本发明属于养殖饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法。
背景技术
中国养猪业在过去十年取得了长足的发展,但中国养猪成本也逐年提高,据了解,猪饲料成本已经占到整个养猪成本的70% 以上,随着我国粮食价格的不断上涨,猪饲料成本也节节攀升,严重影响了我国养猪业的发展。
总的说来,按照猪的类型猪饲料可以分为多类,其中小猪饲料在猪饲料中占据重要地位。 小猪是指从仔猪过度到成猪的阶段,此时小猪胃肠道发育不完善,故需要在饲料中加入一定比例的易消化、品质高的蛋白饲料原料,例如鱼粉等。但是由于近年来我国滥捕滥捞的现象屡禁不鲜,渔业资源的日益匮乏,导致鱼粉价格居高不下。同时,小猪饲料中使用鱼粉还会有诸多风险:1、鱼粉的品质受来源、加工方法、保存条件的影响差异较大,使用效果不稳定; 2、鱼粉掺假现象经常发生,轻则饲料营养成分含量不达标,重则影响动物的健康和畜禽产品的食品安全;3、鱼粉的脂肪含量高达10% 左右,夏季高温时节易发生变质,给生产带来不便。同时,小猪饲料中的粮食原料乳玉米、小麦、大麦等价格不断上涨,直接导致了小猪饲料价格的提高,使小猪养殖成本越来越高。另外,小猪的抵抗能力较差,容易受到疾病感染, 若经常用药物预防或治疗,则易引起药物残留,导致猪肉品质下降,安全性降低。与目前人们安全第一的饮食习惯格格不入。因此,寻找小猪日粮中原料的替代品,研发一种无鱼粉、 成本造价低且营养均衡,同时能预防小猪生病的的小猪饲料显得尤为必要。
另外,在小猪饲料的加工过程中,需要将原料玉米粉、麦麸、豆粕等进行加热熟化。目前的熟化工艺均是将所有原料混合再进行熟化。但是这种熟化工艺的缺陷是,当熟化温度达到90℃以上时,会降低氨基酸及有益菌的活性,降低其蛋白质的营养价值,造成猪饲料中营养流失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术不足而提供一种高效环保、适口性好、能促进小猪快速生长发育、提高小猪免疫力,成本低廉的小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法,该方法在生产过程中没有破坏氨基酸中的营养物质及有益菌的活性,不会造成小猪饲料营养的流失。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:玉米粉20-30份、麦麸10-15份、豆秸10-15份、羽毛粉10-15份、啤酒糟5-10份、糖蜜5-10份、一点红1-3份、白头翁1-3份、黄芪1-3份、海盐0.1-0.3份、有益菌0.1-0.3份、微量元素0.1-0.3份;
其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将一点红、白头翁、黄芪分别用干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,然后用饲料粉碎机粉粹,粉粹后的一点红、白头翁和黄芪按上述重量份数混合均匀后倒入提取罐,加入水量为药物总重量的5-10倍,加热至100℃熬煮1-2小时,待药液温度降至30℃-60℃时,经120目筛网过滤,浓缩滤液、干燥、粉碎后得到原料A备用;
(2)按照上述重量份数将玉米粉、麦麸、豆秸粉碎后投入混合机混合搅拌均匀,放入调制器进行第一次熟化,第一次熟化的温度为90~95℃,熟化时间为5~10分钟,然后冷却、粉碎得原料B 备用;
(3)将羽毛粉、啤酒糟、糖蜜、海盐、有益菌、微量元素按照上述重量份数投入混合机中,再投入原料A和原料B,混合搅拌均匀后放入调制器进行第二次熟化,第二次熟化的温度为70~75℃,熟化时间为5~10分钟,然后冷却、粉碎、过筛,即得小猪饲料。
以上所述的豆秸为大豆、豌豆、蚕豆或豇豆的秸秆,制备方法为将晒干的豆秸用粉碎机粉碎成粉,加湿发酵7-10天,干燥后即得。
以上所述的羽毛粉是在制作羽绒制品过程中产生的废羽毛或羽毛下脚料经过研磨、发酵、干燥后所得。
以上所述的有益菌为乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌中的两种或两种以上。
以上所述的微量元素为铁、铜、锌、碘、钴、锰和硒;铁、铜、锌、碘、钴、锰和硒的质量比为1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:0.1-0.3。
大豆、豌豆、蚕豆、豇豆等秸秆的粗蛋白质含量和消化率都较高。大豆秸中含有干物质87.5%,灰分5.0%,粗纤维38.8%,粗脂肪1.3%,无氮浸出物37.3%,粗蛋白质4.5%,钙1.39%,磷0.05%。将大豆、豌豆、蚕豆或豇豆在豆籽粒成熟前采摘豆叶晒干,可作良好饲料。
羽毛粉的蛋白质含量可高达80%,氨基酸组份比较齐全,其赖氨酸、蛋氨酸低于进口鱼粉外,其余微量元素均高于鱼粉,而且胱氨酸的含量,居所有天然饲料之首,是很好的蛋白质饲料资源。羽毛粉由各种家禽屠宰后的羽毛以及不适于作羽绒制品的原料制成。一只家禽可产羽毛0.2㎏左右,我国羽毛资源每年有几十万吨,如2014年资源量可达1000万吨,居其他动物性饲料资源之冠,但饲用羽毛粉的产量却很低,绝大部分没有利用而白白浪费,十分可惜。
啤酒糟主要由麦芽的皮壳、叶芽、不溶性蛋白质、半纤维素、脂肪、灰分及少量未分解的淀粉和未洗出的可溶性浸出物组成。啤酒糟含有丰富的粗蛋白和微量元素,具有较高的营养价值。啤酒糟干物质中含粗蛋白25.13%、粗脂肪7.13%、粗纤维13.81%、灰分3.64%、钙0.4%、磷0.57%;在氨基酸组成上,赖氨酸占0.95%、蛋氨酸0.51%、胱氨酸0.30%、精氨酸1.52%、异亮氨酸1.40%、亮氨酸1.67%、苯丙氨酸1.31%、酪氨酸1.15%;还含有丰富的锰、铁、铜等微量元素。
糖蜜作为甘蔗制糖后的一大副产品,也具有丰富的营养价值,数据显示,甘蔗废糖蜜组成包括:对含干固物75%的甘蔗废糖蜜,总糖份占48-56%,其中包括蔗糖30-40%,还原糖15-20%,非发酵性糖2-4%,有机非糖物质9-12%;可溶性胶体和其它糖类4%;有机酸(乌头酸)3.0%;还包括少量柠檬酸、苹果酸及珑拍酸等,少量蜡、固醇、沥青、维生素及含氮物以蛋白质(共计约2-3%),硫酸灰份 10-15%;还含有多种微量元素:其中:钠 0.1-0.4%、钾1.5-5.0%、钙0.4-0.8%、氯0.7-3.0%、磷0.6-2.0%。
一点红,【别名】叶下红、红背叶、羊蹄草、假芥兰、山羊草、天毛草、野芥兰;【拉丁文】Emilia sonchifolia (L.) DC.,一点红全草含槲皮素、槲皮甙、芸香甙、山柰酚-3-半乳糖甙、熊果酸、正廿六烷、三十烷及微量氢氰酸;干草还含约2%硝酸钾。性平,味苦微辛,凉血解毒,活血散瘀,利水消肿。功能主治:清热,利水,凉血,解毒。治痢疾,腹泻,便血,水肿,肠痈,聘耳,目亦,喉蛾,疔疮,肿毒。
白头翁,【别名】老公花、毛姑朵花、耗子花、奈何草、老翁花;【拉丁文】Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel.,味苦、寒,具有清热解毒,凉血止痢,燥湿杀虫的功效。【药理作用】1.抗阿米巴原虫;2.抗阴道滴虫;3.抗菌作用4.抗病毒作用;5. 镇静、镇痛及抗痉挛作用。可见,将白头翁作为母猪饲料,对提高小猪的抗病能力,大有裨益。
黄芪,【别名】棉芪,黄耆,独椹,蜀脂,百本,百药棉,黄参,血参,人衔;【拉丁文】stragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge,味甘、微温,黄芪主要含苷类、多糖、黄酮、氨基酸、微量元素等,具有健脾补中、升阳举陷、益卫固表、利尿、托毒生肌。黄芪能促进机体代谢、抗疲劳、促进血清和肝脏蛋白质的更新;有明显的利尿作用,能消除实验性肾炎尿蛋白;能改善贫血动物现象;能升高低血糖,降低高血糖;能兴奋呼吸;能增强和调节机体免疫功能,对干扰素系统有促进作用,可提高机体的抗病力;对流感病毒等多种病毒所致细胞病变有轻度抑制作用,对流感病毒感染小鼠有保护作用;有较广泛的抗菌作用;黄芪在细胞培养中,可使细胞数明显增多,细胞生长旺盛,寿命延长;能增强心肌收缩力,保护心血管系统,抗心律失常,扩张冠状动脉和外周血管,降低血压,能降低血小板粘附力,减少血栓形成;还有降血脂、抗衰老、抗缺氧、抗辐射、保肝等作用。
所述的海盐为海水的盐水经煎晒而成的结晶,即天然盐,是未经加工的大粒盐,主要成分为氯化钠,具有增强食欲,促进胃肠蠕动和分泌的作用,可改善消化机能。加大剂量内服时,由于提高胃肠内容物的渗透压,阻止水分吸收,增强胃肠道蠕动,使动物缓泻。用于消化不良、食欲下降、胃肠驰缓及便秘初期。
所述的乳酸杆菌(Lacticacidbacteria)是一群杆状或球状的革兰氏阳性细菌,其DNA中G+C含量低于55%,可发酵碳水化合物(主要指葡萄糖)并产生大量乳酸,在自然界分布广泛,是动物和人肠道等处重要的生理性菌群之一。该类群细菌绝大多数对动物和人无毒、无害,负担着动物体内重要的生理功能。在乳酸菌中,乳酸杆菌是最大的一个属,其定义为杆形乳酸杆菌。乳杆菌属与动物关系最密切,它是动物肠道和阴道中占优势的菌群之一。乳杆菌分布广泛,动物和人类从口腔到直肠始终都有该菌存在。乳酸杆菌己知的生理功能主要表现为:阻止病原菌对肠道的入侵和定植,抑制病原菌,抗感染,维持肠道的微生态平衡,预防和抑制肿瘤的发生,增强机体免疫力,促进消化,合成氨基酸和维生素,降低胆固醇,抑制内毒素的生产,延缓衰老和抗辐射等。大量事实证明,只要肠道中乳酸杆菌的数量减少或丢失,出现菌群失调,就可能导致某种疾病的发生;只要肠道中乳酸杆菌的数量增加,区系得到平衡,就可以促进机体健康和治疗某种疾病。可见,增加机体肠道中乳酸杆菌的数量是预防和治疗某些疾病的一种重要措施。
所述的枯草芽孢杆菌【拉丁学名】Bacillus subtilis,是芽孢杆菌属的一种。枯草芽孢杆菌具有较强的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,可将体内酶原激活为有活性的酶,还可分泌一系列其他酶 ,如果胶酶、葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶等,可帮助分解植物饲料中非淀粉多糖等物质,改善饲料利用率,并且酸性肠道 环境可刺激动物的肠道蠕动,促进消化吸收。
所述的双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)是1899年由法国学者Tissier从母乳营养儿的粪便中分离出的一种厌氧的革兰氏阳性杆菌,末端常常分叉,故名双歧杆菌。双歧杆菌在人体肠内发酵后可产生乳酸和醋酸,能提高钙、磷、铁的利用率,具有治疗慢性腹泻、治疗便秘、保护肝脏、防治心血管疾病、改善乳糖消化等的作用。
所述的地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)细胞形态和排列呈杆状、单生,可调整菌群失调达到治疗目的,可促使机体产生抗菌活性物质、杀灭致病菌。能产生抗活性物质,并具有独特的生物夺氧作用机制,能抑制致病菌的生长繁殖。
猪成长过程中需要的微量元素主要有:铁、铜、锌、碘、钴、锰等。铁是形成血红素和肌红蛋白特别是仔猪造血和防止营养性贫血的一种必需元素;铜对机体的作用最广泛,是酶系统的一种重要成分,也是造血和防止营养性贫血所必需的元素;锌为体内多种酶的成分,碘作为甲状腺素的成分,大部分存在于甲状腺中,参与甲状腺素的合成。同机体的基础代谢率密切相关,参与几乎所有有机物质代谢过程;硒是猪的必需矿物营养素,猪缺硒时常见皮下水肿,骨骼肌及心肌萎缩,仔猪猝死等;钴是维生素B12的组成部分;锰对骨骼、繁殖、神经、碳水化合物及脂肪代谢有一定作用,临床上补加硒元素还可以防治仔猪下痢和白肌病。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的小猪饲料采用二次熟化法生产,生产过程中没有破坏氨基酸中的营养物质及有益菌的活性,不会造成饲料营养的流失。
2、本发明的原料中采用羽毛粉、啤酒糟及糖蜜含有小猪成长过程中需要的蛋白质、氨基酸及微量元素,还能对羽毛粉、啤酒糟及糖蜜的充分利用,避免羽毛粉、啤酒糟及糖蜜对环境造成的污染,使得小猪饲料的价格成本大大降低,减少了养猪成本的压力。另外,糖蜜组分含有较高的糖分含量,适口性好。
3、本发明的小猪饲料由多种营养成分搭配而成,安全、适口性好、营养均衡,各成分间
搭配合理,适合小猪在生长发育阶段的需求,同时饲料中含有的一点红、白头翁及黄芪中的多种药用成分对小猪的机体起到良好的调节作用,对环境变化及不良侵害干扰应激性提高可以避免小猪受到传染病危害,提高自身抗逆能力及免疫力,提高成活率。
4、本发明的小猪饲料中含有多种微量元素、有益菌,微量元素又会及时补充各种主原料中微量元素不稳定的缺陷,有益菌能有效提高饲料转化效率,安全、有机、环保,同时对糖蜜的利用不仅提高了小猪饲料的适口性、安全性。
5、本发明小猪饲料是根据小猪的身体状况及营养需求,经过精心、科学、合理配制而成,高效环保、适口性好、能促进小猪快速生长发育、提高小猪免疫力。
6、本发明的小猪饲料的矿物质均来源于海盐这种天然物质,没有人为添加矿物质元素,饲养小猪不会引起重金属超标,小猪通过消化与吸收矿物质,能够增强食欲,促进胃肠蠕动和分泌的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
(一)小猪饲料原料的重量份数为:
玉米粉20份、麦麸10份、豆秸10份、羽毛粉10份、啤酒糟5份、糖蜜5份、一点红1份、白头翁1份、黄芪1份、海盐0.1份、有益菌0.1份、微量元素0.1份;所述的有益菌为乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌。
其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将一点红、白头翁、黄芪分别用干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,然后用饲料粉碎机粉粹,粉粹后的一点红、白头翁和黄芪按上述重量份数混合均匀后倒入提取罐,加入水量为药物总重量的5-10倍,加热至100℃熬煮1-2小时,待药液温度降至30℃-60℃时,经120目筛网过滤,浓缩滤液、干燥、粉碎后得到原料A备用;
(2)按照上述重量份数将玉米粉、麦麸、豆秸粉碎后投入混合机混合搅拌均匀,放入调制器进行第一次熟化,第一次熟化的温度为90~95℃,熟化时间为5~10分钟,然后冷却、粉碎得原料B 备用;
(3)将羽毛粉、啤酒糟、糖蜜、海盐、有益菌、微量元素按照上述重量份数投入混合机中,再投入原料A和原料B,混合搅拌均匀后放入调制器进行第二次熟化,第二次熟化的温度为70~75℃,熟化时间为5~10分钟,然后冷却、粉碎、过筛,即得小猪饲料。
实施例2:
(一)小猪饲料原料的重量份数为:
玉米粉25份、麦麸12份、豆秸12份、羽毛粉12份、啤酒糟6份、糖蜜6份、一点红2份、白头翁2份、黄芪2份、海盐0.1-0.3份、有益菌0.2份、微量元素0.2份;所述的有益菌为乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌。
其生产方法与实施例 1相同。
实施例3:
(一)小猪饲料原料的重量份数为:玉米粉28份、麦麸14份、豆秸14份、羽毛粉14份、啤酒糟8份、糖蜜8份、一点红2份、白头翁2份、黄芪2份、海盐0.2份、有益菌0.2份、微量元素0.2份;所述的有益菌为乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌。
其生产方法与实施例 1相同。
实施例4:
(一)小猪饲料原料的重量份数为:玉米粉30份、麦麸15份、豆秸15份、羽毛粉15份、啤酒糟10份、糖蜜10份、一点红3份、白头翁3份、黄芪3份、海盐0.3份、有益菌0.3份、微量元素0.3份;所述的有益菌为乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌。
其生产方法与实施例 1相同。
应用实施例
本发明的小猪饲料于2014年初研究并制备出来,并在南宁市某养猪厂实施试用,选择10公斤左右小猪100头,经10天保育过渡,随机分为5 组,每组20头,实施例1-4各一组,对照组1组,分别对小猪进行饲喂。

本次试验于2015年3月6日开始,至2015年4月5日结束,共30 天,地点在南宁市某猪场。实验结果如下:
由试验结果可以看出,本发明的小猪饲料有明显的增重作用,试验1-4处理20头试猪平均增重为:397.2kg、412.2kg、415.2kg、406.8kg,相对于空白对照增重提高3.9%、7.8%、8.6%和6.4%,且料肉比也相应提高;同时,本发明的小猪饲料中还表现出适口性好、功能性强的特点,体现在:相对于常规饲料小猪明显爱吃,耗料总重相对空白组有所提高,且在 30 天中无任何不良反应,健壮活泼,活动力强,体质强壮。
Claims (5)
1.一种小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:玉米粉20-30份、麦麸10-15份、豆秸10-15份、羽毛粉10-15份、啤酒糟5-10份、糖蜜5-10份、一点红1-3份、白头翁1-3份、黄芪1-3份、海盐0.1-0.3份、有益菌0.1-0.3份、微量元素0.1-0.3份;
其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将一点红、白头翁、黄芪分别用干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,然后用饲料粉碎机粉粹,粉粹后的一点红、白头翁和黄芪按上述重量份数混合均匀后倒入提取罐,加入水量为药物总重量的5-10倍,加热至100℃熬煮1-2小时,待药液温度降至30℃-60℃时,经120目筛网过滤,浓缩滤液、干燥、粉碎后得到原料A备用;
(2)按照上述重量份数将玉米粉、麦麸、豆秸粉碎后投入混合机混合搅拌均匀,放入调制器进行第一次熟化,第一次熟化的温度为90~95℃,熟化时间为5~10分钟,然后冷却、粉碎得原料B 备用;
(3)将羽毛粉、啤酒糟、糖蜜、海盐、有益菌、微量元素按照上述重量份数投入混合机中,再投入原料A和原料B,混合搅拌均匀后放入调制器进行第二次熟化,第二次熟化的温度为70~75℃,熟化时间为5~10分钟,然后冷却、粉碎、过筛,即得小猪饲料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法,其特征在于:所述的豆秸为大豆、豌豆、蚕豆或豇豆的秸秆,制备方法为将晒干的豆秸用粉碎机粉碎成粉,加湿发酵7-10天,干燥后即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法,其特征在于:所述的羽毛粉是在制作羽绒制品过程中产生的废羽毛或羽毛下脚料经过研磨、发酵、干燥后所得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法,其特征在于:所述的有益菌为乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌中的两种或两种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的小猪饲料的二次熟化生产方法,其特征在于:所述的微量元素为铁、铜、锌、碘、钴、锰和硒;铁、铜、锌、碘、钴、锰和硒的质量比为1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3:0.1-0.3。
