Description

由塑料制成的多层复合膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层复合膜,其由塑料制成并且呈用于制品的表面涂层的形式,其中,该复合膜是至少部分透明的(即在其表面的部分区域中是透明的);具有可选地设置有透明涂层的至少一个外透明顶层;并且在顶层的后侧上具有一个或多个另外的透明塑料层、还以及透明载体层,其中,不透明(即非透明)层布置在层复合件内部,该不透明层呈设置有开口的片状掩模或膜片的形式,并且仅在掩模或膜片的开口中是透明的。本发明同样涉及一种用于生产这种膜的方法,并且涉及特定的用途。
背景技术
用于涂层的多层复合膜形式或作为任何种类的制品的表面的膜在现有技术、例如还在家具的表面光洁度中以及在车辆(特别是机动车辆)的内部装饰零件中是广泛已知的。在后者的情况下,粒状、图案化或精细结构化的塑料表皮用作内部装饰的表面,这里通常用作具有令人愉悦的触感的相对柔软的泡沫背膜,例如用于装饰仪表板或内部门面板等。在强度和设计的适应适配的情况下,这样的膜当然也用于其他高品质的涂覆物品。
用于机动车辆的内部装饰、用于家具、包等的膜(通常也被称为仿制皮革)通常具有多层式结构、通常是泡沫背衬并且在其顶侧上示出具有多种多样形式和配置的三维结构化表面。多层结构通常由具有隆起或带印记的表面的上顶层或装饰性层以及一个或多个下层构成。该顶层通常设有涂层并且也可以是有色的。通过适当地配制这些层(包括通过经适配的柔软度或者通过已经提及的泡沫层),获得了令人愉悦的触觉效果,即该塑料膜的令人愉悦的“柔软”感觉,以及还有某种光泽。
现有技术披露了用于生产这样的塑料表皮的多种方法,例如用于生产由热塑性材料制成的“连续”膜网状物的辊压和/或压花方法或用于直接从模具生产单个模制表皮(即塑料模制品)的方法。
例如,在车辆设备领域中对舒适性装置的不断增长的需求具有的结果是,不仅在这些领域中存在对制品的个性化的不断增长的要求,并且现今将功能集成到顾客制品或它们的表面中也引起了顾客的注意。
继续谈论车辆,最近的注意力指向具有集成的功能、传感器或信号元件的覆盖材料或柔性表面区域材料,特别是还指向将照明灯或信号灯集成到用于涂覆或装饰部件的膜。因此,已经提出将电致发光元件或层附接到机动车辆的内部空间的部件或装饰零件中或上。在这方面,CA 2 454 911 A1披露了一种模制品形式的设置有条状电致发光元件的车辆顶蓬。在这种情况下,车辆顶蓬由模制的承载件组成,该承载件压有涂膜以形成部件。因此,电致发光元件最初被定位在该承载件中,通过该承载件与其连接电缆,并且然后被施加的涂膜覆盖、固定和压缩。然而,为此目的需要相对复杂的设计。另外,在此实施方式中,装饰性表面/涂膜后面的电致发光元件也可以作为凸起变得可见。
DE 10 2005 038 680 A1披露了一种具有三维表面的机动车辆的部件,该三维表面具有电致发光层并且是用热塑性材料背模制的以固定部件形状。因此,此方法基本上用于生产相对较小的非柔性照明元件,比如照亮的按钮开关或照明器件。通过这种设计,较大零件的生产相当困难。
DE 10 2015 101 331 A1披露了一种仿制皮革,该仿制皮革被布置在纺织品载体材料上并且呈复合膜的形式,该复合膜具有透明层结构和对于可见光在0.4%-60%的范围内的透明度。在此复合膜的表面涂层内部或者在层结构内部布置有所谓的颜色结构,该颜色结构使得在其布置的地方透明度降低。根据颜色结构的布置,该颜色结构始终可以被看到或只能在仿制皮革被透照时才能看到。
DE 10 2010 051 166 A1披露了一种用于生产具有不透明表面的材料的方法,该不透明表面具有当该表面被背照时可见的图形、具有徽标或动画。在此,在膜上,图形本身被保持或配置为透明的,并且中间空间被保持或配置为不透明的,并且在此之后施加透明层。
当意图是在膜的表面被背照时使得由膜片或掩模构成的字母数字符号或徽标变得明显时,特别地总是出现的问题是这些符号的外观在一定程度上变得模糊。因此,这导致例如以下情况,例如,在其通过路径上通过另外的半透明膜的光在通过期间经历漫射分布,并且还或者另外在膜片或掩模的边缘处发生衍射。因此,观看者在观察背照膜的外侧时通常仅看到模糊的符号或徽标。当例如将膜片或掩模放置在膜后面并且直接放置在照明器件之前时,尤其是这种情况。在汽车领域的当代高质量要求的背景下,这种模糊的表示是不期望的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种用于制品的表面涂层的膜,该膜包含照明或输出光信号形式的功能,并且可以在表面中或表面上获得符号、徽标或光图案的明显和清晰的表示。
所述目的是通过主权利要求的特征实现的。进一步有利的实施例在这些从属权利要求中被限定。
在根据本发明的复合膜中,为此目的,不透明层在载体层的方向上直接邻接顶层的后侧,其中,不透明层的基础材料与顶层的基础材料相同,即对应于顶层的基础材料。这里所谓的基础材料是层的基本上并且大量存在的塑料材料,并且当然可以包括用于设定其他材料特性的各种添加剂。
因此,呈设置有开口的片状掩模或膜片形式的不透明层直接邻接顶层,结果是,当从不透明层的后侧存在背光时,由呈徽标或符号等形式、当然有利地呈具有对应含义的符号、标识符或字母数字字符的形式的掩模构成的开口的足够明显和清晰的再现是可以的。
在对应地薄的透明顶层的情况下,当整个膜的后侧被透照时,穿过膜片的光的稍微漫射光分布以及在不透明层的开口的边缘处的衍射被大大减少。穿过掩模或膜片后远至顶层或涂层表面上的图像的光所覆盖的路径足够短,以至于不会出现明显的漫射。因此,由顶层表面上的膜片或掩模所产生的图像被非常明显且清晰地划界。
因为顶层和形成为掩模或膜片的不透明层包含相同的基础材料,从而支持了此有利效果。结果,例如当受到机械负荷或在温度的影响下,这两个层具有相同的行为。
因此,可以容易地在模制品上伸展或拉伸多层复合膜(该多层复合膜中的这两层由相同基础材料构成),而不会对由膜片或掩模产生的图像的表示的清晰度造成不利影响。
当后侧载体层是纺织品载体层时也是有利的。这种纺织品载体层使层复合膜变成可以毫无问题地缝合的仿制皮革,特别像天然皮革。
进一步的改进在于不透明层的着色和粘度不同于顶层的着色和粘度。这里的意思是颜料的数量和类型或颜色上的差异。
这使得可以以相对简单的方式使通过掩模或膜片的开口的光的通道以及使通过位于顶部的顶层光的通道被适配,结果是由此也可以优化顶层的表面的外观。在这方面,可以实现适配,使得可以例如通过添加颜色可选地相互作用的不同颜色的颜料来影响穿过的光的强度及其颜色。
另外有利的实施例在于,透明顶层、透明塑料层、载体层和不透明层具有这样的着色,使得当光入射到复合膜上时,复合膜的表面产生均匀且非透明的颜色印象,即在表面上看不到掩模或膜片的图案或开口。仅在背光的情况下,即在透照的情况下,才能在复合膜的表面上看到不透明层的开口的轮廓。这也可以通过将颜料或在颜色方面相互作用的颜料添加到相应层的材料中来实现,这些颜色在数量和类型上不同。
产生根据本发明的透明多层复合膜的有利的简单配置在于,在载体层的方向上在不透明层的下方形成发光层或导光层,优选地为可以经由电极激活的电致发光层。结果,省却了布置在整个层复合件下方的单独的照明器件。
这样的发光层也可以形成为使得在该层复合件内布置有层,例如由PET或PET纤维制成的光学层,该层被侧向照亮并且在层复合件的表面区域上漫射地分布入射光。
用于生产根据本发明的多层复合膜的特别合适的方法在于,生产是通过具有以下步骤的反向涂覆法进行:
·将形成该顶层并且由优选糊状塑料材料制成的顶涂层施加到载体膜,
·将形成该不透明层的掩模涂层施加到该顶层,其中,除了着色和粘度方面外,该掩模涂层的材料与该顶涂层的材料相对应,
·施加形成透明层的另外的塑料涂层和/或塑料泡沫涂层、以及可选的透明层压或粘合涂层,
·将载体层、优选为纺织品载体层施加到现在存在的层复合件,
其中,在该层复合件充分干燥或胶凝之后,除去该载体膜,并可选地涂覆该层复合件的顶层的下表面。
膜复合件的表面结构然后可以通过粒状的载体膜形成或者在通过压花操作生产膜之后形成,该粒状载体膜包含颗粒状的底片并且将顶层施加到该粒状载体膜。
以这种方式配置的反向涂覆法尤其使得可以以尺寸精确的方式(即这里特别是相对于掩模或膜片以与其开口的长度和表面真实的方式)来施加不透明层,因为施加到由载体膜稳定地支撑的顶层上是可选地与基底、涂覆台或与伸展的载体膜接触而进行的。以这种方式,例如不必将掩模施加到可能会变形然后构成不稳定基底的软层复合件。
通过方法的有利改进,掩模的长度真实性和表面真实性得到支持,其中形成该不透明层的掩模涂层在印刷工艺、优选在丝网印刷工艺中施加到该顶层。结合不透明层的对应设置的粘度,这里的结果是掩模或膜片的特别简单、精确和边缘清晰的施加。
借助于根据本发明的反向涂覆方法在施加期间将不透明层和顶层的粘度设置为不同使得可以显著促进将不透明层施加到顶层,特别是当通过印刷方法施加时。然后设置不透明层的粘度,使得其对于所应用的印刷方法正确设置。在这方面,可以将顶层的粘度设置为高于或低于不透明层的粘度。
该方法的另外有利的实施例在于,顶涂层和掩模涂层二者以糊状聚氯乙烯(增塑溶胶)的质量体的形式施加。可以通过已知方法容易地涂覆和处理这种糊剂,并将其并入常规的制造过程中。
如上所述,根据本发明的多层复合膜尤其可以用作机动车辆的内部装饰零件的涂层。当将许多内部装饰零件被拉到对应的支撑结构上时,这些内部装饰零件特别承受相当大的应变。例如,具有多个凸起的仪表板是这种情况。根据本发明的多层复合膜对于此目的是最适合的,并且在施加到模制结构零件之后由膜片或掩模产生的表示或图像的清晰度方面也不具有任何缺陷。
本发明将在一个示例性实施例的基础上更详细地进行说明。

具体实施方式
在这方面,内部装饰零件具有顶层3,该顶层由聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成并设置有外透明涂层2。在此实施例中,顶层3就其本身而言同样是透明的,尤其是仅用颜料着色到大约为仅30%的程度,因此使入射在其后侧的一定百分比的光穿过。
不透明(即非透明)层4布置在整个层复合件内部,该不透明层呈设置有开口的片状掩模或膜片的形式,并且仅在掩模或膜片的开口8中是透明的。不透明层4在载体层7的方向上直接邻接顶层3的后侧。不透明层4的基础材料由PVC组成并且与顶层3的基础材料相同。
在不透明层4下方布置有多个另外的透明塑料层,特别是透明/半透明塑料泡沫层5、还以及透明粘合层6。
最后,在向下的方向上相邻的是透明纺织品载体层7,使得多层复合膜可以像人造革一样容易地加工和缝合。
当从复合膜的后侧存在背光时,这里如箭头9所示,在顶层3或涂层2的外表面上产生被结合在掩模或膜片中的开口8的明显且清晰的图像8‘,这里例如呈用于电池电量的符号的形式,如根据本发明的多层复合膜的视图的图1的顶部部分所展示的细节所示。

Claims (12)

1.一种多层复合膜(1),其由塑料制成并且呈用于制品的表面涂层的形式,其中该复合膜是至少部分透明的,即在部分区域中是透明的;具有可选地设置有透明涂层(2)的至少一个外透明顶层(3);并且在该顶层的后侧具有一个或多个另外的透明塑料层、以及透明载体层,其中,不透明层(4)布置在层复合件内部,该不透明层呈设置有开口的片状掩模或膜片的形式,并且仅在该掩模或膜片的开口中是透明的,其中,该不透明层(4)中的开口呈符号、标识符或字母数字字符的形式,其特征在于,该不透明层(4)在该载体层的方向上邻接该顶层(3)的后侧,其中,该不透明层(4)的基础材料与该顶层(3)的基础材料相同,并且其中,透明顶层对应地薄,使得穿过掩模或膜片后远至顶层或涂层表面上的图像的光所覆盖的路径足够短,以至于不会出现明显的漫射。
2.如权利要求1所述的透明多层复合膜,其中,该不透明层(4)具有与该顶层(3)的着色不同的着色。

-将形成该顶层(3)并且由糊状塑料材料制成的顶涂层施加到载体膜,其中,透明顶层对应地薄,使得穿过掩模或膜片后远至顶层或涂层表面上的图像的光所覆盖的路径足够短,以至于不会出现明显的漫射,
-将形成该不透明层(4)的掩模涂层施加到该顶层,其中,除了着色和粘度方面外,该掩模涂层的材料与该顶涂层的材料相对应,
-施加形成透明塑料层的另外的塑料泡沫涂层(5)、以及可选的粘合层(6),
-将载体层施加到现在存在的层复合件,
其中,在该层复合件充分胶凝或干燥之后,除去该载体膜,并可选地涂覆该层复合件的顶层的下表面。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述载体层为纺织品载体层。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,形成该不透明层的掩模涂层在印刷工艺中施加到该顶层(3)。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,形成该不透明层的掩模涂层在丝网印刷工艺中施加到该顶层(3)。
10.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在该涂覆操作期间,该不透明层(4)的粘度与在该涂覆操作期间存在的该顶层(3)的粘度不同。
11.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,该顶涂层和该掩模涂层二者以糊状聚氯乙烯的形式施加。
