The tobacco stem powder is added into the coated ivory board in a mode of adding the tobacco stem powder in the slurry, a large amount of tobacco waste water is generated in the production process of the coated ivory board, the tobacco stem powder pretreatment process is complicated, the treatment efficiency is low, the cost is high, the adding amount is limited, the tobacco stem powder is unevenly distributed in the ivory board, the appearance quality defect is caused, and particularly, the whiteness of the ivory board is also influenced.

(2) Preparing a coating material: adding styrene-butadiene latex, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose and melamine formaldehyde resin into the tobacco stem powder suspension prepared in the step (1) and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating material; wherein the addition amount of the styrene-butadiene latex is 10 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, the addition amount of the polyvinyl alcohol is 0.3 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, the addition amount of the carboxymethyl cellulose is 0.5 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, and the addition amount of the melamine formaldehyde resin is 0.8 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder;
(3) Coating: coating the coating material prepared in the step (2) on the back surface of the coated ivory board for one time to obtain the ivory board coated with tobacco stem powder, wherein the coating weight is 4g/m 2 。
Example 2
The preparation method of the white cardboard coated with the tobacco stem powder is prepared by the following steps:
(1) Preparing a tobacco stem powder suspension: crushing tobacco stems by using an ultrafine crusher, mixing tobacco stem powder with water according to a weight ratio of 1;
(2) Preparing a coating material: adding styrene-acrylic latex, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose and melamine formaldehyde resin into the tobacco stem powder suspension prepared in the step 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating material; wherein the adding amount of the styrene-acrylic latex is 20 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, the adding amount of the polyvinyl alcohol is 0.5 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, the adding amount of the carboxymethyl cellulose is 0.8 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, and the adding amount of the melamine formaldehyde resin is 1 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder;

(2) Preparing a coating material: adding waterborne polyurethane latex, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose and melamine formaldehyde resin into the tobacco stem powder suspension prepared in the step 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating material; wherein the adding amount of the water-based polyurethane latex is 15 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, the adding amount of the polyvinyl alcohol is 0.1 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, the adding amount of the carboxymethyl cellulose is 0.2 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder, and the adding amount of the melamine formaldehyde resin is 0.5 percent of the weight of the tobacco stalk powder;

Physical index detection comparative analysis was performed on the white cardboard coated with tobacco stem powder obtained in the example and the white cardboard for conventional cigarettes, and the results are shown in table 1.
