Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法,该环保型高温型水性分散油墨由两部份组成:油墨的制备和配置。①环保型免水洗水性分散油墨制备:按照质量分数计,包括下述组分:高温型分散色粉2‑10%;保湿剂(三甘醇)2‑5%;十二烷基磺酸钠2‑8%;余量为去离子水;②环保型免水洗水性分散油墨配置:水性分散油墨6‑8KG;防泳移剂0.5‑1.0KG;去离子水90‑92KG,将所述原料按照计量比混合研磨成纳米级颗粒,然后将去离子水∶环保型分散油墨∶防泳移剂的质量比为100∶2~12∶3~5,在常温下搅拌20~30分钟;粘度控制在1000~1500m/s;整个印花过程中不需要蒸华水洗,也就没有废水产生,降低染料用量,节约成本,解决了环境污染、人体健康等危害。

技术领域
本发明属于织物印花技术领域,涉及一种分散油墨配方及其制备。
具体是涉及一种环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法。
背景技术
织物转移印花通常用溶剂型油墨,印刷溶剂型油墨对环境的影响非常大,由此引起的VOC排放量大。在我国,凹版印刷人体直接接触的产品印刷上,与人们的生活健康息息相关。传统凹印油墨中使用了大量的挥发性有机溶剂,污染环境的同时,部分有毒物质的残留也对人体健康不利。
溶剂型油墨有苯类与非苯类之分,苯类油墨正被逐步淘汰。溶剂型凹印油墨使用的各类溶剂均可形成有毒、有害的排放气体。溶剂型油墨是靠溶剂挥发干燥的,故溶剂的挥发速度直接决定油墨的挥发度。溶剂的挥发应与具体的印刷条件相匹配,过快或过慢都不好。若挥发过快,可能造成堵版、墨层光泽差等故障;若挥发速度过慢,则可能造成粘连等故障。因此选择合适的溶剂相当重要。
水型油墨优势表现
1)水性油墨具有环境和安全方面的优势,在许多的纸制品进行水墨印刷可设计成低VOCs或零V0Cs;
2)水墨具有稳定性和低燃性的优点,水墨因水的低挥发性使之拥有更好的粘度稳定性;
3)水性油墨产品比溶剂体系易于清洗,使用肥皂水或弱碱性洗液洗刷就可完成印刷机部件的整个清洗工作,从而提高了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足,提供一种环保型高温型水性
免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种环保型高
温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法,包括以下步骤:
①环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备:
按照质量分数计,包括下述组分
高温型分散色粉 2-10%
保湿剂(三甘醇) 2-5%
十二烷基磺酸钠 2-8%
余量为去离子水
将以上所述原料按照计量比混合研磨成纳米级颗粒。
②环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的及配置:
按照质量分数计,包括下述组分
水性分散油墨 6-8KG;
防泳移剂 0.5-1.0KG;
去离子水 90-92KG.,
将以上所述原料按照计量比混合然后将去离子水∶环保型分散油墨∶防泳移剂的质量比为100∶ 2 ~12∶ 3~5,在常温下搅拌20~30分钟;控制免水洗防泳移剂的加入量,粘度控制在1000~1500m/s;
本发明所述一种环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法。既相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:一种环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法,保护环境,有益人类健康。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨具有环境和安全方面的优势,在许多的纸制品进行水墨印刷可设计成低VOCs或零V0Cs;
2)水墨因水的低挥发性使之拥有更好的粘度稳定性,环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨具有稳定性和低燃性的优点;
3)环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨产品比溶剂体系易于清洗,使用肥皂水或弱碱性洗液洗刷就可完成印刷机部件的整个清洗工作,从而提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
本发明的实现过程是:
本发明一种环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法,
①环保型免水洗水性分散油墨制备:
涤纶免水洗染料按照质量分数计,包括下述组分
高温型分散色粉 2-10%
保湿剂(三甘醇) 2-5%
十二烷基磺酸钠 2-8%
余量为去离子水
具体的:取10KG高温型分散色粉加入到88KG离子水中、然后加入5KG十二烷基磺酸钠、3KG保湿剂(三甘醇)混合研磨成纳米级颗粒.
②环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的及配置:
按照质量分数计,包括下述组分
水性分散油墨 6-8KG;
防泳移剂 0.5-1.0KG;
去离子水 90-92KG.,
具体的:a.向搅拌墨桶依次加入91.5KG去离子水、环保型免水洗水性分散油墨8KG,免水洗防泳移剂0.5KG,投料量使去离子水∶环保型免水洗水性分散油墨∶免水洗防泳移剂的质量比为100∶2 ~12∶ 3~5,在常温下搅拌20~30分钟;
b.要控制免水洗防泳移剂的加入量,粘度控制在1000~1500m/s;

更为详尽的具体实施例4,其实现过程描述如下:
凹版印刷中环保型多功能免水洗水性油墨三原色加黑自行调制。在油墨的配制过程中要掌握一些最基本的操作方法,以避免不必要的浪费。
①单色调配:先加入根据产品的投印量先要估算一个大致的油墨用量。油墨的耗用量与印版深度、承印材料的吸收性能及油墨的色浓度等因素有关。一般老产品可以根据统计数据得到比较正确的耗用量,新品种可以参照图案面积相近的产品进行估算。
②调配深色油墨应先将主体油墨放入墨桶,然后逐渐加入辅助颜色油墨并调和均匀。
③调配浅色油墨应先将白墨或调墨油等主体油墨放入墨桶,然后逐渐加入配色油墨并调和均匀。
④调配好的油墨应采用"刮样法"将刮样与样张进行色相对比,如有较大差异应找出原因进行调整,直至与样张一致。然后放到规定位置备用。

按照质量分数计,包括下述组分
高温型分散色粉 2-10%
保湿剂(三甘醇) 2-5%
十二烷基磺酸钠 2-8%
余量为去离子水。
2.一种环保型高温型水性免水洗分散油墨的制备及配置方法,其特征在于:环保型免水洗水性分散油墨配置:
按照质量分数计,包括下述组分
水性分散油墨 6-8KG;
防泳移剂 0.5-1.0KG;
去离子水 90-92KG。
3.根据权利要求1将所述原料按照计量比混合研磨成纳米级颗粒。
4.根据权利要求2将所述原料按照计量比混合然后将去离子水∶环保型分散油墨∶防泳移剂的质量比为100∶2 ~12∶3~5,在常温下搅拌20~30分钟;控制免水洗防泳移剂的加入量,粘度控制在1000~1500m/s。
