Abstract
本发明属于畜牧养殖技术领域,涉及一种用于肉牛育肥的饲料。该饲料,包括,玉米200~400份、大麦250~350份、豆粕50~200份、玉米胚芽粕30~150份、玉米DDGS 30~60份、石粉5~15份、磷酸氢钙3~10份、食盐3~10份、有机钙镁2~5份、酵母培养物2~10份、活性微生态制剂2~5份、微量元素预混料1~2份、过瘤胃维生素0.2~1份,过瘤胃氨基酸1~5份;有机钙镁为海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁的混合物。该饲料,通过添加海藻酸钠和海藻酸镁的有机钙镁混合物,有效提高对瘤胃的调节作用,缓解瘤胃酸中毒,提高干物质的采食量,提高平均日增重。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于畜牧养殖技术领域,涉及一种用于肉牛育肥的饲料。
背景技术
国内目前在针对肉牛育肥的过程中,所使用的饲料里,常常以碳酸氢钠(俗称小苏打)作为瘤胃缓冲剂来调节瘤胃的pH值,而碳酸氢钠容易在短时间快速挥发完毕,对瘤胃的调节作用十分有限,需要长期持续供应,而过量的添加碳酸氢钠对饲料的适口性有很大影响;同时,碳酸氢钠在一些国家和地区的有机牧场中也不允许使用,使其无法良好的应用于有机牧场。另外,现有的针对肉牛育肥的饲料,在饲喂时,干物质的吸收利用率低、采食量低,维生素、氨基酸的释放和被吸收效果差,肉牛的生产性能一般,严重制约了肉牛养殖户的养殖积极性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于肉牛育肥的饲料,通过有机钙镁替代碳酸氢钠作为瘤胃缓冲剂,有效缓解瘤胃酸中毒,提高干物质采食量。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下。
一种用于肉牛育肥的饲料,包括如下质量份数的原料:
玉米200~400份、大麦250~350份、豆粕50~200份、玉米胚芽粕30~150份、玉米DDGS 30~60份、石粉5~15份、磷酸氢钙3~10份、食盐3~10份、有机钙镁2~5份、酵母培养物2~10份、活性微生态制剂2~5份、微量元素预混料1~2份、过瘤胃维生素0.2~1份,过瘤胃氨基酸1~5份;其中,有机钙镁为海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁的混合物,海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁属于海藻酸盐,而海藻酸盐是从海带、马尾藻、巨藻、泡叶藻等褐藻中提取的一种天然多糖,分子链由β-D-甘露糖醛酸(M)和α-L-古罗糖醛酸(G)无规嵌段共聚而成;酵母培养物为以膨化玉米和豆粕为底物发酵而成的物质。该饲料的用途为,用作肉牛育肥后期降低瘤胃酸中毒的精料补充料;该饲料的饲喂量为,每天每头不低于体重的1.5%。
进一步地,该用于肉牛育肥的饲料,还包括如下质量份数的原料:苜蓿粉50~100份、葵花皮或葵花盘50~100份、蔗糖糖蜜20~50份。该饲料的用途为,用作肉牛育肥期无草饲喂的饲料;该饲料的饲喂量为,每天每头不低于体重的2%。
有机钙镁为海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁的混合物,而海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁均为海藻酸盐,是一种蜂窝状的天然钙和天然镁;具体的,海藻酸盐是从海带、马尾藻、巨藻、泡叶藻等天然褐藻中提取的一种天然多糖,分子链由β-D-甘露糖醛酸(M)和α-L-古洛糖醛酸(G)无规嵌段共聚而成,使得海藻酸盐基生物材料具有良好的生物相容性,广泛应用于食品、医药、纺织、印染、造纸、日用化工等产品,作为增稠剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、粘合剂、上浆剂等。
海藻酸钙的分子式为C18H24CaO19,其理化状态为白色至浅黄色的粉末状,无臭无味,不溶于水,难溶于乙醇等有机溶剂,缓慢溶于聚磷酸钠、碳酸钠溶液和氯化钠的溶液;另外,针对海藻酸钙的制备方法有,由于海藻酸钠的分子链上含有大量的羟基和羧基,用氯化钙溶液(CaCl2)作为交联剂,从而形成交联的海藻酸钙聚合物,具有良好的生物降解性和生物相容性。
海藻酸镁是一价的海藻酸盐,是从海带等褐藻植物中提取的大分子多糖类物 质,主要存在于褐藻类植物细胞壁中,具体为,由甘露糖醛酸和古洛糖醛酸经过1,4 糖苷键连接而形成的共聚物,经过藻体的消化提取等工艺制成的一种天然多糖类物质,具有天然、绿色、生物相容性高等优良特性;海藻酸镁是一种新兴的海藻酸盐,产品的特性也与其他熟知的海藻酸盐产品有较大的不同,在国外被广泛用作医药辅料,对心脏、心血管疾病有积极的作用。
本发明用于肉牛育肥的饲料的有益效果为,通过添加大麦和玉米,使得饲料中提供的黄色素较少,因而会减少育肥牛后期脂肪中沉积的黄色素,从而提高“雪花肉”中脂肪的白色度,使“雪花肉”的感官品质提高;通过添加海藻酸钠和海藻酸镁的有机钙镁混合物,使其作为瘤胃缓冲剂替代传统的碳酸氢钠,从而有效提高了对瘤胃的调节作用,使瘤胃长时间处于健康状态,进而提高干物质的采食量,同时,不影响饲料的适口性;通过添加富含大量代谢产物的酵母培养物,有效改善干物质的吸收利用率;通过添加活性微生态制剂,有效提升瘤胃pH值,缓解酸中毒,同时,提高肠道有益菌的数量,分泌大量的酶制剂、发酵产生维生素和VFA,提高动物体的生产性能;通过添加过瘤胃维生素和过瘤胃氨基酸,即,通过合适的包被技术,使维生素、氨基酸通过瘤胃达到肠道,确保其释放和被吸收,进而改善育肥牛的生产性能;使用该饲料,可有效缓解瘤胃酸中毒,使肉牛的粪便由稀变干、成型,细腻,精神状态变好,可提高平均日增重5%~20%,肉牛的屠宰率、净肉率和肉骨比均可得到有效提高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用作肉牛育肥后期降低瘤胃酸中毒的精料补充料,其配料具体为,每1000千克精料补充料中所需的各种原料的数量如下:玉米300~400千克、大麦250~300千克、豆粕150~200千克、玉米胚芽粕50~150千克、玉米DDGS 50~80千克、石粉8~15千克、磷酸氢钙5~10千克、食盐5~10千克、有机钙镁2~3千克、酵母培养物2~5千克、活性微生态制剂2~3千克、微量元素预混料1~2千克、过瘤胃维生素0.2~1千克、过瘤胃氨基酸1~3千克;其中,有机钙镁为海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁的混合物。
本实施例的精料补充料的加工方法为,将全部原料经粉碎(大宗原料)、混合,加工成粉状或颗粒状混合物即可;该精料补充料主要用于安格斯肉牛在育肥后期降低瘤胃酸中毒,其饲喂量为,每天每头不低于体重的1.5%。
本实施例的精料补充料,添加了≥25%以上的大麦、≤40%的玉米,使得精料补充料提供的黄色素较少,进而减少育肥牛后期脂肪中沉积的黄色素,从而提高“雪花肉”中脂肪的白色度,使“雪花肉”的感官品质提高。
本实施例的精料补充料,具有如下效果:可有效缓解瘤胃酸中毒,粪便由稀变干、成型,细腻,肉牛的精神状态变好;提高干物质采食量1.5%以上;提高平均日增重8~20%;肉牛的屠宰率、净肉率和肉骨比可分别提高3%、3%和1%以上。
实施例2
一种肉牛育肥期无草饲喂的饲料,其配料具体为,每1000千克饲料中所需的各种原料的数量如下:苜蓿粉50~100千克、葵花皮或葵花盘50~100千克、蔗糖糖蜜20~50千克、玉米200~350千克、皮大麦250~350千克、豆粕50~150千克、玉米胚芽粕30~120千克、玉米DDGS 30~60千克、石粉5~15千克、磷酸氢钙3~10千克、食盐3~10千克、有机钙镁2~5千克、酵母培养物2~10千克、活性微生态制剂2~5千克、微量元素预混料1~2千克、过瘤胃维生素0.5~1千克,过瘤胃氨基酸2~5千克;其中,有机钙镁为海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁的混合物。
本实施例的饲料的加工方法为,将以上原料经粉碎(大宗原料)后按一定顺序添加,蔗糖糖蜜经液体喷涂、混合,制成合适粒径的颗粒饲料即可;该饲料主要用于安格斯肉牛育肥期的无草饲喂,其饲喂量为,每天每头不低于体重的2%。
本实施例的精料补充料,添加了≥25%以上的大麦、≤35%的玉米,使得精料补充料提供的黄色素较少,进而减少育肥牛后期脂肪中沉积的黄色素,从而提高“雪花肉”中脂肪的白色度,使“雪花肉”的感官品质提高。
本实施例的精料补充料,具有如下效果:可有效缓解瘤胃酸中毒,粪便由稀变干、成型,细腻,肉牛的精神状态变好;可提高平均日增重5~20%;肉牛的屠宰率、净肉率和肉骨比可分别提高2%、2%和1%以上。
实施例3
实施例1及实施例2的饲料配方中,均添加了有机钙镁,现将有机钙镁的功效做如下说明。
现有国内在育肥牛饲料中大量使用碳酸氢钠(俗称小苏打)作为瘤胃缓冲剂,进行瘤胃pH值的调节,然而,碳酸氢钠对瘤胃的调节作用十分有限,同时,碳酸氢钠的添加会影响精料补充料的适口性;而有机钙镁中和酸的效果更佳,能够刺激动物不断反刍,使动物保持瘤胃长时间的健康状态,进而有效提高干物质采食量;因此,本申请不添加碳酸氢钠来缓解瘤胃酸中毒。
关于添加有机钙镁相关测试结果如下。
图1为有机钙镁、石粉和碳酸氢钠在瘤胃中的酸中和时间的比较;由图1可看出:石粉基本没有中和作用;碳酸氢钠在1个小时内快速起作用后即挥发完毕,对瘤胃的调节作用十分有限,因而需要长期持续的供应;有机钙镁在8个小时内中和了2倍的酸,能使瘤胃长时间保持健康状态,进而可提高1.5%的干物质采食量。
图2为有机钙镁和碳酸氢钠的中和能力的比较;由图2可看出,有机钙镁中和的酸更多,在模拟瘤胃的环境下,中和了47.5%的酸,是碳酸氢钠的两倍。
图3为有机钙镁和碳酸氢钠的缓释功能的比较;由图3可看出,有机钙镁的缓释功能可让瘤胃在更长时间内保持在pH为5.5以上,另外,图3中椭圆框内表示的是基底物的利用率高且唾液流量低的时期;与此同时,碳酸氢钠作为缓冲剂存在诸多副作用,如,饲喂小苏打,会使奶牛的钠离子快速增加一倍,进而使其短期内大量饮水,从而将瘤胃液稀释、渗透压改变,缓释效率变低,同时,淀粉也快速被排出并呈拉稀状,瘤胃的丙酸降低,产奶量降低,相对乳脂率变高;另外,碳酸氢钠在欧盟、美国的有机牧场中不允许使用,因而,有机钙镁也是有机牧场中可使用的优先选择。
图4为有机钙镁中钙和镁的释放情况(在瘤胃模拟环境中Ca和Mg的释放率);一般的钙镁,尤其是镁,在瘤胃内无法被很好的吸收,而有机钙镁内离子态的Ca和Mg是完全可溶的,如图4所示,在超过8小时的瘤胃模拟超过pH 为5.5的条件下是可以被生物利用的,即,有机钙镁的钙和镁很容易被瘤胃壁吸收并被瘤胃微生物利用,从而提高瘤胃的发酵效率。
综上可知,有机钙镁作为缓冲剂能有效解决瘤胃酸中毒和SARA亚临床酸中毒的问题,并解决了碳酸氢钠持续时间短、中和效率低的问题;有机钙镁在热应激条件下能降低使用碳酸氢钠带来的副作用,减少由于钠盐过高产生的瘤胃效率低、拉稀,同时无需再添加氯化钾、氧化镁;有机钙镁含有多种有用而且容易吸收的矿物质,尤其是钙和镁,能在PH为5.5的瘤胃环境下几乎全被吸收,解决了肉牛钙的需求以及调节肉牛的代谢平衡;在替代了2倍碳酸氢钠以及石粉、氧化镁等后,节约了配方空间,有利于配方的调节,同时,由于替代了碳酸氢钠,因此在配方中要注意钠盐的平衡;有机钙镁作为纯天然有机投入产品,让有机牧场多了一个真正的有机投入品的选择。
实施例4
实施例1及实施例2的饲料配方中,均添加了酵母培养物、活性微生态制剂、过瘤胃维生素和过瘤胃氨基酸。现将上述各个原料的功效做如下说明。
关于酵母培养物的添加。该酵母培养物是以膨化玉米和豆粕为底物进行发酵而生产的,富含大量的代谢产物:维生素、氨基酸、肽、酶等,可改善干物质的吸收利用率;很多企业为降低成本而使用杂饼杂粕等为底物进行发酵,其代谢产物的数量和质量就大幅度下降,效果不明显。
关于活性微生态制剂的添加。该活性微生态制剂是以经特异性筛选的、通过混菌多级发酵包被技术生产的反刍动物专用益生菌,以酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等为主,能大幅度刺激瘤胃中乳酸利用菌的大量增殖,消耗瘤胃因淀粉发酵而产生的酸,从而提升瘤胃pH值,缓解酸中毒,同时,活性微生态可通过瘤胃进入肠道,提高肠道有益菌的数量,分泌大量的酶制剂,发酵产生B族维生素以及VFA,提供动物体吸收,以提高生产性能,如增重、增奶等。
关于过瘤胃维生素、过瘤胃氨基酸的添加。目前,在反刍动物饲料中,仍然大量使用未经包被的维生素和氨基酸。水溶性维生素从肠道吸收后,通过循环进入到机体需要的组织中,多余的部分大多由尿排出,在体内储存甚少;脂溶性维生素大部分由胆盐帮助吸收,循淋巴系统到体内各器官;因而,未经包被的维生素,在瘤胃中的损失率可达60%-70%,运转不到肠道中被吸收,从而表现为缺乏症状。氨基酸的吸收,主要在小肠内进行;各种氨基酸主要通过需钠耗能的主动转运方式而吸收。因而,通过合适的包被技术,使维生素、氨基酸通过瘤胃、达到肠道,确保释放和被吸收,来改善育肥牛的生产性能。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于肉牛育肥的饲料,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的原料:
玉米200~400份、大麦250~350份、豆粕50~200份、玉米胚芽粕30~150份、玉米DDGS30~60份、石粉5~15份、磷酸氢钙3~10份、食盐3~10份、有机钙镁2~5份、酵母培养物2~10份、活性微生态制剂2~5份、微量元素预混料1~2份、过瘤胃维生素0.2~1份,过瘤胃氨基酸1~5份;
所述有机钙镁为海藻酸钙和海藻酸镁的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于肉牛育肥的饲料,其特征在于,还包括如下质量份数的原料:
苜蓿粉50~100份、葵花皮或葵花盘50~100份、蔗糖糖蜜20~50份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于肉牛育肥的饲料,其特征在于,所述酵母培养物为以膨化玉米和豆粕为底物发酵而成的物质。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于肉牛育肥的饲料,其特征在于,该饲料的用途为,用作肉牛育肥后期降低瘤胃酸中毒的精料补充料。
5.如权利要求2所述的用于肉牛育肥的饲料,其特征在于,该饲料的用途为,用作肉牛育肥期无草饲喂的饲料。
6.如权利要求4所述的用于肉牛育肥的饲料,其特征在于,该饲料的饲喂量为,每天每头不低于体重的1.5%。
7.如权利要求5所述的用于肉牛育肥的饲料,其特征在于,该饲料的饲喂量为,每天每头不低于体重的2%。
