背景技术
皮肤感染是由细菌或真菌感染而导致的皮肤病变，是一种常见的皮肤类疾病。皮肤感染常见的病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌，临床上表现为皮肤疖痈、坏疽、蜂窝组织炎、毛囊炎等症状。治疗皮肤感染的方法一般为在病灶处使用外用药，也可配合服用辅助性药物，外用药多为涂覆型的凝胶或乳膏，涂于患处后直接起杀菌消炎的作用。但这类药剂涂覆后大多处于暴露状态，易被污染或被患者不小心剐蹭，影响药效，且单一涂覆的药剂药效差，治疗周期长，不易坚持。
发明内容
本发明针对现有治疗皮肤感染的外用药治疗效果差的问题，提供一种抗菌外用药、其制备及使用方法。

本发明抗菌外用药的使用方法为：在患处将涂剂均匀涂抹，按涂剂和敷剂的用量比称取对应重量的敷剂，用医用酒精润湿成糊状，20-30分钟后均匀涂覆于患处，用纱布覆盖并固定好，8-10小时后取下并清洗干净，每日重复两次。

实施例1-3抗菌外用药的制备方法为：1)制备涂剂：按重量份称取涂剂各组分，混合均匀，取10-20g灌装；2)制备敷剂：按重量份称取敷剂各组分，混合后研磨，5mm滤网过滤，将过滤粉末避光存储。
分别在培养皿中培养金黄色葡萄球菌，每十个为一组，共九组，分别将实施例1-3所得抗菌外用药中的涂剂、敷剂(糊)以及涂剂+敷剂(糊)均匀涂抹在菌落上，检测不同时间的菌落，取平均值，结果如表1所示。
从表1数据可以看出，实施例1-3所得抗菌外用药中，涂剂对金黄色葡萄球菌具有快速杀菌作用，但长效抑菌效果较差，敷剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌作用有限，但表现出一定的长效抑制作用；将涂剂和敷剂联合使用后则表现出快速杀菌和长效抑菌的综合效果，从数据上看，二者具有协同增效作用。
