Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,该脱模剂采用如下质量分数的原料制成:油性基材6%‑50%、表面活性剂0.1%‑10%、消泡剂0.1‑1%、硅基增强剂1%‑20%、稳定剂0.1%‑2%、助剂0.1%‑3%、适量水。在建筑模板上使用本发明可提高混凝土表面密实性、消除微小气泡,对混凝土的防水性能、耐久性能、外观质量的改善具有增益效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于混凝土外加剂领域,尤其涉及一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂。
背景技术
基于我国当前宏观发展形式,预计在未来10-20年基础设施建设节奏依旧延续当前迅猛发展的步伐,钢筋混凝土仍然有很大的需求。当前人们在对混凝土强度严格控制的的同时,对混凝土耐久性的关注度也日渐提升。混凝土渗透性作为影响耐久性的重要因素之一,以增强混凝土表面密实程度的方式对混凝土渗透性进行改善,将对混凝土耐久性提高有很大的积极作用。
发明内容
本发明从脱模剂的方向着手,为改善混凝土耐久性,提供了一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,将该脱模剂涂刷模板浇注混凝土制得的砼构件,表面密实性有所提高,这对混凝土的防水性能、耐久性能、外观质量的改善都具有增益效果。
本发明所述的一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,配方组成按质量计包括油性基材6%-50%、表面活性剂0.1%-10%、消泡剂0.1%-1%、硅基增强剂1%-20%、稳定剂0.1%-2%、助剂0.1%-3%、适量水。
所述油性基材包括菜籽油、花生油、大豆油、白油、高级脂肪酸中的一种或几种。
所述表面活性剂由阳离子型、阴离子型、非离子型中的一类或多类复配所得。
所述消泡剂为嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、有机硅乳液中的一种或多种。
所述硅基增强剂包括甲基硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钾、氟硅酸镁、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷、气相二氧化硅中的一种或几种。
所述稳定剂为聚丙烯酸钠、硅酸镁铝、羧甲基纤维素钠、膨润土中的一种或几种。
所述硅基增强剂包括甲基硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钾、氟硅酸镁、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷、气相二氧化硅中的一种或几种。
所述助剂包括防腐剂、防闪锈剂。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明提供的脱模剂为水性乳液,属于绿色环保型材料,不含有机挥发物(VOC)和聚氧乙烯烷基醚(APEO),没有也不会产生有害的空气污染物(HAPs),对环境、作业人员危害性小。
2、本发明提供的脱模剂中乳化剂组分,对混凝土表面气泡的消除有明显效果,对改善混凝土外观质量有很大的增益效果。
3、本发明提供的脱模剂中硅基增强剂组分,可与混凝土中间产物发生反应,对混凝土内部孔隙进行填充,提高混凝土密实性,同时在混凝土表层生成一层不溶性的防水、防渗膜,进一步改善混凝土的防水性能、耐久性能。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,配方组成按质量份数包括油性基材6份、表面活性剂1份、消泡剂0.5份、硅基增强剂10份、稳定剂1份、助剂1份、自来水80.5份。
其中,油性基材为质量比为6:4的菜籽油与白油的混合物。
表面活性剂由阳离子型月桂酰胺丙基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵与非离子型OP-8、AEO-3按1:1:1:1复配所得混合物。
消泡剂为有机硅乳液。
硅基增强剂为质量比为8:2的甲基硅酸钠与气相二氧化硅的混合物。
稳定剂为硅酸镁铝。
助剂中防腐剂为苯甲酸钠,防闪锈剂为有机胺络合物。
实施例2
一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,配方组成按质量份数包括油性基材50份、表面活性剂10份、消泡剂1份、硅基增强剂20份、稳定剂1份、助剂2份、自来水16份。
其中,油性基材为质量比为5:5的的花生油与大豆油的混合物。
表面活性剂为阴离子型α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基磺酸钠按7:3复配所得混合物。
消泡剂为有机硅乳液。
硅基增强剂为气相二氧化硅。
稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
助剂中防腐剂为山梨酸钾,防闪锈剂为有机锌络合物。
实施例3
一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,配方组成按质量份数包括油性基材30份、表面活性剂8份、消泡剂0.5份、硅基增强剂15份、稳定剂0.8份、助剂0.9份、自来水44.8份。
其中,油性基材为菜籽油。
表面活性剂为阳离子型十六酸酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵。
消泡剂为嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚。
硅基增强剂为质量比括5:2:2:1的甲基硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钾、氟硅酸镁、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物。
稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
助剂中防腐剂为卡松,防闪锈剂为四硼酸钠。
实施例4
一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,配方组成按质量份数包括油性基材23份、表面活性剂1份、消泡剂1份、硅基增强剂1份、稳定剂1份、助剂1份、自来水72份。
其中,油性基材为质量比为3:4:3的大豆油、白油、高级脂肪酸的混合物。
表面活性剂为阳离子型十八烷基三甲基氯化铵与阴离子型α-烯基磺酸钠以质量比5:5复配所得混合物。。
消泡剂为嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚与有机硅消泡剂以质量比6:4复配所得混合物。
硅基增强剂为质量比为7:1:2的甲基硅酸钾、氟硅酸镁、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物。
稳定剂为膨润土。
助剂中防腐剂为乳酸钠,防闪锈剂为亚硝酸钠。
图1为由实施例1所制备的脱模剂(左图)和液压油(右图)分别涂刷模板,在脱模后混凝土表面滴加一滴水后的状态。混凝土外观质量左图明显优于右图,且左图中水滴基本无渗透扩散发生,而右图中水滴有明显扩散渗透现象。说明本发明所述脱模剂对混凝土外观质量具有改善作用,可以填充混凝土表面孔隙,在一定程度上起到防水效果,有利于混凝土耐久性的提升。

Claims (2)
1.一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,其特征在于,配方组成按质量计包括油性基材6%-50%、表面活性剂0.1%-10%、消泡剂0.1%-1%、硅基增强剂1%-20%、稳定剂0.1%-2%、助剂0.1%-3%、适量水;
所述油性基材包括菜籽油、花生油、大豆油、白油、高级脂肪酸中的一种或几种;
所述表面活性剂由阳离子型、阴离子型、非离子型中的一类或多类复配所得;
所述消泡剂为嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、有机硅乳液中的一种或多种;
所述稳定剂为聚丙烯酸钠、硅酸镁铝、羧甲基纤维素钠、膨润土中的一种或几种;
所述硅基增强剂包括甲基硅酸钠、甲基硅酸钾、氟硅酸镁、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷、气相二氧化硅中的一种或几种;
所述助剂包括防腐剂、防闪锈剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种提高混凝土表面密实性的脱模剂,其特征在于,采用该脱模剂在建筑模板混凝土浇筑施工中可提高混凝土表面密实性、消除微小气泡,对混凝土的防水性能、耐久性能、外观质量的改善具有增益效果。
