Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette forming paper.
Background
Tobacco powder is a by-product of the tobacco industry and is also a valuable tobacco material. The tobacco powder is not fully and deeply used due to the limitation of tobacco market and processing technology in China. At present, the tobacco powder is mainly used for manufacturing tobacco sheets, extracting nicotine and the like, and the use amount of the tobacco sheets, the nicotine extraction and the like is limited, so a large amount of the tobacco powder still becomes tobacco waste. How to utilize the tobacco powder to make it exert greater economic benefits becomes one of the popular subjects of the research in the tobacco industry.
Patent CN102619134 discloses a method for improving aroma of filter stick forming paper, which improves cigarette smoke by coating aroma components on high-permeability forming paper. Patent CN107447574 discloses a filter stick forming paper with natural extracts coated on both sides to enhance the fragrance of cigarettes and improve the fragrance and style characteristics of cigarettes.
In all of the above patents, the extract is added to the filter plug paper to improve the smoking quality of cigarettes, but the increase of aroma is limited due to the small amount of coating. In addition, the coating components are all tobacco extracts, the source of the coating material is narrow, the components are volatile, and the extracts destroy the composite aroma of the tobacco.
Whether the powder utilization can be increased and the environmental pollution can be reduced through technical improvement under the existing cigarette filter stick and forming paper production line; meanwhile, the cigarette smoking quality is improved, and the method is one of the most valuable research methods in the field of cigarette auxiliary materials.
