Abstract
本发明公开了一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,包括如下步骤:按比例称取各原料组成成分;各原料组成成分混合均匀,粉碎成粉末母粉;母粉送入槽型混合机中,同时喷水混合,进行挤压造粒,再将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆;烘干、筛分得到高密度球型农药水分散粒剂。本发明提供的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,工艺简单,设备投资少,便于普及;并且,采用本发明方法制备得到的水分散粒剂具有分散性好、颗粒大小均匀、密度高、不易碎等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,属于农药试剂技术领域。
背景技术
目前在农药剂型上,乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂和颗粒剂四大类型占主导地位,新剂型发展趋势正朝着水性、粒状、缓释、多功能、省力、精细化和高浓度化的方向发展,一些高效、安全、经济、省力的剂型正在兴起。
水分散粒剂是在可湿性粉剂基础上发展起来的新剂型,它具有很多优点:(1)既不使用有机溶剂,又不产生粉尘,对作业者和环境均十分安全;(2)与可湿性粉剂相比,有效成分含量高,给包装、储存、运输带来了很大的经济效益和社会效益;(3)物理、化学稳定性好,不易分解变质;(4)可用纸质包装,便于回收销毁或自然降解;(5)流动性好,易计量、不粘壁,不会残留在包装容器内形成二次污染;(6)药粒直径细,有利于靶标物充分吸收发挥作用,可提高农药原药使用效率,提高效果,降低用量和成本。
水分散粒剂的造粒方式主要有挤压造粒法,挤压造粒法的缺点是造出的颗粒为柱状颗粒,颗粒大,不方便机器包装,计量不准,易碎。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,包括如下步骤,
按比例称取各原料组成成分;
各原料组成成分混合均匀,粉碎成粉末母粉;
母粉送入槽型混合机中,同时喷水混合,进行挤压造粒,再将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆;
烘干、筛分得到高密度球型农药水分散粒剂。
进一步地,抛圆工序的送料量为10~40kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为100~300转/min。
进一步地,所述烘干工序在盘式烘干机中进行,烘干温度为30~80℃。
进一步地,最终得到的高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的颗粒直径为0.2~1.0mm,堆密度为0.4~0.6g/cm3。
进一步地,所述各原料组成成分的质量分数为:
农药原药5~90%,
分散剂2~25%,
崩解剂2~20%,
润湿剂1~15%,
填料补足至100%。
进一步地,所述农药原药为苯磺隆、甲磺隆、甲维盐、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、麦草畏、阔草净、代森锰锌中的一种。
进一步地,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀醚、烷基芳基甲醚树脂聚氧乙烯醚、α-甲基卞基聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、聚丙烯酸盐中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步地,所述崩解剂为淀粉、无机盐、羧甲基淀粉钠、聚维酮中的一种或多种混合物,所述无机盐为碳酸钠或氯化钠。
进一步地,所述润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀醚、烷基芳基甲醚树脂聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、磷酸酯型阴离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步地,所述填料为膨润土、白炭黑、无机盐中的一种或多种混合物,所述无机盐为氯化钠或硫酸钠。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,工艺简单,设备投资少,便于普及;并且,采用本发明方法制备得到的水分散粒剂具有分散性好、颗粒大小均匀、密度高、不易碎等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1
将甲磺隆60.53克、聚丙烯酸盐5克、羧甲基淀粉钠5克、丁基萘磺酸钠5克、硫酸钠24克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入20克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为10~40kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为100~300转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在30~80℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的60%甲磺隆高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.53g/cm3。
实施例2
将苯磺隆75.53克、聚丙烯酸盐5克、羧甲基淀粉钠5克、丁基萘磺酸钠5克、硫酸钠9克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入25克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为10~40kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为100~300转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在30~80℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的75%苯磺隆高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.57g/cm3。
实施例3
将麦草畏50.53克、聚丙烯酸盐5克、木质素磺酸盐5克、碳酸钠10克、聚维酮5克、硫酸钠24克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入30克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为10~40kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为100~300转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在30~80℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的50%麦草畏高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.56g/cm3。
实施例4
将吡虫啉70.53克、聚丙烯酸盐5克、木质素磺酸盐5克、丁基萘磺酸钠5克、聚维酮5克、氯化钠9克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入20克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为10~40kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为100~300转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在30~80℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的70%吡虫啉高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.52g/cm3。
实施例5
将甲维盐5.53克、聚丙烯酸盐5克、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠5克、丁基萘磺酸钠5克、聚维酮5克、硫酸钠15克、氯化钠59克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入30克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为15~20kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为150转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在40~70℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的5%甲维盐高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.51g/cm3。
实施例6
将阔草清80.53克、聚丙烯酸盐3克、脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠5克、丁基萘磺酸钠2克、聚维酮5克、硫酸钠4克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入30克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为15~20kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为150转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在40~70℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的80%阔草清高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.51g/cm3。
实施例7
将代森锰锌80.53克、聚丙烯酸盐3克、木质素磺酸盐2克、丁基萘磺酸钠2克、聚维酮5克、十六碳脂肪醇硫酸钠5克、硫酸钠2克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入30克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为15~20kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为150转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在40~70℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的80%代森锰锌高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.51g/cm3。
实施例8
将噻虫嗪70.53克、聚丙烯酸盐5克、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠5克、丁基萘磺酸钠5克、聚维酮5克、硫酸钠9克,将它们混合均匀后,经粉碎机粉碎后得到1000目左右的母粉;将母粉经真空给料器送入槽型混合机中,同时喷入30克水混合成水溶液,进行挤压造粒;将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆,抛圆工序的送料量为15~20kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为150转/min;抛圆后投入盘式干燥剂中在40~70℃温度下干燥,再经筛分得到均匀的70%噻虫嗪高密度球型水分散粒剂,堆密度为0.53g/cm3。

Claims (10)
1.一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
按比例称取各原料组成成分;
各原料组成成分混合均匀,粉碎成粉末母粉;
母粉送入槽型混合机中,同时喷水混合,进行挤压造粒,再将造出的柱状颗粒加入抛圆机中进行抛圆;
烘干、筛分得到高密度球型农药水分散粒剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:抛圆工序的送料量为10~40kg/次,抛圆机旋转速度为100~300转/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:所述烘干工序在盘式烘干机中进行,烘干温度为30~80℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:最终得到的高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的颗粒直径为0.2~1.0mm,堆密度为0.4~0.6g/cm3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:所述各原料组成成分的质量分数为:
农药原药5~90%,
分散剂2~25%,
崩解剂2~20%,
润湿剂1~15%,
填料补足至100%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:所述农药原药为苯磺隆、甲磺隆、甲维盐、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、麦草畏、阔草净、代森锰锌中的一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀醚、烷基芳基甲醚树脂聚氧乙烯醚、α-甲基卞基聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、聚丙烯酸盐中的一种或多种混合物。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:所述崩解剂为淀粉、无机盐、羧甲基淀粉钠、聚维酮中的一种或多种混合物。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀醚、烷基芳基甲醚树脂聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、磷酸酯型阴离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种混合物。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种高密度球型农药水分散粒剂的造粒方法,其特征在于:所述填料为膨润土、白炭黑、无机盐中的一种或多种混合物。
