Abstract
The invention discloses a composition with antipruritic, anti-inflammatory and anti-dandruff functions, which comprises kuh-seng, cinnamon, liquorice and shaddock peel. The invention has the advantages that: the natural medicinal materials of cinnamon, radix sophorae flavescentis, liquorice and shaddock peel with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and biological activities are selected as raw materials, active substances in the raw materials are fully enriched, and the raw materials are compounded to form the product with the effects of relieving itching, removing dandruff and relieving, so that the trouble of dandruff is solved, the scalp health is promoted, and the hair quality is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a composition with itching relieving, anti-inflammatory and anti-dandruff functions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The attention of human beings to self-images and the pursuit of beauty are increasing the demand of cosmetics, and with the progress of the age and the improvement of human living standard, people are also paying more attention to the effectiveness and safety of cosmetics, and the 'green nature' is the focus of attention of the current cosmetics. Safe and effective natural plant cosmetic raw materials have good competitive advantages in the cosmetic market.
It was found that 60% of adults in china suffer from dandruff to a different extent, and that the problem of dandruff is more common than in the european and american countries. This is mainly caused by the fact that Chinese consumers don't pay attention to the health care of the head skin, bad hygiene habits and the selection of uncomfortable hair care products. Therefore, the consumption of the anti-dandruff product is greatly increased, and the anti-dandruff antipruritic agent adopted by the anti-dandruff shampoo in the domestic market is basically chemical substances (such as ZPT, OCT and the like), but the substances have certain sensitization, irritation and instability.
The shampoo for treating dandruff in the market at present has the principle of bacteriostasis and degreasing. The bactericide added into the anti-dandruff product comprises copper Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT), copper pyrithione ethanolamine salt (OCT), hexamidine bis (isethionate), etc. Three general categories can be distinguished: 1. antifungal agents; 2. the exfoliating agent can effectively remove a certain proportion of keratinocytes and relieve clinical symptoms to a certain extent, and the products comprise coal tar, sulfur and salicylic acid; the long-term application of the product can destroy the epidermis structure, disturb the balance of the epidermis and influence the hair quality; 3. cytostatic agents, which mainly reduce the rate of turnover of the stratum corneum cells, improve the keratinization and desquamation process with the recovery of the circulation cycle length of the stratum corneum, but are highly irritating in the main components, feel rough after use, may cause some cosmetic problems, especially sensitive skin, and have bad odors, etc.
The dandruff-removing itching-relieving hair products extracted from plants or traditional Chinese medicines are also available on the market, but have poor safety, or contain synthetic bacteriostats, so that the skin on the head is easy to be irritated, and the phenomena of itching, redness and the like are generated; still other compositions are dark, heavy and sedimented, and inconvenient to use in cosmetics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safe and effective composition with antipruritic, anti-inflammatory and anti-dandruff functions.

In order to verify the technical effect of the invention, the following tests are specifically performed:
13 traditional Chinese medicines are selected for different solvent extraction, and screening is carried out on a bacteria inhibition experiment of malassezia.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: because the number of samples is too large, 2 samples in some experiments share one flat plate, and the diameter of the flat plate is 9cm, so that the antibacterial effect (reference positive ZPT effect) is judged to be better when the radius of the antibacterial circle reaches 2 cm.
Screening sample preparation: the 13 Chinese medicines are extracted with water and 75% ethanol solvent respectively for 2 hours, and then filtered, and the filtrate is collected. Concentrating to 1 time of the feeding amount.
The experimental results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
The obtained extract has effects of inhibiting Malassezia (ATCC 44344) and six extracts including cortex Cinnamomi extract (ethanol extract), pericarpium Citri Grandis extract (ethanol extract), fructus Cnidii extract (water extract), radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract (ethanol extract) and radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract (water extract).
Preferably, the experiment results are used for carrying out different combination of the optimized materials on the antibacterial experiment of malassezia
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the oxford cup method is adopted, the diameter of the flat plate is 9cm, so that the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial circle with the radius reaching 2cm is judged to be better (the reference positive ZPT effect).
