,整体结构简单紧凑。现有方案如果要更换摩擦片必须将卡钳总成整体拆卸下来才可以更换,而由于悬架结构限制,在整车装配后只有将整个轮毂电机角总成拆卸下才能拆卸卡钳总成,而电机上有许多线束,这对摩擦片的更换造成了极大的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种轮毂电机用的便于更换摩擦片的制动卡钳。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种轮毂电机用的便于更换摩擦片的制动卡钳,主要包括钳体、活塞、矩形密封圈、活塞防尘罩、内摩擦片、外摩擦片、支架、轴销套端盖、轴销套、轴销、弹簧片、放气螺钉罩、放气螺钉,钳体内的缸孔里配合安装活塞,活塞与钳体间设置有矩形密封圈和活塞防尘罩,钳体通过两侧的轴销与支架连接,轴销外径套装有轴销套,轴销套顶部安装轴销套端盖,支架上设置安装有内摩擦片、外摩擦片,内摩擦片、外摩擦片连接有弹簧片,钳体上连接有放气螺钉,放气螺钉配套有放气螺钉罩。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明是一种轮毂电机用的浮钳盘式制动器总成结构,实现了在不拆卸轮毂电机角总成和圆环形制动盘的情况下拆卸、更换摩擦片,解决摩擦片更换的困难,对轮毂电机的量产有着重要的意义。

本发明更换内摩擦片5和外摩擦片6时,打开轴销套端盖8,将轴销10从支架7上拧下来,通过支架7与钳体1之间的间隙将钳体1拿出,然后即可更换内摩擦片5和外摩擦片6。
