The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a composition with itching relieving, anti-inflammatory and dandruff removing functions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The human attention to self image and the pursuit of beauty make the demand of cosmetics increasingly increase, and with the progress of the times and the improvement of the living standard of human beings, people also pay more and more attention to the effectiveness and safety of cosmetics, and 'green and natural' is the focus of attention of current cosmetics. The safe and effective natural plant cosmetic raw materials have good competitive advantages in the cosmetic market.
Studies have found that in china, 60% of adults suffer to varying degrees from dandruff, a problem that is more prevalent than in the european and american countries. This is mainly due to the fact that Chinese consumers do not pay attention to head skin care, bad hygiene habits and the selection of uncomfortable hair washing and care products. Therefore, the consumption of anti-dandruff products is increased, and the existing anti-dandruff antipruritic in the anti-dandruff shampoo in the domestic market is basically chemical substances (such as ZPT, OCT and the like), but the substances have certain sensitization, irritation and instability.
The principle of the shampoo products for treating dandruff on the market at present lies in bacteriostasis and degreasing. The bactericide added in the dandruff removing product comprises copper Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT), copper ethanolamine pyridinium (OCT), hexamidine di (isethionic acid) salt, etc. Roughly classified into three categories: 1. an antifungal agent; 2. a keratolytic agent which is capable of effectively removing a certain proportion of keratocytes, and relieving clinical symptoms to a certain extent, such products including coal tar, thioflavin and salicylic acid; the long-term application of the product can damage the epidermal structure, disturb the self balance of the epidermis and influence the hair quality; 3. cytostatic agents, which mainly reduce the rate of replacement of the cells of the stratum corneum, improve the processes of keratinization and desquamation with the recovery of the length of the circulation cycle of the stratum corneum, but have a strong irritant effect on the main components, leave the hair feeling thick after use, may also cause cosmetic problems, in particular sensitive skin, and may have off-flavors and the like.
There are also dandruff-removing and itching-relieving hair products extracted from plants or traditional Chinese medicines in the market, but some products have poor safety, or contain synthetic bacteriostatic agents, and easily generate irritation to the head skin, and generate phenomena such as pruritus, red swelling and the like; still other compositions are dark in color, heavy in taste and highly precipitated, and are not convenient for use in cosmetics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safe and effective composition with the functions of relieving itching, resisting inflammation and removing dandruff.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a composition with antipruritic, antiinflammatory and antidandruff effects comprises radix Sophorae Flavescentis, cortex Cinnamomi, Glycyrrhrizae radix and pericarpium Citri Grandis.
From the perspective of holism, the traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes that the scurf is removed, and simultaneously, the scalp health is improved, so that the aim of treating both symptoms and root causes is achieved. The healthy head skin ecological environment is maintained while the exuberant sebum secretion and the abnormal malassezia reproduction are removed. Based on the consideration, on the basis of the classical external preparation and modern pharmacological knowledge, the sophora flavescens is used for controlling sebum secretion; cinnamon, radix sophorae flavescentis and shaddock peel with antifungal effect are used for achieving the purpose of removing dandruff; repairing scalp barrier with Glycyrrhrizae radix; the shaddock peel is added to maintain the healthy and balanced scalp ecological environment, so that the scurf problem is fundamentally solved.
Preferably, the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 1-5 parts of cinnamon, 1-5 parts of liquorice and 1-5 parts of shaddock peel.
Preferably, the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 3 parts of cinnamon, 2 parts of liquorice and 2 parts of shaddock peel.
The present invention also provides a method for preparing the composition, comprising the steps of: weighing radix Sophorae Flavescentis, cortex Cinnamomi, Glycyrrhrizae radix and pericarpium Citri Grandis, extracting with ethanol under reflux, filtering, and concentrating.
Preferably, the ethanol solution with the mass percentage concentration of 50-85 percent; the temperature of the reflux extraction is 80-85 ℃; the reflux extraction frequency is 1-5 times, and the reflux extraction time is 1-5 hours each time.
Preferably, the concentration temperature is 55-70 ℃; the concentration also comprises a decolorization step.
The invention also provides shampoo containing the composition, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D, the component E, the component F and the component G; the component A is a surfactant; the component B is guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution; the component C comprises a polyquaternium-10 aqueous solution; the component D comprises glycerin, sour bean seed extract, polygonatum kingianum extract, gentiana macrophylla extract, the composition and water; the component E is coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide; the component F is a preservative; the component G is a pH regulator.
Preferably, the surfactant is one of sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, coco glucoside or sodium cocamidopropionate, or a mixture of the sodium laureth sulfate, the cocoamidopropyl betaine, the coco glucoside and the sodium cocamidopropionate in any proportion; the preservative is selected from one of sodium benzoate or phenoxyethanol, or a mixture of the sodium benzoate and the phenoxyethanol in any proportion; the pH regulator is citric acid aqueous solution.

In order to verify the technical effect of the invention, the following tests are specially carried out:
selecting 13 Chinese medicinal materials and different solvents for extraction, and screening the malassezia bacteriostasis experiment.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: as the number of samples is too many, 2 samples in part of experiments share one flat plate, and the diameter of the flat plate is 9cm, the bacteriostatic effect is judged to be better when the radius of the bacteriostatic zone reaches 2cm (refer to the positive ZPT effect).
Preparation of a screening sample: extracting the 13 Chinese medicinal materials with water and 75% ethanol for 2 hr, filtering, and collecting filtrate. Concentrating to 1 time of the feed amount to obtain the product.
The results are shown in Table 1.
