7. The ETC portal control method for achieving uninterrupted operation comprises the control system according to claims 1-5, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, after the ETC portal frame is erected, the width of the ETC portal frame covers two driving directions of a vehicle, a main camera and an auxiliary camera are fixedly arranged above each lane in the driving direction of the vehicle along the same direction as the driving direction of the vehicle, and then the main camera and the auxiliary camera are fixedly arranged along the direction opposite to the driving direction of the vehicle, and each main camera and each auxiliary camera can shoot vehicle information;
secondly, arranging antennas on two sides of the top of the ETC portal respectively, and arranging control cabinets on two sides of the bottom of the ETC portal respectively, wherein the antennas are electrically connected with each main camera and each auxiliary camera to receive vehicle data sent by each main camera and each auxiliary camera and transmit the vehicle data into a communication module in each control cabinet;
thirdly, a power supply module in the power supply module transmits electric quantity to an electricity storage module, the electricity storage module transmits electricity to an output module, the output module is electrically connected with a camera and a power supply module to realize power supply of the camera and a control cabinet, and a calculation module is in communication connection with the existing toll special network to realize communication of a control system;
fourthly, under normal conditions, fixedly arranging a main camera in the same direction as the driving direction of the vehicle to shoot the vehicle information;
fifthly, fixedly arranging a main camera in the same direction as the vehicle running direction to shoot vehicle data information, communicating the vehicle data information with a communication module through an antenna, receiving the vehicle data by the communication module and transmitting the vehicle data to an information storage module, transmitting the vehicle data stored by the information storage module to a calculation module, and calculating and transmitting the vehicle traffic information to a toll collection special network by the calculation module;
sixthly, when the main camera arranged in the same direction as the vehicle running direction is damaged, the auxiliary camera arranged in the same direction as the vehicle running direction shoots vehicle data information and is communicated with the communication module through the antenna, the communication module receives the vehicle data and transmits the vehicle data to the information storage module, the vehicle data stored by the information storage module is transmitted to the calculation module, and the calculation module calculates vehicle traffic information and transmits the vehicle traffic information to the toll collection special network;
seventhly, when the main camera and the auxiliary camera which are arranged in the same direction as the vehicle running direction are damaged, the main camera which is arranged in the opposite direction to the vehicle running direction shoots vehicle data information and is communicated with the communication module through the antenna, the communication module receives the vehicle data and transmits the vehicle data to the information storage module, the vehicle data stored by the information storage module is transmitted to the calculation module, and the calculation module calculates and transmits the vehicle passing information to the toll collection net;
and eighthly, when the main camera and the auxiliary camera which are arranged in the same direction as the vehicle running direction and the main camera which is arranged in the opposite direction to the vehicle running direction are damaged, the auxiliary camera which is arranged in the opposite direction to the vehicle running direction shoots vehicle data information and communicates with the communication module through the antenna, the communication module receives the vehicle data and transmits the vehicle data to the information storage module, the vehicle data stored by the information storage module is transmitted to the calculation module, and the calculation module calculates and transmits the vehicle traffic information to the toll special network.

The ETC portal control method for realizing uninterrupted operation according to claim 7, wherein the power module adopts a power grid power supply, the storage battery is fixed in the control cabinet as a standby power supply, the solar panel is electrically connected with the storage battery, and if the power supply of the power grid power supply fails, the storage battery becomes the power module.
