Background
In recent years, as people pay more and more attention to health, the requirements of the tobacco industry on tar reduction and harm reduction are higher and higher. Cigarette tar and harm reduction modes are multiple, wherein the groove filter tip is one of the modes for reducing the tar content of smoke with more outstanding effect. However, the groove paper of the groove filter tip has strong filtering performance, so that more acidic substances in smoke are selectively reduced, the reduction range of nicotine is small, the alkalinity of the whole smoke is enhanced, the problems of prominent dry smoke feeling, large stimulation, insufficient aroma and the like are caused, and the smoking quality of cigarettes is seriously influenced.
In order to solve the defects of the groove filter, the tobacco leaf filter can be improved by changing the proportion of tobacco leaf raw materials or adding flavor and materials to tobacco shreds. However, the original sensory fragrance of the cigarette is easily changed by changing the proportion of the tobacco raw materials, and the effect of adding fragrance and materials to the cut tobacco is not obvious and direct.
Therefore, how to provide a method capable of effectively improving the problems of prominent dry sensation of smoke, large stimulation and insufficient aroma of the groove filter becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

The grooved filter can be prepared by those skilled in the art according to the existing filter preparation method, and the present disclosure does not limit this further.
The experimental procedures used in the examples below are conventional unless otherwise specified, the materials and reagents used therein are commercially available, and the equipment used in the experiments are well known to those skilled in the art without otherwise specified.
Example 1
1. Diluting the tree moss extract with anhydrous ethanol to 10% by mass to obtain spice liquid.
2. Uniformly applying the essence liquid to the grooved paper in a spraying manner, wherein the application amount is 5 mu L/cm2And obtaining the flavored grooved paper.
3. And (3) drying the flavored grooved paper at the temperature of 22 ℃ and the humidity of 65% until the moisture content of the flavored grooved paper is 4.5%, thus obtaining the flavored moisturizing grooved paper.
4. And processing the flavored moisture-retaining grooved paper roll into a filter stick, and rolling into a cigarette, wherein the cigarette is marked as T1.
Comparative example 1
1. The absolute ethyl alcohol is uniformly applied to the grooved paper in a spraying mode, and the application amount is 5 mu L/cm2And obtaining the charging grooved paper.
2. And (3) airing the feeding grooved paper at the temperature of 22 ℃ and under the humidity of 65% until the moisture content of the feeding grooved paper is 4.5%, thus obtaining the prepared grooved paper.
3. The filter rod is processed by using the prepared groove paper and is rolled into cigarette, which is marked as T0.
Comparative example 2
And processing the paper roll without the added material into a filter stick, and rolling the filter stick into a cigarette, which is marked as CK.
The resistance to draw, ventilation rate and tar content of T1, T0 and CK were measured and organoleptically reviewed. The results are as follows:
TABLE 1 general physicochemical test indices for samples
Sample (I) | Suction resistance (Pa) | Aeration Rate (%) | Tar content (mg/count) |
CK | 1180 | 20 | 9.2 |
T0 | 1100 | 20 | 9.6 |
T1 | 1120 | 19 | 9.4 |
TABLE 2 sensory test results
As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the suction resistance of T0 and T1 was reduced and the ventilation rate was substantially unchanged. Meanwhile, the tar content is increased to a certain extent due to the reduction of the absorption resistance. T1 has a slightly lower tar content than T0. From the sensory evaluation results, the total score of T0 and CK is not much different, and the indexes such as fragrance amount, dry feeling, offensive odor and the like are slightly different. Compared with CK and T0, the total score of T1 is improved by 3, which mainly shows that the aroma quality is improved, the dry feeling is obviously reduced, the stimulation is reduced, and the aftertaste is cleaner. Therefore, the tree moss extract is added into the slot paper, so that the aroma quality and the moistening feeling of the cigarette can be effectively improved, the miscellaneous gas is reduced, the aftertaste is improved, and the smoking quality of the cigarette is improved.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
