Abstract
本发明提供一种粘度增加的禽饲料(后述简称本饲料),本饲料具有易采食、消化吸收率高的优点。本饲料中包括质量百分比为8%‑10%的大米抛光粉,用于增加饲料粘度:本饲料为鸡饲料时,包括质量百分比为8%的大米抛光粉;所述饲料为鸭饲料时,包括质量百分比为10%的大米抛光粉。本饲料还包括质量百分比为0.1%‑0.2%的复合酶制剂,所述复合酶制剂中至少包括部分淀粉酶。通过加入8%‑10%的大米抛光粉来增加饲料粘度,使饲料硬度增加,粉率降低,且饲料可以被禽类容易地啄食到,减少饲料浪费、节约资源。同时,加入复合酶制剂,提高饲料消化吸收率,降低养殖户饲料成本、提升满意度。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料技术领域,特别是喂养禽类的饲料,具体是一种粘度增加的禽饲料。
背景技术
禽类饲料中含有较多的淀粉营养成分,现有技术的禽类饲料在生产过程中面临一个粘度不够的问题,导致生产出来的饲料硬度不够、粉率较高,实际用于禽类喂养时,禽类不容易吃到饲料,禽类的喙可以啄食成颗粒状的饲料,但是一旦粉碎就无法啄食,这就导致饲料浪费比较严重,也使得养殖户对饲料产品不满意。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中提出的问题,本发明提出一种粘度增加的禽饲料,能够提高饲料粘度、增加硬度、减少粉率,从而提高饲料的利用率,提高用户满意度。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种粘度增加的禽饲料,所述饲料中包括质量百分比为8%-10%的大米抛光粉,所述大米抛光粉用于增加饲料粘度,所述饲料呈颗粒状。
进一步地,所述饲料为鸡饲料,所述饲料中包括质量百分比为8%的大米抛光粉。
进一步地,其它饲料组成成份包括:石粉1%-2%、磷酸氢钙0.5%-0.8%、糙米8%-12%、玉米10%-13%、谷氨酸渣2%-4%、膨润土2%-4%、米糠18%-25%、DDGS10%-12%、喷浆玉米皮5%-7%、小麦10%-20%。
进一步地,所述饲料为鸭饲料,所述饲料中包括质量百分比为10%的大米抛光粉。
进一步地,其它饲料组成成份包括:豆油0.2%-0.4%、豆粕5%-15%、糙米8%-10%、稻谷3%-10%、玉米10%-20%、米糠10%-25%、DDGS15%-25%、谷氨酸渣0.5%-3.5%。
进一步地,其它饲料组成成份还包括:中药添加剂0.2%-0.4%,所述中药添加剂由以下中药原料及重量份数组成:党参15份、黄芪10份、条苓30份、黄连20份、雄黄15份、蛇舌草50份、板蓝根20份,所述中药原料预先粉碎混合,粉碎粒度2-5mm。
进一步地,所述饲料还包括质量百分比为0.1%-0.2%的复合酶制剂,所述复合酶制剂中至少包括淀粉酶。
进一步地,所述复合酶制剂还包括木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶,所述淀粉酶、木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶的重量比为3:1:2:1。
本发明的有益效果包括,通过加入8%-10%的大米抛光粉来增加饲料粘度,添加后饲料硬度增加,粉率降低,饲料可以被禽类容易地啄食到,减少饲料浪费、节约资源,降低养殖户饲料成本、提升满意度;同时加入中药添加剂,提高禽类健康,增加产量,加入复合酶制剂,提高饲料消化吸收率。

下面对本发明作进一步的说明,以便于本领域技术人员理解本发明。
实施例1:一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其原料及重量组分比为:大米抛光粉8%、石粉2%、磷酸氢钙0.5%、糙米12%、玉米13%、谷氨酸渣4%、膨润土2%、米糠19%、DDGS12%、喷浆玉米皮7%、小麦20%、中药添加剂0.3%、复合酶制剂0.2%。
实施例2:一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其原料及重量组分比为:大米抛光粉8%、石粉1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%、糙米8%、玉米10%、谷氨酸渣4%、膨润土4%、米糠25%、DDGS12%、喷浆玉米皮7%、小麦20%、中药添加剂0.3%、复合酶制剂0.2%。
实施例3:一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其原料及重量组分比为:大米抛光粉8%、石粉1%、磷酸氢钙0.7%、糙米8%、玉米12%、谷氨酸渣2%、膨润土4%、米糠25%、DDGS12%、喷浆玉米皮7%、小麦20%、中药添加剂0.2%、复合酶制剂0.1%。
实施例4:一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其原料及重量组分比为:大米抛光粉8%、石粉2%、磷酸氢钙0.6%、糙米12%、玉米13%、谷氨酸渣4%、膨润土3%、米糠18%、DDGS12%、喷浆玉米皮7%、小麦20%、中药添加剂0.2%、复合酶制剂0.2%。
实施例1-4为鸡饲料,生产后,所述饲料呈颗粒状,经肉眼观察,粉率较低,用手捏较原有产品硬度提高、不易捏碎,实际用于喂养鸡时,使用后饲料盘中未见明显残留的饲料粉渣。
实施例5:一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其原料及重量组分比为:大米抛光粉10%、豆油0.2%、豆粕15%、糙米10%、稻谷3%、玉米20%、米糠15%、DDGS25%、谷氨酸渣1.5%、中药添加剂0.2%、复合酶制剂0.1%。
实施例6:一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其原料及重量组分比为:大米抛光粉10%、豆油0.3%、豆粕10%、糙米9%、稻谷5%、玉米20%、米糠25%、DDGS17%、谷氨酸渣3.3%、中药添加剂0.3%、复合酶制剂0.1%。
实施例7:一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其原料及重量组分比为:大米抛光粉10%、豆油0.4%、豆粕15%、糙米8.5%、稻谷10%、玉米12%、米糠20%、DDGS20%、谷氨酸渣3.5%、中药添加剂0.4%、复合酶制剂0.2%。
实施例5-7为鸭饲料,生产后,所述饲料呈颗粒状,经肉眼观察,粉率较低,用手捏较原有产品硬度提高、不易捏碎,实际用于喂养鸭时,鸭可以较容易地吃到饲料颗粒,食用后未见明显残留的饲料粉渣。
另外,本发明的饲料产品通过加入中药添加剂,提高禽类健康,增加产量,所述中药添加剂由以下中药原料及重量份数组成:党参15份、黄芪10份、条苓30份、黄连20份、雄黄15份、蛇舌草50份、板蓝根20份,所述中药原料预先粉碎混合,粉碎粒度2-5mm,粉碎后加入如上所述的实施例中的其他饲料原料中,一起加工制成饲料颗粒;且加入复合酶制剂,提高饲料消化吸收率,所述复合酶制剂包括淀粉酶、木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶,所述淀粉酶、木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶的重量比为3:1:2:1。

1.一种粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料中包括质量百分比为8%-10%的大米抛光粉,所述大米抛光粉用于增加饲料粘度,所述饲料呈颗粒状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料为鸡饲料,所述饲料中包括质量百分比为8%的大米抛光粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,其它饲料组成成份包括:石粉1%-2%、磷酸氢钙0.5%-0.8%、糙米8%-12%、玉米10%-13%、谷氨酸渣2%-4%、膨润土2%-4%、米糠18%-25%、DDGS10%-12%、喷浆玉米皮5%-7%、小麦10%-20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料为鸭饲料,所述饲料中包括质量百分比为10%的大米抛光粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,其它饲料组成成份包括:豆油0.2%-0.4%、豆粕5%-15%、糙米8%-10%、稻谷3%-10%、玉米10%-20%、米糠10%-25%、DDGS15%-25%、谷氨酸渣0.5%-3.5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,其它饲料组成成份还包括:中药添加剂0.2%-0.4%,所述中药添加剂由以下中药原料及重量份数组成:党参15份、黄芪10份、条苓30份、黄连20份、雄黄15份、蛇舌草50份、板蓝根20份,所述中药原料预先粉碎混合,粉碎粒度2-5mm。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料还包括质量百分比为0.1%-0.2%的复合酶制剂,所述复合酶制剂中至少包括淀粉酶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的粘度增加的禽饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶制剂还包括木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶,所述淀粉酶、木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶的重量比为3:1:2:1。
