Description

High-density artemia egg hatching method fully utilizing hatching water body
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of aquatic seedling culture, and particularly relates to a high-density hatching method for artemia cysts by fully utilizing a hatching water body.
Background
Artemia (Brine shrimp, Artemia) is commonly called Brine shrimp, is a small-sized crustacean living in a high-salinity water area, and Artemia nauplii hatched from Artemia eggs are indispensable initial feed for young aquaculture animals such as fishes, shrimps and crabs, and can greatly improve the survival rate of artificial breeding of the aquaculture animals. The quality of production and hatching of artemia cysts become one of the bottlenecks of aquatic breeding, particularly seawater breeding. The hatching density of the artemia cysts is low, and the hatching density is only 1-2 g/L or even lower when a using unit actually produces the artemia cysts. The incubation period of the artemia cysts is generally more than 24 hours, and in addition, the incubation container is filled with water and heated before the artemia cysts are incubated, air is stopped after incubation is finished, the cysts and the shells are separated, larvae are discharged and cleaned, and the like, the whole process needs about 30 hours, so that the incubation container of the artemia cysts incubation field can be used by only half every day, the other half of the incubation container needs to be used for the next day, and the utilization rate of the incubation water body is only 50%. In addition, all the artemia cysts are incubated at one time, namely the whole incubation process of the artemia cysts is always carried out in a fixed incubation container, so that the water quality of incubation water is deteriorated in the incubation process of more than 24 hours, and the incubation density can only be maintained at a lower level.
Therefore, a method for hatching artemia cysts in high density by fully utilizing a hatching water body is urgently needed to be developed, the hatching density of the artemia cysts is improved on the basis of ensuring the hatching rate of the artemia cysts, the utilization rate of the hatching water body of the artemia cysts in a hatching field is fully improved, and more artemia nauplii are hatched in a short time so as to meet the requirement of initial feeding of aquatic seedlings.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for hatching artemia cysts at high density by fully utilizing hatching water, which solves the problems of low utilization rate of the artemia cysts hatching water and waste of hatching containers in the prior art and realizes high-density hatching of the artemia cysts.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a high-density hatching method of artemia cysts by fully utilizing a hatching water body is characterized in that:
hatching the artemia cysts in two stages; wherein the hatching density of the artemia cysts in the first hatching stage is not less than 5g/L, and the hatching time is not less than 3 h; the hatching density of the artemia cysts in the second hatching stage is lower than that in the first hatching stage and the hatching time in the second hatching stage is longer than that in the first hatching stage.
Further, the hatching density of the artemia cysts in the first hatching stage is 5-20g/L, and the hatching time is 3-10 h.
Further, the hatching density of the artemia cysts in the first hatching stage is 10-15 g/L, and the hatching time is 4-5 h.
Further, the hatching density of the artemia cysts in the second hatching stage is 1-3 g/L.
Furthermore, the artemia eggs for hatching are shelled artemia eggs or shelled artemia eggs.
Further, the first hatching stage adopts direct hatching or hatching reinforcer is added for hatching.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) high-density hatching of artemia cysts is realized on the basis of ensuring high hatching rate, wherein the hatching density in the first stage can reach 15-20g/L, and the hatching density in the second stage also reaches 3 g/L.
2) The utilization rate of the hatching pond/container and the water body is improved, and the daily utilization rate of the hatching water body reaches more than 80 percent, so that the problems of low water body utilization rate and poor water quality of the existing hatching mode are solved.
3) The hatching method has wide application range and can be used for the conventional hatching of the artemia cysts, shelling hatching and hatching by adding a hatching enhancer.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following specific examples. The artemia cysts used in the following examples are all saltwater artemia cysts produced by kazakhstan.
Example 1
A first hatching stage: hatching by using a 60L conical bottom hatching barrel, and putting 750g of artemia cysts into a hatching barrel filled with 50L of hatching liquid for hatching, wherein the hatching density of the artemia cysts is 15g/L, and the artemia cysts are hatched for 6 hours.
A second hatching stage: evenly distributing the artemia cysts and hatching fluid which pass through the first hatching stage into five 60L conical bottom hatching barrels, supplementing new hatching fluid to enable the water body of the hatching fluid in each hatching barrel to be 50L, enabling the hatching density to be 3g/L at the moment, and continuing hatching for 18 h. The incubation conditions were conventional.
After the hatching is finished, the hatching rate of the artemia cysts is 81.5 percent; five of six conical bottom hatching barrels can be used every day, and the utilization rate of the hatching container reaches 83%.
Example 2
A first hatching stage: hatching by using a 500L conical bottom hatching barrel, firstly shelling 6000g of artemia cysts, and then putting the shelled artemia cysts into a hatching barrel filled with 500L of hatching liquid for hatching, wherein the hatching density of the artemia cysts is 12g/L, and hatching is carried out for 5 h.
A second hatching stage: evenly distributing the artemia cysts and hatching fluid which pass through the first hatching stage into four 500L hatching barrels with conical bottoms, supplementing new hatching fluid, enabling the water body of the hatching fluid in each hatching barrel to be 500L, enabling the hatching density to be 3g/L at the moment, and continuing to hatch for 19 h. The incubation conditions were conventional.
After the incubation is finished, the hatching rate of the artemia cysts is 80.8 percent; four of the five conical bottom hatching barrels can be used every day, and the utilization rate of the hatching container reaches 80 percent.
Example 3
Incubation was performed using a 2000L cement incubation cell.
A first hatching stage: and (3) adding 8000g of artemia cysts into an incubation barrel filled with 500L of incubation liquid to incubate, wherein the incubation density of the artemia cysts is 16g/L, and incubating for 5 h.
A second hatching stage: evenly distributing the artemia cysts and hatching fluid which pass through the first hatching stage into two 2000L cement hatching ponds, supplementing new hatching fluid to ensure that the water body of the hatching fluid in each hatching pond is 2000L, wherein the hatching density is 2g/L at the moment, and continuously hatching for 19 h. The incubation conditions were conventional.
After the incubation is finished, the hatching rate of the artemia cysts is 80.1 percent; the two cement hatching ponds can be used every day, the utilization rate of the cement hatching ponds reaches 100%, and the utilization rate of water reaches 89%.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
