Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a preparation method of a cigarette filter stick with a moisturizing function.
Background
The moisture content of the cut tobacco of the cigarette not only influences the physical properties of the tobacco leaves of the cigarette and the safety of the cigarette, but also influences the sensory quality of the cigarette: under the dry climate condition, the moisture of the tobacco shreds is quickly lost, the moisture of the mainstream smoke is low, the irritation is large during smoking, the dry feeling is obvious, and the oral cavity sputum production of smokers is easily caused, so that the smoking comfort of cigarettes is reduced; under humid conditions, tobacco shreds absorb moisture from the surrounding air, causing smoke to be stuffy and the tobacco shreds are prone to mildew. Therefore, the moisture content control of tobacco products becomes an important technical link in the tobacco industry.
Cigarette industry enterprises make a great deal of research on the moisture retention technology of cigarettes and mainly adopt three ways to realize the moisture retention, namely, in the cigarette processing process, a humectant (such as a cigarette moisture retention and flavor enhancement agent in patent 201711438744.1, a cigarette tobacco shred sweetening and moisture retention additive in patent 201610915435.8 and a preparation method thereof, a cigarette moisture retention agent in patent 201710545074.7 citric acid type natural eutectic solvent and application thereof in cigarettes, and the like) is added into tobacco shreds, and the cost of the humectant contains natural and synthetic chemical components. Secondly, the moisture is preserved by means of special packaging, lining paper, even cigarette paper, or independent packaging of cigarettes and the like to relatively isolate the external environment (for example, patent 201810336574.4 discloses a moisture-preserving and moisture-preserving cigarette packaging box and a manufacturing method thereof, 201810033393.4 a preparation method of pottery clay packaging paper for preserving fragrance and moisture of cigarettes, packaging paper and a packaging box, 201710627662.5 a preparation method of moisture-preserving ash-wrapped cigarette paper and the like), and thirdly, the mode has a common effect by adding spice or essence with a moisture-preserving function into the cut tobacco.
The lotus plant is one of the earliest species in the angiosperm plant, a plurality of yellow-white filaments can be pulled out after the lotus plant is broken, namely lotus fiber, and the lotus fiber not only has good functions of moisture absorption, perspiration, deodorization, ventilation and mildew resistance and sterilization, but also contains a plurality of benefits for human health, so that part of garment processing enterprises blend the lotus fiber with cotton fiber to meet the individual requirements of consumers on health, environmental protection, comfort, health care and the like; at present, no relevant documents mention that the lotus fiber is applied to cigarettes.
Researches show that the lotus fiber can not be applied to cigarettes mainly because of high single denier, thick fiber and insufficient softness, and can be used only after being subjected to soft modification before use. Although the lotus fiber is used in industry to improve the problems of hard hand, thicker fiber and poorer spinnability, which lead to lower addition ratio, the method of pre-treating and softening the lotus fiber to improve the spinnability is mentioned, and a cotton bale mixing method is used in the mixing process. However, the existing lotus fiber used in textile industry mainly adopts chemical treatment modes such as alkaline pretreatment, liquid ammonia pretreatment, pretreatment of mixed liquid of ethylenediamine, urea and water and the like, and in the treatment process, because of participation of strong-odor chemical substances, less than chemical odor remains, and a little chemical odor remains to seriously affect the smoking taste of cigarettes. Therefore, even the lotus fibers after softening treatment cannot be applied to cigarettes and can only be applied industrially.

(1) selecting fresh lotus roots to remove dirt and impurities on the surfaces of the lotus roots, cutting the lotus roots into raw material residues, extruding and grinding the raw material residues to form slurry raw materials, adding the slurry raw materials into a 2.5% cellulase solution, heating to 60 ℃, stirring and reacting for 2 hours to obtain lotus fiber slurry; wherein the concentration of the cellulase solution is 0.5-1%;
(2) immersing the lotus fiber pulp in the step (1) in a NaOH aqueous solution with the concentration of 15%, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture;
(3) putting the mixture obtained in the step (2) into a cooking pot, heating and cooking the mixture by using steam, keeping the mixture for 1 hour at the temperature of 110 ℃ and under the pressure of 0.6Mpa, and separating a solid phase from the cooking pot by using a screen to obtain crude fibers;
(4) adopting an NMMO aqueous solution with a volume fraction of 15-20% as a solvent, adding acetic anhydride with a solvent mass ratio of 8%, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solvent, immersing the crude fiber obtained in the step (2) in the mixed solvent, and carrying out pressure treatment under a pressure of 1.0 × 103Heating to 65 ℃ under the condition of Pa, dissolving and esterifying to obtain esterified lotus fibers;
(5) adopting CO for the esterified lotus fibers in the step (4)2And (3) boiling, bleaching and softening the supercritical fluid under the treatment conditions of 90 ℃ of temperature, 15MPa of pressure and 0.6 hour of treatment time to obtain the lotus fiber for the cigarettes, which can be used for spinning.
The lotus fiber for cigarette prepared by the method is used in a cigarette filter to prepare a filter stick with a moisturizing function, a filter element of the cigarette filter is formed by mixing lotus fiber and acetate fiber, and the weight of the lotus fiber station filter element is 25%, and the preparation process specifically comprises the following steps:
1. mixing the lotus fiber for the cigarette into acetate fiber according to 25% of the weight of the filter element, and then sequentially bundling and curling according to the existing preparation method of the acetate fiber tow to prepare a blended fiber tow;
2. gluing, forming and cutting the blended tows to prepare a filter element;
3. wrapping the filter element with forming paper to prepare the cigarette lotus fiber-containing moisturizing filter tip rod D.
The cigarette filter tip A, B, C, D and the cellulose acetate filter tip prepared in the four embodiments are made into a cigarette under the same platform (the same tobacco shred, tipping paper, cigarette paper and the same machine), and a cigarette sample with consistent weight and suction resistance is selected and is respectively compared with a cellulose acetate filter cigarette in a test from three aspects of cigarette sensory evaluation, smoke chemical composition comparison, comfort evaluation and the like. Wherein the cigarette sensory evaluation pair ratio is shown in table 1; the smoke chemistry ratio is shown in table 2, and the comfort evaluation ratio is shown in table 3.
TABLE 1 cigarette sense evaluation comparison table
Gloss of | Fragrance | Tuning by hand | Miscellaneous qi | Irritation property | Aftertaste | Total score | |
Acetate fiber filter tip cigarette | 5.0 | 29.5 | 5.0 | 11.0 | 17.0 | 21.5 | 89.0 |
Example one | 5.0 | 30.0 | 5.0 | 11.0 | 18.0 | 22.0 | 91.0 |
Example two | 5.0 | 30.0 | 5.0 | 11.0 | 18.0 | 22.0 | 91.0 |
EXAMPLE III | 5.0 | 30.0 | 5.0 | 11.0 | 18.0 | 22.5 | 91.5 |
Example four | 5.0 | 30.0 | 5.0 | 11.0 | 18.5 | 22.5 | 92.0 |
As can be seen from the sensory evaluation of the cigarettes in Table 1: the cigarette with the filter stick using part of lotus fibers has improved aroma texture, basically unchanged aroma amount and slightly improved overall aroma index; mainly obviously reduces the irritation and obviously improves the aftertaste.
TABLE 2 Smoke chemical composition comparison table (Single cigarette content)
From the chemical composition comparison in table 2 it can be seen that: the tar reduction, water content and harm reduction effects of the mixed tows of lotus fibers and acetate fibers are superior to those of a filter stick formed by compounding two tows, and are superior to those of an acetate filter stick; the tar is reduced, the water content is obviously improved, and harmful substances such as CO, hydrocyanic acid, NNK and the like are obviously reduced.
The moisture content in the detection data is the moisture content of the cigarette detected by the smoking machine, and the moisture content of the tobacco shreds in the cigarette is detected independently, so that the result is basically equivalent to the moisture content of the tobacco shreds in the cigarette with the common acetate fiber filter stick, slightly higher by 5-12% and obviously different from the detected moisture content. Therefore, the lotus fiber filter stick cigarette has good moisture absorption and release effects during smoking, has small influence on the moisture content of tobacco shreds in cigarettes, and is favorable for storing and storing the cigarettes.
TABLE 3 evaluation of cigarette comfort
As can be seen from the evaluation of the comfort level of the cigarette in table 3, the cigarette rolled by using the mixed tow filter rod made of lotus fibers and acetate fibers and the composite filter rod made of lotus fibers and acetate fibers has the advantages of obviously improved smoke softness and reduced smoke particles compared with the acetate fiber filter rod on the same platform, and due to the better moisture absorption characteristics, the irritation of the oral cavity, the nasal cavity and the throat is obviously reduced, the mouth feel is improved, the fragrance residue is reduced, the sensory burden is reduced and improved.
The result of smoke panel test can also reflect that the lotus fiber has better moisture absorption performance, so that the smoke is softer, and the dry feeling and the irritation of the smoke are improved (the bigger the dry feeling and the irritation, the lower the score is); the retention effect on chemical components is improved, and the reaction result in the smoking is that the granularity of smoke is reduced (the smaller the granularity is, the higher the fraction is), and the fragrance residue is reduced.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
