Description

Anti-drying cigarette
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco, in particular to an anti-drying cigarette.
Background
At present, with the improvement of living standard of people, the quality requirements of smokers on cigarettes are also continuously improved, and not only are the control and reduction of harmful ingredients such as tar in smoke required, wherein the requirements of the taste quality of cigarette smoking, the smoothness, the palatability and the like of the smoke are also continuously improved, and how to improve the taste quality of the cigarettes while reducing the content of harmful substances such as tar in the smoke of the cigarettes becomes an important subject in the field of cigarette production. The moisture content of the smoke of the cigarette is an important factor influencing the moistening feeling of the cigarette when the cigarette is smoked, and the moisture content of the smoke has an important influence on the sensory quality of the cigarette. When the moisture content of the flue gas is low, the flue gas can be dry, the irritation is increased, and the comfort is reduced. The method for changing the moisture content of the smoke is to adjust the water holding capacity and the water absorption capacity of the filter stick, for example, the moisture content of the smoke is improved by improving the adsorption of the filter material to the moisture content of the smoke, but the good moisture-keeping effect is not achieved, and the ideal sweet and moist feeling of the smoke cannot be achieved.
Therefore, the preparation method of the cigarette capable of preventing drying and improving the smoke moistening feeling has very important practical significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of too dry smoke and insufficient moist feeling of the existing cigarettes, and provides a dry-proof cigarette for improving the moist feeling of smoke.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the anti-drying cigarette comprises a tobacco shred section and a filter stick section, wherein the filter stick section is of a binary structure and comprises a hollow section and a filter section, the filter section is made by mixing a filter fiber material and a high polymer water-absorbent resin fiber, and the high polymer water-absorbent resin fiber extends from the filter section to the hollow section, and the content of the high polymer water-absorbent resin fiber is 10-20% of that of the filter fiber.
The anti-drying cigarette disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the filter stick is wetted in water before the cigarette is smoked, so that the high-molecular water-absorbing resin fiber absorbs water and expands to lock certain moisture. When the cigarette is heated and smoked, the smoke can be cooled to a certain degree through the hollow section after coming out from the tobacco shred section, the heat released by the cooled smoke gradually evaporates the water absorbed in the macromolecular water-absorbent resin fiber extending to the hollow section, and in the process of flowing through the cigarette smoke, water molecules enter the oral cavity along with the smoke, so that the smoke fragrance is maintained, the humidity of the smoke is increased, the dryness and irritation of the cigarette during smoking are reduced, and the anti-dry cigarette is obtained. The smoke generated during the combustion of the cigarette is continuously cooled, the temperature of the smoke is lower than 70 ℃ when the smoke approaches the inlet end of the filtering section, the water absorbed in the high-molecular water-absorbent resin fiber is not easy to evaporate, the humidity of the smoke is not increased any more, the moisture content of the smoke is just right, and the sweet taste is appropriate.
The filtering material of the filtering section can be cellulose acetate fibroin, and the forming material comprises a plasticizer, a bonding agent and forming paper.
The hollow section is made of hard materials, and is required to be capable of enduring the temperature of 140-180 ℃ without obviously softening and deforming within a continuous heating time period of generally about 3-6 min. Preferably, the heat-resistant temperature of the heat-resistant hard material is 150-160 ℃. The heat-resistant hard material can be a paperboard, an inorganic material (such as a ceramic material), a high polymer material (such as a starch film material, a fiber material and polytetrafluoroethylene) and the like.
Preferably, the high molecular water-absorbing resin fiber extends from the filtering section to 1/3 with the length of the hollow section being more than or equal to the length of the hollow section.
The high-molecular water-absorbing resin fiber extension part is not enough, so that the heating time and the heating temperature are not enough, the moisture evaporation is not enough, the smoke is dried, the good dry-proof effect cannot be achieved, the moisture evaporation transition is possible due to the overlong extension length, the smoke water content is too high, the fragrance is thin, and the taste is weak.
Preferably, the extension length of the high molecular water-absorbing resin fiber is 1/3-1/2 of the length of the hollow section.
More preferably, the extended length of the high molecular water absorbent resin fiber is 1/2 of the length of the hollow section.
Preferably, the extending section of the high molecular water absorbent resin fiber is corrugated and longitudinally extends. The extension section can be formed by curling, pleating, folding and other processes, the heating area can be increased by extending the corrugated spiral, the retention time of smoke can be prolonged, and the good cooling and moistening effects are achieved.
Preferably, the content of the polymeric water-absorbent resin fiber in the filter section is 15% of the filter fiber. The content of the high molecular water-absorbing resin fiber is controlled to ensure the sufficient filtering effect of the cigarette and the sufficient moistening effect.
Preferably, the high molecular water-absorbent resin fiber is a natural cellulose-based high molecular water-absorbent resin fiber. The cellulose material has a plurality of hydrophilic groups and good terminal hydroxyl groups, and can be modified by the hydrophilic groups, so that the water absorption capacity of the natural cellulose material is further improved. On the other hand, the natural cellulose is a natural polymer, can be degraded and regenerated, is a water absorbing material, and has greatly improved water absorbing capacity after being modified, such as modification of natural cellulose grafted acrylic acid and the like.
Preferably, the cellulose-based polymeric water-absorbent resin fiber comprises one or more of grafted cellulose, carboxymethylated cellulose, hydroxypropylated cellulose, and xanthated cellulose.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides an anti-drying cigarette, wherein the high-molecular water-absorbent resin fiber of a filter rod section of the anti-drying cigarette has certain water absorption and water retention release capacities, so that the water content of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin can be evaporated while the heated smoke is cooled, the water content of the smoke is improved, the proper suction temperature and suction moist feeling are achieved, and the used natural cellulose high-molecular water-absorbent resin fiber also has degradability and reproducibility, is green and environment-friendly and is safe to use.
