Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health-care and health-preserving foods, and particularly relates to an anti-fatigue product containing folic acid.
Background
Fatigue refers to the inability of the body's physiological processes to sustain a specific level of its function or to maintain a predetermined motor strength. Regarding the mechanism of fatigue development, Edward proposed a "mutation theory" which suggests that global fatigue is not a fixed one or more causes, and is a product of the sum of multiple fatigue-causing factors, and that muscle excitability, energy supply level, and output power gradually decrease before sports fatigue. When the sum of the effects of the various fatigue-causing factors reaches a certain threshold, a sudden drop in excitability, manifested as a sudden breakdown in excitability, a sudden interruption in energy supply, a sudden drop in muscle strength or output power, occurs, and fatigue occurs.
Fatigue is a comprehensive physiological process involving many physiological and biochemical factors, and causes of fatigue include many factors, including working environment, eating habits and life habits, especially diseases, which lead to mental stress, physical strength consumption, weakened resistance of each function of the body and physical strength consumption of drugs, and are very easy to cause fatigue. Fatigue is a normal physiological phenomenon that inevitably occurs when the brain or physical activities of the body reach a certain stage, which not only marks the temporary decline of the original working capacity of the body, but also may be a precursor for the body to develop into an injured state.
Fatigue is a serious hazard, which makes the functions of all the systems of the body at a lower level, reduces the capability of the body to resist foreign pathogens, reduces natural killer cells, and makes people very vulnerable to diseases. Meanwhile, the reduction of natural killer cells of human bodies can greatly increase the occurrence probability of high-risk diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, cancers and the like. When a human body is in a fatigue state, because the energy of myocardial cells is reduced and physiological fatigue poisons the myocardial cells, the myocardial contraction force is reduced, the blood pumping function of the heart is reduced, blood is deposited in blood vessels, microcirculation disturbance occurs, the blood flow speed is reduced, blood garbage is increased, and various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are caused. In addition, excessive fatigue can cause "aging acceleration" in the aging process. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) among Fatigue symptoms is a group of syndromes which are predominantly manifested by long-term persistent Fatigue and accompanied by nonspecific manifestations such as low fever, headache, sore throat, muscular joint pain, inattention, memory decline, sleep disturbance and depression, and generally has no obvious abnormality in physical examination and routine examination.
The methods for relieving fatigue mostly adjust the body through sleeping and recuperation, and on the other hand, improve the body function by conditioning external substances. However, no anti-fatigue medicine or food with very remarkable effect exists in the current market. Therefore, an anti-fatigue product is researched and developed, the anti-fatigue effect is achieved through daily health care, the modern health preservation concept of 'preventive treatment of disease' is met, the requirements of people can be well met, and the anti-fatigue health-care tea has a wide market prospect.

Effect example-mouse anti-fatigue test:
the experimental method comprises the following steps: 90 adult mice (20. + -.2 g) with male and female halves were randomly divided into groups of 10 mice each, each group, according to the blank control group, examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5, and adaptively grown for 1 week. Dispersing the products of the groups of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 into suspension with normal saline, and performing intragastric administration according to the effective content of 3g/kg (body weight of the mouse), and performing intragastric administration on the same amount of normal saline of a blank control group; daily for 3 weeks 1 time. After each gavage, mice had free access to water. The experiment was performed 30min after gavage on day 21.
According to the weight system of the mouse, lead skins are applied, and 5% of the weight of the lead skins are loaded at the root part of the rat tail; putting the mouse into a swimming box for swimming; at a water depth of 30 cm; carrying out load swimming under the condition of water temperature of 25 ℃, and recording the time from the beginning to exhaustion of the mouse as the swimming time of the mouse; exhaustion standard: the mice were submerged for 10 seconds and could not emerge from the water. After the exhaustion time of the loaded swimming is measured, the mouse is immediately removed from the eyeball to take blood, and the SOD and MDA values in the serum are measured after the serum is prepared by centrifugation.
The anti-fatigue effect is judged by the weight swimming time and the content change of SOD (superoxide dismutase) and MDA (malondialdehyde) in serum. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 mouse antifatigue test results
Note: p is less than 0.05 compared with the blank control group; p < 0.01.
Therefore, the anti-fatigue product provided by the invention can prolong the weight swimming time of mice, enhance the skeletal muscle contraction capacity, and simultaneously increase the generation and activity of SOD and reduce the generation of MDA through inhibiting lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense mechanisms, thereby playing the anti-fatigue role. Meanwhile, the components and the preparation method of the product have great influence on the effect of the product.
The above detailed description is specific to one possible embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent implementations or modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention should be included in the technical scope of the present invention.
