Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
The invention provides a preparation method of a moisturizing groove filter stick groove paper, which comprises the following steps:
step (1): preparing the moisturizing liquid according to the mass ratio of the polyacrylamide to the guar gum of (10-20) to (1-6).
In order to achieve the effect of better reducing the suction drying feeling, the mass percentage of the polyacrylamide in the moisturizing liquid in the step (1) is 5-10%, and the mass percentage of the guar gum is 0.5-3%.
In order to achieve the effect of better reducing the suction drying feeling, the step (1) is specifically as follows:
dissolving polyacrylamide and adding guar gum according to the mass ratio of (10-20) to (1-6) of the polyacrylamide to the guar gum to prepare the moisturizing liquid.
Step (2): according to the mass ratio of the moisturizing liquid to the raw material paper pulp of the fluted paper being (1-2):20, in the process of sizing the fluted paper, the moisturizing liquid is added to the fluted paper through a sizing machine to obtain the fluted paper.
The raw material pulp of the fluted paper is pulp used in the process of making the fluted paper. Typically, fluted paper can be manufactured using a papermaking process.
And (3): and drying the grooved paper, and winding the paper to obtain the grooved paper roll.
In order to avoid adverse effects such as paper breakage on the subsequent stretching and rewinding steps, the drying temperature in the step (3) is 70-90 ℃.
In order to improve the feasibility of the subsequent stretching and rewinding steps, the moisture content of the grooved paper roll obtained in the step (3) is 5% -6%, and the longitudinal expansion energy absorption value of the grooved paper roll is greater than or equal to 7.0J/m2。
And (4): and rewinding the stretched grooved paper roll, and spraying steam to the grooved paper roll in the rewinding process to ensure that the moisture content of the rewound grooved paper roll is 7% -10%, thus obtaining the moisturizing grooved filter stick grooved paper.
In order to avoid the problem of paper breaking, the speed of the rewinding machine in the step (4) is 250-300 m/min. The speed of the conventional paper winder is 320-390m/min, and the step (4) of the method can more accurately control the moisture content of the grooved paper roll and prevent paper breaking by reducing the speed.
The disclosure also provides a preparation method of the moisture-preserving groove filter stick, which comprises the following steps:
step (1): wrapping tows of the moisturizing groove filter stick groove paper prepared by the preparation method of the moisturizing groove filter stick groove paper to obtain a moisturizing groove section.
Step (2): a cellulose acetate filter rod segment was prepared. The conventional process for preparing the cellulose acetate filter stick can be adopted for preparing the cellulose acetate filter stick.
And (3): and compounding the moisture-retaining groove section and the cellulose acetate filter rod section to obtain the moisture-retaining groove filter rod.
In order to achieve the effect of better reducing the suction drying feeling, the length ratio of the moisture retention groove section to the cellulose acetate filter rod section in the step (3) is (1-2): 1.
The disclosure also provides a moisture-preserving groove filter stick which comprises a cellulose acetate filter stick section and a moisture-preserving groove section prepared from the moisture-preserving groove filter stick groove paper prepared by the preparation method of the moisture-preserving groove filter stick groove paper.
The two ends of the moisture-keeping groove section are respectively connected with the tobacco shred and the cellulose acetate filter rod section. Therefore, the moisture-keeping groove section is positioned between the tobacco shred and the cellulose acetate filter rod section, so that the moisture-keeping groove section is the part of the filter rod contacting the tobacco shred. Because the flue gas temperature is high when the flue gas just enters the filter tip section from the tobacco shred section, the moisture-retaining groove section is connected with the tobacco shred section, so that the flue gas temperature can be effectively reduced, and the moisture release is promoted.
In order to achieve the effect of better reducing the suction drying feeling, the length ratio of the moisture retention groove section to the cellulose acetate filter rod section is (1-2): 1.
