Abstract

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种应用范围更广、有效提升耐热温度的耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜及其制备方法。该复合膜包括从外层到里层依次复合的耐高温层、金属层、阻气阻氧层、热封层,耐高温层由聚酰亚胺薄膜层制成,金属层由铝箔层制成,阻气阻氧层由镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜层、尼龙膜层、镀铝乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物膜层、流延聚丙烯薄膜层、高阻隔性透明薄膜层其中的一种或多种复合在一起制成,热封层由聚乙烯层制成。该复合膜的最外层采用聚酰亚胺薄膜,有突出的耐高温、耐辐射、耐化学腐蚀和电绝缘性能,其次聚酰亚胺薄膜与铝箔复合,强化了整体膜材的耐辐射性和阻气性能,大大延长了其使用寿命。适合在真空绝热领域推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及真空绝热领域,具体涉及一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
真空绝热板(VIP板)是英文Vacuum Insulation Panel的简称,是真空保温材料中的一种,是由填充芯材与真空保护表层复合而成,它有效地避免空气对流引起的热传递,因此导热系数可大幅度降低,低至0.0015w/m.k,并且不含有任何ODS材料,具有环保和高效节能的特性,是目前世界上最先进的高效保温材料。
真空绝热板一般包括芯材、真空阻隔复合膜和吸附剂,吸附剂放置于芯材内,真空阻隔膜包裹芯材,经真空封装后成真空绝热板。现有的阻隔膜中最常见结构为:1.从里到外(将阻隔膜制作成VIP阻隔袋时,PE作为热封层,在阻隔袋内侧)依次设置一层聚乙烯(PE)膜、一层铝(AL)箔,一层镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(MPET)膜,一层尼龙(NY)膜,即PE/AL/MPET/NY;2.CF12/NY15/MEVOH12/PE503.MPET12/MPET12/MPET12/PE50.MPET12/MPET12/PA15/MEVOH12/PE50 5.CF12/NY15/MEVOH12/PE50。以上结构组成的真空复合膜存在以下问题:其制作成的真空绝热板使用温度均≤80℃,瞬间最大耐热温度只有180℃。
对于真空绝热板来说,其优异的绝热性能适合应用于所有隔热保温领域,然而受其使用温度的限制,目前只能应用于冰箱、冷柜、热水器等家电领域和集装箱、冷藏箱等冷链物流,无法用于冶炼、航空航天、化工等保温隔热上,为了拓展真空绝热板的应用领域,需要从解决其使用环境限制,延长寿命方面入手。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种应用范围更广、有效提升耐热温度的耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,包括从外层到里层依次复合的耐高温层、金属层、阻气阻氧层、热封层,所述阻气阻氧层通过粘结剂热压复合在热封层的外侧,所述金属层通过粘结剂热压复合在阻气阻氧层的外侧,所述耐高温层通过粘结剂热压复合在金属层的外侧;所述耐高温层由聚酰亚胺薄膜层制成,所述金属层由铝箔层制成,所述阻气阻氧层由镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜层、尼龙膜层、镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜层、流延聚丙烯薄膜层、高阻隔性透明薄膜层其中的一种或多种复合在一起制成,所述热封层由聚乙烯层制成。
进一步的是,所述粘结剂为水溶性胶水。
进一步的是,所述聚酰亚胺薄膜的厚度为1-50μm;所述铝箔层的厚度为1-12μm,所述镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层的厚度为1-30μm,所述尼龙层的厚度为1-50μm,所述镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为1-30μm,所述流延聚丙烯薄膜层的厚度为1-35μm,所述高阻隔性透明薄膜层的厚度为1-35μm,所述聚乙烯层的厚度为1-80μm。
进一步的是,一种上述耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A.准备聚酰亚胺薄膜层并制备成耐高温层,准备铝箔层并制备成金属层,准备镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜层、尼龙膜层、镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜层、流延聚丙烯薄膜层、高阻隔性透明薄膜层其中的一种或多种并制备成阻气阻氧层,准备聚乙烯层并制备成热封层;
B.将步骤A中得到的耐高温层通过粘结剂热压复合在金属层的外侧,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给耐高温层与金属层之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给耐高温层与金属层施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第一复合膜层;
C.将步骤B中得到的第一复合膜层通过粘结剂热压复合在阻气阻氧层的外侧且金属层与阻气阻氧层相邻,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给第一复合膜层与阻气阻氧层之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给第一复合膜层与阻气阻氧层施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第二复合膜层;
D.将步骤C中得到的第二复合膜层通过粘结剂热压复合在热封层的外侧且阻气阻氧层与热封层相邻,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给第二复合膜层与热封层之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给第二复合膜层与热封层施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第三复合膜层;
E.将步骤D中得到的第三复合膜层放入保温室进行保温处理后得到耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜。
进一步的是,所述步骤B中的粘结剂的工作浓度为30-65%,复合辊的温度为61-100℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-100℃。
进一步的是,所述步骤C中的粘结剂的工作浓度为50-65%,复合辊的温度为61-65℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-100℃。
进一步的是,所述步骤D中的粘结剂的工作浓度为50-65%,复合辊的温度为30-65℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-80℃。
进一步的是,所述步骤E中的保温处理的温度为30-80℃。
进一步的是,一种上述耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的制备方法的步骤中,所述粘结剂为水溶性胶水。

本发明的有益效果:该一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的耐高温层采用聚酰亚胺薄膜,有突出的耐高温、耐辐射、耐化学腐蚀和电绝缘性能,可在250~280℃空气中长期使用,短时可达到400℃的高温,大大拓宽了其使用范围和应用领域;其次聚酰亚胺薄膜与铝箔复合,强化了整体膜材的耐辐射性和阻气性能,大大延长了其使用寿命。

作为优选的,所述粘结剂为水溶性胶水
一种上述耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A.准备聚酰亚胺薄膜层并制备成耐高温层1,准备铝箔层并制备成金属层2,准备镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜层、尼龙膜层、镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜层、流延聚丙烯薄膜层、高阻隔性透明薄膜层其中的一种或多种并制备成阻气阻氧层3,准备聚乙烯层并制备成热封层4;
B.将步骤A中得到的耐高温层1通过粘结剂热压复合在金属层2的外侧,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给耐高温层1与金属层2之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给耐高温层1与金属层2施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第一复合膜层;
C.将步骤B中得到的第一复合膜层通过粘结剂热压复合在阻气阻氧层3的外侧且金属层2与阻气阻氧层3相邻,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给第一复合膜层与阻气阻氧层3之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给第一复合膜层与阻气阻氧层3施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第二复合膜层;
D.将步骤C中得到的第二复合膜层通过粘结剂热压复合在热封层4的外侧且阻气阻氧层3与热封层4相邻,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给第二复合膜层与热封层4之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给第二复合膜层与热封层4施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第三复合膜层;
E.将步骤D中得到的第三复合膜层放入保温室进行保温处理后得到耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜。
作为优选的,所述步骤B中的粘结剂的工作浓度为30-65%,复合辊的温度为61-100℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-100℃。
作为优选的,所述步骤C中的粘结剂的工作浓度为50-65%,复合辊的温度为61-65℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-100℃。
作为优选的,所述步骤D中的粘结剂的工作浓度为50-65%,复合辊的温度为30-65℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-80℃。
作为优选的,所述步骤E中的保温处理的温度为30-80℃。
一种上述耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的制备方法的步骤中,作为优选的,所述粘结剂为水溶性胶水。
一种上述耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的制备方法的步骤中,作为优选的,所述聚酰亚胺薄膜的厚度为1-50μm;所述铝箔层的厚度为1-12μm,所述镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层的厚度为1-30μm,所述尼龙层的厚度为1-50μm,所述镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为1-30μm,所述流延聚丙烯薄膜层的厚度为1-35μm,所述高阻隔性透明薄膜层的厚度为1-35μm,所述聚乙烯层的厚度为1-80μm。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,其特征在于:包括从外层到里层依次复合的耐高温层(1)、金属层(2)、阻气阻氧层(3)、热封层(4),所述阻气阻氧层(3)通过粘结剂热压复合在热封层(4)的外侧,所述金属层(2)通过粘结剂热压复合在阻气阻氧层(3)的外侧,所述耐高温层(1)通过粘结剂热压复合在金属层(2)的外侧;所述耐高温层(1)由聚酰亚胺薄膜层制成,所述金属层(2)由铝箔层制成,所述阻气阻氧层(3)由镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜层、尼龙膜层、镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜层、流延聚丙烯薄膜层、高阻隔性透明薄膜层其中的一种或多种复合在一起制成,所述热封层(4)由聚乙烯层制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为水溶性胶水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,其特征在于:所述聚酰亚胺薄膜的厚度为1-50μm;所述铝箔层的厚度为1-12μm,所述镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层的厚度为1-30μm,所述尼龙层的厚度为1-50μm,所述镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为1-30μm,所述流延聚丙烯薄膜层的厚度为1-35μm,所述高阻隔性透明薄膜层的厚度为1-35μm,所述聚乙烯层的厚度为1-80μm。
4.一种权利要求1所述的耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A.准备聚酰亚胺薄膜层并制备成耐高温层(1),准备铝箔层并制备成金属层(2),准备镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜层、尼龙膜层、镀铝乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜层、流延聚丙烯薄膜层、高阻隔性透明薄膜层其中的一种或多种并制备成阻气阻氧层(3),准备聚乙烯层并制备成热封层(4);
B.将步骤A中得到的耐高温层(1)通过粘结剂热压复合在金属层(2)的外侧,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给耐高温层(1)与金属层(2)之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给耐高温层(1)与金属层(2)施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第一复合膜层;
C.将步骤B中得到的第一复合膜层通过粘结剂热压复合在阻气阻氧层(3)的外侧且金属层(2)与阻气阻氧层(3)相邻,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给第一复合膜层与阻气阻氧层(3)之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给第一复合膜层与阻气阻氧层(3)施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第二复合膜层;
D.将步骤C中得到的第二复合膜层通过粘结剂热压复合在热封层(4)的外侧且阻气阻氧层(3)与热封层(4)相邻,其中所述热压复合过程为:先给第二复合膜层与热封层(4)之间添加粘接剂,然后加热复合辊至合适的温度,然后通过复合辊给第二复合膜层与热封层(4)施加合适的压力,同时给予二者一定的运转限线速度通过复合辊,然后将其经过干燥得到第三复合膜层;
E.将步骤D中得到的第三复合膜层放入保温室进行保温处理后得到耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B中的粘结剂的工作浓度为30-65%,复合辊的温度为61-100℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-100℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述步骤C中的粘结剂的工作浓度为50-65%,复合辊的温度为61-65℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-100℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述步骤D中的粘结剂的工作浓度为50-65%,复合辊的温度为30-65℃,复合辊压力为0.1-0.98MPa,运转线速度为60-100m/min,干燥温度为50-80℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述步骤E中的保温处理的温度为30-80℃。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐高温的真空阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为水溶性胶水。
