Abstract
本发明涉及内衬垫板技术领域,且公开了一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法,包括耐候层、高阻隔层、连接层、基材层与热封层,所述耐候层、高阻隔层、连接层、基材层与热封层从上到下依次相邻,所述基材层由双向拉伸尼龙薄膜制成的A层与PA6纳米纤维薄膜制成的B层组成,所述A层设置在B层的上方。该一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法,通过将PA6、PET经过合理的配比,并添加的纳米二氧化硅,在提升拉升强度的同时,也增加了复合膜的阻隔性能,不但使复合膜的拉伸强度提高,高阻隔层具有很好阻氧性及抗菌特性,在较大幅度的降低材料的成本的同时,提升复合膜的拉升强度与阻氧抗菌性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及内衬垫板技术领域,具体为一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法。
背景技术
在现有的内衬垫板中,大多使用PVDC涂层、含铝箔的复合膜、EVOH等做高阻隔层,但这些材料都具有一定的缺陷:PVDC环保性差,不利于后续的回收处理;含铝箔复合膜的耐揉折性和韧性不好,易产生缺陷,影响其阻隔性;EVOH价格昂贵,不易共挤加工;PVA是一种绿色环保材料,具有很好的阻氧效果,但不耐水。
为此,我们提出一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,包括耐候层、高阻隔层、连接层、基材层与热封层,所述耐候层、高阻隔层、连接层、基材层与热封层从上到下依次相邻;
所述基材层由双向拉伸尼龙薄膜制成的A层与PA6纳米纤维薄膜制成的B层组成,所述A层设置在B层的上方;
所述A层由58~64%的PA6、20%~25%的PET、5~6%的相容剂、0.5~1.0%的成核剂、0.3~1%的爽滑剂、0.5~0.8%的润滑剂、0.3~0.5%的抗氧剂、0.5%~3%的纳米无机盐组成;
所述B层由添加0.1~0.5%的气相纳米二氧化硅的PA6甲酸溶液静电纺丝而成。
优选的,所述耐候层是以改性PA6为基材并添加耐老化、抗紫外、能提高机械性能的纳米级材料制成,所述耐候层的厚度为15~20μm。
优选的,所述高阻隔层由细菌阻隔层、水阻隔层与气体阻隔层组成,上至下依次为细菌阻隔层、水阻隔层与气体阻隔层组成,所述水阻隔层与气体阻隔层是以改性PA6为基材并分别添加疏水阻水与增加阻气性的纳米级分子材料制成,所述细菌阻隔层由0.5%~2.5%的无机抗菌剂和97.5%~99.5%的耐水改性PVA乳液组成,所述细菌阻隔层的厚度为1~5μm,所述水阻隔层与气体阻隔层的厚度为10~20μm。
优选的,所述连接层为马来酸酐改性无规聚丙烯、马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸酯、乙烯丙烯酸甲酯、水性聚氨酯中的至少一种,所述连接层的厚度不大于2μm。
优选的,所述热封层由CPP或LLDPE中的一种组成,厚度不大于30μm。
优选的,所述相容剂使用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物。
优选的,所述成核剂使用尺寸为20~100nm的纳米二氧化硅。
优选的,所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺,所述爽滑剂由十八烷基芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、有机硅油中的一种或几种组成。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类和硫代酯类抗氧剂的混合物。
一种根据如上任意所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板的制备工艺,包括以下步骤
步骤A:制备基材层
A1:将PA6、PET经过110°C干燥5小时,水分质量含量保证在0.05%以下,将干燥好的PA6、PET倒入高速混合机中,低速搅拌,搅拌同时加入相容剂、成核剂、爽滑剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂以及纳米无机盐,低速搅拌2分钟后,转成高速搅拌,待高速混合机内部温度达到45°C后再搅拌2分钟;最后将搅拌混合好的原料经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、铸片,得到由PA6、PET组成的厚片,得到的厚片经水槽调湿后,进行同步双向拉伸,得到A层坯膜;
A2:将PA6粒料与甲酸混合,50 ℃下加热搅拌配制质量分数为20%的PA6溶液,然后再向溶液中加入气相纳米二氧化硅,采用超声波分散处理2 h,得到均匀混合溶液,将配好的溶液进行静电纺丝,得到成卷的B层坯膜,60°C~C80°C真空干燥10~15h,去掉B层坯膜上残留的有机溶剂;
A3:在A层坯膜与B层坯膜之间涂布粘接剂后,先通过100~120°C辊热压成型,得到基材层坯膜;
步骤B:制备耐候层与高阻隔层
B1:将改性PA6与耐老化、抗紫外、能提高机械性能的纳米级材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到耐候层母粒;
B2:将改性PA6与疏水阻水与增加阻气性的纳米级分子材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到水阻隔层母粒;B3:将改性PA6与阻气性的纳米级分子材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到气体阻隔层母粒;
B4:将水阻隔层母粒与气体阻隔层母粒投入挤出机,通过熔融共挤、铸片,得到由水阻隔层与气体阻隔层组成的厚片,将厚片进行同步双向拉伸、定型,然后在水阻隔层上涂布抗菌涂布液,进入烘箱烘干,得到高阻隔层坯膜,耐候层母粒经挤出机熔融、挤出、铸片、拉伸得到耐候层坯膜;
步骤C:将耐候层坯膜、高阻隔层坯膜、连接层薄膜、基材层坯膜与热封层薄膜从上至下依次排布,经胶黏剂复合,在45°C下熟化42h,得到双向拉伸高阻隔PA6纳米复合膜。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法,具备以下有益效果:
该一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法,通过将PA6、PET经过合理的配比,并添加各种添加剂进行协同作用,在基材层的A层中,使得A层能够保持膜用尼龙的基本性能,同时加入大量的PET,通过添加相容剂,可以在各个添加剂合适比例协同作用下,在PET与PA6之间起到表面活性剂的作用,促进PET与PA6之间的结合,不但使复合膜的拉伸强度提高,还可以较大幅度的降低材料的成本,进而具有更大的市场竞争优势。
该一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法,通过向A层与B层的原料中添加二氧化硅,使得A层与B层的拉伸强度得到大幅度的提升,进而使得整个PA6纳米复合膜的强度得到提升,同时,添加的二氧化硅填充A层与B层材料之间的缝隙小孔,在提升拉升强度的同时,也增加了复合膜的阻隔性能。
该一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板及其加工方法,通过添加水阻隔层与气体阻隔层组成后,复合膜阻隔性明显提高,使得复合膜的水分子透过率与氧气透过率大大降低,而细菌阻隔层使用的添加无机抗菌剂的耐水改性PVA乳液具有很好阻氧性,及抗菌特性。

实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,包括耐候层1、高阻隔层2、连接层3、基材层4与热封层5,耐候层1、高阻隔层2、连接层3、基材层4与热封层5从上到下依次相邻;
基材层4由双向拉伸尼龙薄膜制成的A层41与PA6纳米纤维薄膜制成的B层42组成,A层41设置在B层42的上方;
A层41由58~64%的PA6、20%~25%的PET、5~6%的相容剂、0.5~1.0%的成核剂、0.3~1%的爽滑剂、0.5~0.8%的润滑剂、0.3~0.5%的抗氧剂、0.5%~3%的纳米无机盐组成;
B层42由添加0.1~0.5%的气相纳米二氧化硅的PA6甲酸溶液静电纺丝而成。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,耐候层1是以改性PA6为基材并添加耐老化、抗紫外、能提高机械性能的纳米级材料制成,耐候层1的厚度为15~20μm。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,高阻隔层2由细菌阻隔层21、水阻隔层22与气体阻隔层23组成,上至下依次为细菌阻隔层21、水阻隔层22与气体阻隔层23组成,水阻隔层22与气体阻隔层23是以改性PA6为基材并分别添加疏水阻水与增加阻气性的纳米级分子材料制成,细菌阻隔层21由0.5%~2.5%的无机抗菌剂和97.5%~99.5%的耐水改性PVA乳液组成,细菌阻隔层21的厚度为1~5μm,水阻隔层22与气体阻隔层23的厚度为10~20μm。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,连接层3为马来酸酐改性无规聚丙烯、马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸酯、乙烯丙烯酸甲酯、水性聚氨酯中的至少一种,连接层3的厚度不大于2μm。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,热封层5由CPP或LLDPE中的一种组成,厚度不大于30μm。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,相容剂使用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,成核剂使用尺寸为20~100nm的纳米二氧化硅。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺,爽滑剂由十八烷基芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、有机硅油中的一种或几种组成。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类和硫代酯类抗氧剂的混合物。
一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板的制备工艺,包括以下步骤
步骤A:制备基材层4
A1:将PA6、PET经过110°C干燥5小时,水分质量含量保证在0.05%以下,将干燥好的PA6、PET倒入高速混合机中,低速搅拌,搅拌同时加入相容剂、成核剂、爽滑剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂以及纳米无机盐,低速搅拌2分钟后,转成高速搅拌,待高速混合机内部温度达到45°C后再搅拌2分钟;最后将搅拌混合好的原料经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、铸片,得到由PA6、PET组成的厚片,得到的厚片经水槽调湿后,进行同步双向拉伸,得到A层41坯膜;
A2:将PA6粒料与甲酸混合,50 ℃下加热搅拌配制质量分数为20%的PA6溶液,然后再向溶液中加入气相纳米二氧化硅,采用超声波分散处理2 h,得到均匀混合溶液,将配好的溶液进行静电纺丝,得到成卷的B层42坯膜,60°C~C80°C真空干燥10~15h,去掉B层42坯膜上残留的有机溶剂;
A3:在A层41坯膜与B层42坯膜之间涂布粘接剂后,先通过100~120°C辊热压成型,得到基材层4坯膜;
步骤B:制备耐候层1与高阻隔层2
B1:将改性PA6与耐老化、抗紫外、能提高机械性能的纳米级材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到耐候层1母粒;
B2:将改性PA6与疏水阻水与增加阻气性的纳米级分子材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到水阻隔层22母粒;B3:将改性PA6与阻气性的纳米级分子材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到气体阻隔层23母粒;
B4:将水阻隔层22母粒与气体阻隔层23母粒投入挤出机,通过熔融共挤、铸片,得到由水阻隔层22与气体阻隔层23组成的厚片,将厚片进行同步双向拉伸、定型,然后在水阻隔层22上涂布抗菌涂布液,进入烘箱烘干,得到高阻隔层2坯膜,耐候层1母粒经挤出机熔融、挤出、铸片、拉伸得到耐候层1坯膜;
步骤C:将耐候层1坯膜、高阻隔层2坯膜、连接层3薄膜、基材层4坯膜与热封层5薄膜从上至下依次排布,经胶黏剂复合,在45°C下熟化42h,得到双向拉伸高阻隔PA6纳米复合膜。
需要说明的是,具体实施例1~3与对比例1~2的原料配比(质量百分数)见表一;

将实施例与对比例制得的样品进行相关测试,测试结果如表二所示;

结合表一与表二的数据可知,通过将PA6、PET经过合理的配比,并添加各种添加剂进行协同作用,在基材层4的A层41中,使得A层41能够保持膜用尼龙的基本性能,同时加入大量的PET,通过添加相容剂,可以在各个添加剂合适比例协同作用下,在PET与PA6之间起到表面活性剂的作用,促进PET与PA6之间的结合,不但使复合膜的拉伸强度提高,还可以较大幅度的降低材料的成本,进而具有更大的市场竞争优势,通过向A层41与B层42的原料中添加二氧化硅,使得A层41与B层42的拉伸强度得到大幅度的提升,进而使得整个PA6纳米复合膜的强度得到提升,同时,添加的二氧化硅填充A层41与B层42材料之间的缝隙小孔,在提升拉升强度的同时,也增加了复合膜的阻隔性能,添加水阻隔层22与气体阻隔层23组成后,复合膜阻隔性明显提高,使得复合膜的水分子透过率与氧气透过率大大降低,而细菌阻隔层21使用的添加无机抗菌剂的耐水改性PVA乳液具有很好阻氧性,及抗菌特性。

1.一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,包括耐候层(1)、高阻隔层(2)、连接层(3)、基材层(4)与热封层(5),其特征在于:所述耐候层(1)、高阻隔层(2)、连接层(3)、基材层(4)与热封层(5)从上到下依次相邻;
所述基材层(4)由双向拉伸尼龙薄膜制成的A层(41)与PA6纳米纤维薄膜制成的B层(42)组成,所述A层(41)设置在B层(42)的上方;
所述A层(41)由58~64%的PA6、20%~25%的PET、5~6%的相容剂、0.5~1.0%的成核剂、0.3~1%的爽滑剂、0.5~0.8%的润滑剂、0.3~0.5%的抗氧剂、0.5%~3%的纳米无机盐组成;
所述B层(42)由添加0.1~0.5%的气相纳米二氧化硅的PA6甲酸溶液静电纺丝而成;
所述高阻隔层(2)由细菌阻隔层(21)、水阻隔层(22)与气体阻隔层(23)组成,上至下依次为细菌阻隔层(21)、水阻隔层(22)与气体阻隔层(23)组成,所述水阻隔层(22)与气体阻隔层(23)是以改性PA6为基材并分别添加疏水阻水与增加阻气性的纳米级分子材料制成,所述细菌阻隔层(21)由0.5%~2.5%的无机抗菌剂和97.5%~99.5%的耐水改性PVA乳液组成,所述细菌阻隔层(21)的厚度为1~5μm,所述水阻隔层(22)与气体阻隔层(23)的厚度为10~20μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,其特征在于:所述耐候层(1)是以改性PA6为基材并添加耐老化、抗紫外、能提高机械性能的纳米级材料制成,所述耐候层(1)的厚度为15~20μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,其特征在于:所述连接层(3)为马来酸酐改性无规聚丙烯、马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸酯、乙烯丙烯酸甲酯、水性聚氨酯中的至少一种,所述连接层(3)的厚度不大于2μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,其特征在于:所述热封层(5)由CPP或LLDPE中的一种组成,厚度不大于30μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,其特征在于:所述相容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,其特征在于:所述成核剂为尺寸为20~100nm的纳米二氧化硅。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺,所述爽滑剂由十八烷基芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、有机硅油中的一种或几种组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类和硫代酯类抗氧剂的混合物。
9.一种根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种手提式电锯用易于装配的内衬垫板的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤
步骤A:制备基材层(4)
A1:将PA6、PET经过110°C干燥5小时,水分质量含量保证在0.05%以下,将干燥好的PA6、PET倒入高速混合机中,低速搅拌,搅拌同时加入相容剂、成核剂、爽滑剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂以及纳米无机盐,低速搅拌2分钟后,转成高速搅拌,待高速混合机内部温度达到45°C后再搅拌2分钟;最后将搅拌混合好的原料经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、铸片,得到由PA6、PET组成的厚片,得到的厚片经水槽调湿后,进行同步双向拉伸,得到A层(41)坯膜;
A2:将PA6粒料与甲酸混合,50 ℃下加热搅拌配制质量分数为20%的PA6溶液,然后再向溶液中加入气相纳米二氧化硅,采用超声波分散处理2 h,得到均匀混合溶液,将配好的溶液进行静电纺丝,得到成卷的B层(42)坯膜,60°C~80°C真空干燥10~15h,去掉B层(42)坯膜上残留的有机溶剂;
A3:在A层(41)坯膜与B层(42)坯膜之间涂布粘接剂后,先通过100~120°C辊热压成型,得到基材层(4)坯膜;
步骤B:制备耐候层(1)与高阻隔层(2)
B1:将改性PA6与耐老化、抗紫外、能提高机械性能的纳米级材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到耐候层(1)母粒;
B2:将改性PA6与疏水阻水与增加阻气性的纳米级分子材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到水阻隔层(22)母粒;B3:将改性PA6与阻气性的纳米级分子材料按照比例用混料机混料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到气体阻隔层(23)母粒;
B4:将水阻隔层(22)母粒与气体阻隔层(23)母粒投入挤出机,通过熔融共挤、铸片,得到由水阻隔层(22)与气体阻隔层(23)组成的厚片,将厚片进行同步双向拉伸、定型,然后在水阻隔层(22)上涂布抗菌涂布液,进入烘箱烘干,得到高阻隔层(2)坯膜,耐候层(1)母粒经挤出机熔融、挤出、铸片、拉伸得到耐候层(1)坯膜;
步骤C:将耐候层(1)坯膜、高阻隔层(2)坯膜、连接层(3)薄膜、基材层(4)坯膜与热封层(5)薄膜从上至下依次排布,经胶黏剂复合,在45°C下熟化42h,得到高阻隔PA6纳米复合膜。
