Abstract

Description
本发明涉及织物强化传送带装置,特别是坚固的织物传送带装置,其中强化织物带芯由单一的较厚的整体织物层做成,不同于多层结构传送带装置,多层结构是用多层较薄的织物做成,织物上覆盖聚氯乙烯(PVC)或橡胶。
加工密集织物传送带装置有大量的工艺问题,特别是在厚织物带芯中满意地注入聚氯乙烯。尽管如此,密集织物结构一般地是最优的,因为织物衬底由聚氯乙烯(PVC)填料变成整体的,从而避免了聚氯乙烯覆盖层的脱落问题,在多层传送带装置中这是经常发生过早损坏的原因。密集织物结构同样改进了支撑和抗裂性能。
到目前为止,密集织物结构局限于使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为浸渍剂。然而,在某种情况下使用橡胶外部覆盖层是有好处的,例如,在急降坡面上,众所周知,为了提供一种橡胶承载面采用了聚丁二烯—丙烯腈共聚物(腈橡胶)的外部覆盖层,它是和聚氯乙烯(PVC)兼容的,能在压力下融合在密集织物带芯的聚氯乙烯(PVC)表面上。该工艺过程,尽管能生产出一种满意的产品,但是比较昂贵,在某些情况下,在经济上是不可行的。
本发明的目标是提供一种密集织物传送带装置,外部具有橡胶覆盖层。并且,在最初加工聚氯乙烯(PVC)/织物衬底时成本不高。
过去试图生产一种全橡胶密集织物传送带装置未获成功,原因是很难将橡胶浆注入厚织物带芯内,并且,采用化学粘结系统在技术上未被证明是行得通的。它通常是用于薄的织物层,该种织物层是在加工多层传送带装置时采用的。采用化学粘结系统和密集织物带芯时,浸渍剂高聚物很难注满织品的空隙,这将会聚低织物带芯的机械性能。
上述问题现已在强化织物传送带装置的结构中获得解决。它是依靠本发明第一方面的密集织物带芯解决的。其提供了一种密集织物带芯,在织物带芯内注入橡胶,表面覆盖橡胶,其中经线由双股聚酯纤维线做成。该聚酯线为膨松结构,由叫做空气喷射卷曲的工艺过程用空气控制膨胀实现。
线的这种组合能提供最佳的拉伸平衡。纤维线以及卷曲结构线和橡胶的机械粘结力实现了这种拉伸平衡。
聚酯纤维线由连续伸长的纤维做成,它由平行的或没有缠绕的纤维组合而成。卷曲聚酯线由聚酯纤维做成,并且进一步加工成具有类似于切段短纤维线的外表和特性,关于这方面,聚酯纤维线是通过喷嘴输送的,在喷嘴内它受到高压空气流。线离开喷嘴后投射到撞击体上。在该过程中,使构成线的单股纤维形成环线。它们在由喷嘴投射到撞击体上的空气涡流的影响下部分地相互结合。一部分环线仍在线中,从而增加容积。而伸出外表面的某些环线使线产生卷曲结构。
比较聚酯纤维线和卷曲结构聚酯线的典型试验结果如下:

最好是编织成简单的两层或三层结构的织物带芯,其中全部经线具有同样线路,采用这种结构,一米宽传送带的强度可达到1250KNs,生产更高强度的传送带装置,需要增加经线的数量。但是,由于织物密度大会影响浸渍剂注入到传送带的中间部分。
依靠本发明的第二方面可以解决这个问题。其是通过改变织物结构,在织物带芯的表面建立一个“空穴”,它会为浸渍剂注入传送带装置的中间部分提供方便,这个问题已经由采用一种编织方式解决了,其中内部经线与最外的两层线相比是沿直线绕成。内部经线最好是和每个第4根纬线交织。
由于内部经线和外部经线的线路不一样,需要对他们的拉伸特性进行平衡。否则,由于外部经线编织线路较短,将会受到不成比例的拉力,在内部经线受到全部拉伸之前,外部经线将会被拉断。
在本发明的最佳实施例中,由于内层经线采用了聚酯,外层经线采用了聚酰胺,如尼龙6,两者的拉伸特性得到了平衡,聚酯的拉断延伸率为14%,而尼龙6为19.5%,拉断延伸率5.5%的差别(典型的为6%)补偿了内部经线线路的不同,从而充分利用了内外经线的拉力潜能。
内部经线最好与卷曲聚酯线一起做成双股的,而外部经线与卷曲聚酯线一起有选择地做成双股的。
本发明的具体装置参考示图举例说明如下:
图1为简易双层结构密集织物带芯的示意图。经线由聚酯纤维线和聚酯卷曲线根据本发明的第一方面组合在一起。
图2为卷曲聚酯纤维线加工装置的简图。
图3为根据本发明的第二方面绘出的4层结构密集织物带芯的示意图。
图1中示出了用于制造传送带或传送带装置的两层(股)结构密集织物带芯。经线10由聚酯纤维线和卷曲聚酯线组合而成。
使用中加工传送带或传送带装置时,密集织物带芯在送入压制机以前浸入橡胶浆中,在压制机中预制的未固化的橡胶片贴在织物带芯的每一个表面上,在加热和加压的条件下进行固化。橡胶片可以是天然的,也可以是人造的。
卷曲聚酯线能保证橡胶片在织物带芯上的机械粘结力。
图2示出了卷曲聚酯纤维线加工装置的简图,加工装置由浸湿机构1、卷曲喷嘴2、和撞击体3组成,待卷曲的线通过浸湿机构1被送入喷嘴2,在其中受到喷嘴2侧孔4进来的压缩空气流的冲击。离开喷嘴后,投射到撞击体3上,在该过程中线的纤维分散,聚束,形成环线。
图3为4层结构的密集织物带芯,织物带芯的外表面有“空穴”。便于液体橡胶流入传送带的中间部位,编号为12的线具有较短的编织线路,由聚酰胺纤维做成,编号为13的线由聚酯纤维做成,线12和13可以有选择地和卷曲聚酯线绕在一起。
Claims (8)
1.一种传送带或传送带装置,包括一密集织物带芯,其中注入橡胶,并且覆盖橡胶,其特征是,经线包括聚酯纤维线,其和卷曲聚酯线做成双股的。
2.根据权利要求1的传送带或传送带装置,其特征是,密集织物带芯是按两层或3层结构编织的,其中全部经线按同样的线路编成。
3.一种传送带或传送带装置,由密集织物带芯做成,其中注入橡胶,表面覆盖橡胶,其特征是,密集织物带芯按4层或更多层结构编成,其中内层经线沿较直线路编织,而最外的两层经线编织时要在织物带芯表面形成“空穴”。
4.根据权利要求3的传送带或传送带装置,其特征是,内层经线和每个第4根纬线交织。
5.根据权利要求3或4的传送带或传送带装置,其特征是,较短的内部经线和较长的外部经线的拉伸特性是平衡的。
6.根据权利要求5的传送带或传送带装置,其特征是,内部经线由聚酯做成,外部经线由聚酰胺做成。
7.根据权利要求3或6的传送带和传送带装置,其特征是,内部经线由卷曲聚酯线合成双股的。
8.根据权利要求7的传送带或传送带装置,其特征是,外部经线由卷曲聚酯线合成双股的。
