本发明涉及瓦楞纸生产技术领域,且公开了一种瓦楞机糊轮的糊液调宽装置,包括糊轮本体,所述糊轮本体为两端开口且中空的圆柱形结构,且所述糊轮本体的外侧壁均匀开设有多个出液孔,所述糊轮本体的两侧均设有侧筒,两个所述侧筒均为相对侧开口的中空圆柱形结构;通过多节电动伸缩杆可以使两个调宽筒相互靠近或者远离,从而可以将多个出液孔封闭或者放开,当将两个调宽筒调节到合适的位置上后,通过导液管可以将胶水注入到两个调宽筒之间的空间中,并从两个调宽筒之间的多个出液孔溢出到糊轮本体的外表面上,进而可以更具生产瓦楞纸的宽度大小来调节糊轮本体上糊液的宽度,更加方便操作人员进行使用。

本发明涉及瓦楞纸生产技术领域,具体为一种瓦楞机糊轮的糊液调宽装置。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸粘合而成的板状物,一般分为单瓦楞纸板和双瓦楞纸板两类,具有成本低、质量轻、加工易、强度大、印刷适应性样优良、储存搬运方便等优点,80%以上的瓦楞纸均可通过回收再生,瓦楞纸可用作食品或者数码产品的包装,相对环保,使用较为广泛,在对瓦楞纸进行生产制造的时候,一般需要通过瓦楞机来对瓦楞纸板进行制造,瓦楞机上一般存在糊轮,用于将胶水涂覆到原料纸张上,传统的瓦楞机在对不同宽度的瓦楞纸进行生产制造的时候,其糊轮上的糊液宽度无法进行调节,导致在生产制造的时候,存在一定的不便。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种瓦楞机糊轮的糊液调宽装置,解决了传统的瓦楞机在对不同宽度的瓦楞纸进行生产制造的时候,其糊轮上的糊液宽度无法进行调节的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种瓦楞机糊轮的糊液调宽装置,包括糊轮本体,所述糊轮本体为两端开口且中空的圆柱形结构,且所述糊轮本体的外侧壁均匀开设有多个出液孔,所述糊轮本体的两侧均设有侧筒,两个所述侧筒均为相对侧开口的中空圆柱形结构,且两个所述侧筒的相背侧中心处均一体成型有中轴,两个所述中轴均为中空结构,且两个所述中轴分别与两个所述侧筒相连通,两个所述中轴的中部均贯穿设有导液管,所述糊轮本体的内部对称设有调宽筒,两个所述调宽筒均为相对侧开口的中空圆柱形结构,且两个所述调宽筒的外侧壁均与所述糊轮本体的内侧壁相贴合,两个所述调宽筒的相背侧中部均嵌设固定有轴承,所述导液管远离所述中轴的一端贯穿所述轴承,且位于所述调宽筒的内部,所述导液管的外侧壁与所述轴承的内侧壁紧密贴合,所述导液管的外侧壁对称一体成型有挡板,两个所述挡板的相对侧分别与所述调宽筒侧板的两侧相贴合,所述侧筒的内部相对所述调宽筒的一侧对称固定有多节电动伸缩杆,所述多节电动伸缩杆远离所述侧筒的一端与所述调宽筒相对所述侧筒的一侧固定连接。
优选的,所述导液管为可伸缩的塑料软管,且所述导液管远离所述中轴的一端,且位于所述糊轮本体的外部固定有快捷接头。
优选的,所述出液孔的内部固定有多个密封瓣,多个所述密封瓣均为弹性好且柔软的橡胶材质。
优选的,所述侧筒靠近所述糊轮本体的一侧一体成型有螺纹连接头,且所述侧筒通过所述螺纹连接头与所述糊轮本体螺纹连接。
优选的,所述调宽筒的外表面、所述导液管的外表面和所述挡板外表面均包裹固定有橡胶层。
优选的,所述糊轮本体的后方设有清洁板,所述清洁板包括连接部和清洁部,所述连接部为竖板结构,所述清洁部为圆弧状结构,且所述清洁部的内侧壁与所述糊轮本体的外侧壁相贴合。
优选的,所述清洁部的底部和两个所述调宽筒的相对侧均为楔形结构。

本发明提供了一种瓦楞机糊轮的糊液调宽装置,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明在使用的时候,通过多节电动伸缩杆可以使两个调宽筒相互靠近或者远离,从而可以将多个出液孔封闭或者放开,当将两个调宽筒调节到合适的位置上后,通过导液管可以将胶水注入到两个调宽筒之间的空间中,并从两个调宽筒之间的多个出液孔溢出到糊轮本体的外表面上,进而可以更具生产瓦楞纸的宽度大小来调节糊轮本体上糊液的宽度,更加方便操作人员进行使用。
(2)、本发明在使用的过程中,随着糊轮本体的转动,可以将胶水涂覆到原料纸张上,然后糊轮本体继续转动,通过清洁板上的清洁部可以将糊轮本体上的胶水刮掉,并落入到专门的盛放容器中,当使用完毕后,使糊轮本体继续转动几圈,从而可以将糊轮本体上的胶水清洁干净,大大减小了操作人员的工作量。

如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种瓦楞机糊轮的糊液调宽装置,包括糊轮本体8,糊轮本体8为两端开口且中空的圆柱形结构,且糊轮本体8的外侧壁均匀开设有多个出液孔7,糊轮本体8的两侧均设有侧筒4,两个侧筒4均为相对侧开口的中空圆柱形结构,且两个侧筒4的相背侧中心处均一体成型有中轴3,两个中轴3均为中空结构,且两个中轴3分别与两个侧筒4相连通,两个中轴3的中部均贯穿设有导液管2,糊轮本体8的内部对称设有调宽筒10,两个调宽筒10均为相对侧开口的中空圆柱形结构,且两个调宽筒10的外侧壁均与糊轮本体8的内侧壁相贴合,两个调宽筒10的相背侧中部均嵌设固定有轴承13,导液管2远离中轴3的一端贯穿轴承13,且位于调宽筒10的内部,导液管2的外侧壁与轴承13的内侧壁紧密贴合,导液管2的外侧壁对称一体成型有挡板12,两个挡板12的相对侧分别与调宽筒10侧板的两侧相贴合,侧筒4的内部相对调宽筒10的一侧对称固定有多节电动伸缩杆11,多节电动伸缩杆11远离侧筒4的一端与调宽筒10相对侧筒4的一侧固定连接,在使用的时候,首先将导液管2接在胶水容器上,然后根据纸张原料的宽度来调节糊轮本体8上糊液的宽度,通过多个多节电动伸缩杆11带动两个调宽筒10相互靠近或者远离,从而可以将多个出液孔7封闭或者放开,当将两个调宽筒10调节到合适的位置上后,使多节电动伸缩杆11停止运行,然后通过胶水容器中的胶水泵可以将胶水抽入到导液管2中,通过导液管2可以缓慢的不断将胶水注入到糊轮本体8中两个调宽筒10之间的空间中,胶水可以从两个调宽筒之间的多个出液孔不断缓慢的溢出到糊轮本体的外表面上,随着糊轮本体8的转动,可以将胶水涂覆在纸张原料上。
进一步的,导液管2为可伸缩的塑料软管,且导液管2远离中轴3的一端,且位于糊轮本体8的外部固定有快捷接头1,避免导液管2影响两个调宽筒10相互靠近或者远离。
进一步的,出液孔7的内部固定有多个密封瓣6,多个密封瓣6均为弹性好且柔软的橡胶材质,当停止往糊轮本体8中注入胶水的时候,此时密封瓣会关闭,并对出液孔7进行封堵,避免在不使用的时候,糊轮本体8中的胶水出现溢出的情况,同时避免外界空气中的灰尘以及小颗粒杂质进入到糊轮本体8中的胶水中,从而对胶水造成污染的情况。
进一步的,侧筒4靠近糊轮本体8的一侧一体成型有螺纹连接头9,且侧筒4通过螺纹连接头9与糊轮本体8螺纹连接,在使用的过程中,可以将两个侧筒4从糊轮本体8上拆卸下来,并将糊轮本体8中的胶水进行清理。
进一步的,调宽筒10的外表面、导液管2的外表面和挡板12外表面均包裹固定有橡胶层,起到较好的密封效果,避免胶水溢出到两个调宽筒10相背侧之间的空间中。
进一步的,糊轮本体8的后方设有清洁板5,清洁板5包括连接部14和清洁部15,连接部14为竖板结构,清洁部15为圆弧状结构,且清洁部15的内侧壁与糊轮本体8的外侧壁相贴合,在使用的过程中,通过连接部14将清洁板5固定安装在机架上,然后随着糊轮本体8的转动,可以将胶水涂覆到原料纸张上,然后糊轮本体8继续转动,通过清洁板5上的清洁部15可以将糊轮本体8上的胶水刮掉,并落入到专门的盛放容器中,当使用完毕后,使糊轮本体8继续转动几圈,从而可以将糊轮本体8上的胶水清洁干净,大大减小了操作人员的工作量。
进一步的,清洁部15的底部和两个调宽筒10的相对侧均为楔形结构,使清洁部15可以更好的将糊轮本体8上残留的胶水清洁干净,同时随着两个调宽筒10相互靠近,可以将残留在糊轮本体8内壁上的胶水清除到两个调宽筒10之间的空间中。
综上可得,本发明的工作流程:在使用的时候,首先将导液管2接在胶水容器上,然后根据纸张原料的宽度来调节糊轮本体8上糊液的宽度,通过多个多节电动伸缩杆11带动两个调宽筒10相互靠近或者远离,从而可以将多个出液孔7封闭或者放开,当将两个调宽筒10调节到合适的位置上后,使多节电动伸缩杆11停止运行,然后通过胶水容器中的胶水泵可以将胶水抽入到导液管2中,通过导液管2可以缓慢的不断将胶水注入到糊轮本体8中两个调宽筒10之间的空间中,胶水可以从两个调宽筒之间的多个出液孔不断缓慢的溢出到糊轮本体的外表面上,随着糊轮本体8的转动,可以将胶水涂覆在纸张原料上,然后糊轮本体8继续转动,通过清洁板5上的清洁部15可以将糊轮本体8上的胶水刮掉,并落入到专门的盛放容器中,当使用完毕后,使糊轮本体8继续转动几圈,从而可以将糊轮本体8上的胶水清洁干净,大大减小了操作人员的工作量。
