Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette paper technology for heating tobacco, in particular to a cigarette paper for heating tobacco and a preparation method of the cigarette paper for heating tobacco.
Background
With the increasing pace of international smoking control sports, the restriction of our government on smoking, especially smoking in public places, is becoming stricter and a social consensus is gradually formed. Under the increasingly strict environment of smoking control, some consumers of tobacco products may choose new non-traditional tobacco products, and the trend of the change becomes clear. According to the statistics data in 2015, the cigarette production and sales volume is reduced in the world, meanwhile, other types of tobacco products show a rapid growth trend, the product structure of the tobacco market in the world is continuously changed deeply, and the active development of novel tobacco products gradually becomes the strategic orientation of various transnational tobacco companies.
The traditional cigarette generates various harmful components due to the combustion and thermal cracking of tobacco, the smoke generated by heating the non-combustion cigarette is closer to the traditional cigarette, a large amount of harmful components generated due to the high-temperature cracking at the temperature of more than 900 ℃ are avoided, the side-stream smoke and part of harmful components are obviously reduced, the harm to the body is reduced while the consumer obtains the satisfaction, and the pollution of environmental smoke is reduced. In addition, the sales volume of the heated non-burning cigarettes, which are the most potential novel tobacco products for replacing the traditional cigarettes, is increased rapidly in recent two years. The cigarette paper is one of key materials of the cigarette, is indispensable in the research and development of heating non-combustion cigarettes, and can assist the upgrade and innovation of Chinese cigarette products only by being matched with the cigarette paper technology from head to top.
The prior art of heating non-combustion cigarette paper is also disclosed, and the patent of non-combustion cigarette paper for low-temperature heating type cigarette and a preparation method thereof (application number CN201410437696.4) achieves the purpose of non-combustion when the cigarette paper is used by filling magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide in pulp and coating phosphorus flame retardant on the surface of a paper base. The test results of the disclosed examples show that the paint can achieve 350 ℃ non-combustion (carbonized at 450 ℃) but all yellowing. But from the test effect, the problems of blackened appearance, tar spots, wrinkle deformation and the like exist in the actual use process; in addition, the problems of low quantitative quantity, low strength, poor shape stability and the like easily cause the problem of frequent paper breakage in the processing and curling process during production. In the patent of a heating non-combustion cigarette paper and a preparation method thereof (application number: CN201610913140.7), plant fibers with the length of 0.5-4 mm are selected and pulped, or inorganic fibers with proper proportion are doped; adding inorganic filler in the process of diluting the milled thick slurry; sizing after papermaking, and improving the water resistance and oil resistance of the base paper; the prepared non-combustion cigarette paper effectively improves the yellowing stitch without tar spots and carbonization. Obviously, the technical indexes of the existing non-combustible cigarette paper can not meet the actual use requirements of heating non-combustible cigarettes.

Further, the absolute dry basis weight of the tablet base is 20g/m2~30g/m2(ii) a The oven dry basis weight of the coated sample is 25g/m2~50g/m2。
The working principle of the invention is introduced: the preparation method comprises the steps of crushing raw materials by using crushing equipment to obtain superfine powder with median particle size (D50) of 34.49-13.98 um and particle size content of less than 20um of 29.57-64.05%, adding water, separating to obtain extracting solution and filter residue, concentrating the extracting solution, adding perfume materials, humectants and fillers into the concentrated solution, fully mixing uniformly to obtain coating liquid, mixing cellulose fibers with water, pulping according to a pulping process, preparing cellulose fiber slurry after pulping is finished, mixing the filter residue with the cellulose fiber slurry, adding additives, and mixing to obtain mixed slurry. Because the raw material is ultra-fine powder, if the average diameter of the plant cells is 20um (the grain diameter of most plant cells is between 10um and 30 um), when the grain diameter content of 20um is between 29.57 percent and 64.05 percent, the tobacco cells accounting for 29.57 percent to 64.05 percent have been broken, the broken degree of the cells is different, and the prepared sheet base has different indexes such as quantification, thickness, bulk, air permeability, tensile strength, tensile rate, moisture absorption rate and the like, which are important factors influencing the coating rate, smoothness, uniformity, density, physicochemical indexes, sensory quality and the like of finished products. Tamarind gum, on the other hand, is a water-soluble xyloglucan, a water-soluble polymeric polysaccharide with glucose as the backbone and galactose and xylose as side chains. Xyloglucan is a polysaccharide present in the cell walls of higher plants, in particular the wall (main wall) fraction in which many plant cells grow. In addition, xyloglucan has a network-forming crosslinked microfibril, and therefore, the polysaccharide molecule has a strong hydrophilicity and is capable of binding many water molecules (i.e., hydration) and generating a certain viscosity, and the viscosity of the polysaccharide solution is not so high, but it is characterized by having a thickening effect in the presence of a sugar and inducing gelation. The additive is prepared by mixing one or more of tamarind polysaccharide gum, modified starch, water-soluble high molecular compounds and the like, and is easy to adsorb on fibers to generate retention, drainage and enhancement effects and promote molecular extension due to the similarity of the molecular main chain structure of the additive and cellulose molecules in the process of preparing mixed slurry; in addition, the tamarind polysaccharide gum is mixed with the modified starch and the water-soluble high molecular compound under the accurate dosage and then is fully and uniformly mixed with the mixed slurry, the xyloglucan has the characteristics that reticular cross-linked microfibers can be fully and uniformly mixed with the starch water-soluble substances with charges due to branches, and the xyloglucan is easy to mutually complex with fibers with negative charges and ultramicro tobacco powder, so that the whole additive has the characteristic of uniform charge density, and the retention rate of the slurry is improved; finally, the additive containing the tamarind polysaccharide gum effectively promotes the extension of molecules in the mixed slurry, so that the molecular weight of the whole mixed slurry is moderate, excessive flocculation is avoided, and the uniformity of a film base is improved.
Based on the factors, single or diversified tobacco raw materials are subjected to superfine grinding to ensure that materials used in the leaching and pulping processes are homogenized maximally, and the superfine particle powder is fully mixed with cellulose fibers according to a certain proportion and then subjected to sheet-based paper making, so that the uniformity of the sheet base is high; the fluctuation of physical indexes such as quantification, thickness, bulk, air permeability and the like is small; the paper has high physical indexes such as tensile strength, tensile rate and the like, the coated paper has fine surface, good coating consistency and small fluctuation of physical and chemical indexes, and the physical indexes such as the tensile strength, the tensile rate and the like meet the strength requirement of the paper in high-speed running. The heated tobacco cigarette paper prepared according to the process avoids the problems that the paper wrapping the core material turns yellow and black due to the penetration of tar, a smoke agent and water after the traditional cigarette paper is heated, and the paper wrapping the core material turns yellow and speckles due to the penetration of colored substances in the core material in the storage process and the heat-conducting property of the cigarette paper is poor; the product has the advantages of adjustable and controllable physical and chemical indexes and strong plasticity of style characteristics, and endows the heated tobacco cigarette paper with tobacco elements, and also endows the heated tobacco cigarette paper with the functions of special appearance, fragrance, anti-counterfeiting, tobacco fragrance coordination, impurity gas improvement, smoke concentration improvement, fragrance amount improvement and the like.
