6. sodium carboxymethylcellulose: thickening agent to increase liquid viscosity;
7. tween-20: emulsifiers, improve the surface tension of liquids;
8. caprylic capric acid glyceride: used as essential oil to prepare emulsion.
The invention adopts an interfacial film forming method to prepare the blasting beads, and the principle is that the wall material glue solution and calcium ions can generate a crosslinking reaction to form a compact film so as to realize the embedding of the core material essence. Mixing and stirring water, essence, a thickening agent, an emulsifier and calcium ions according to a certain proportion to obtain an emulsion with certain fluidity, preparing a sodium alginate wall material glue solution according to a certain proportion, dripping the emulsion into the sodium alginate solution at a certain speed through dripping equipment, curing and forming, and washing, drying and screening to obtain the bead blasting for cigarettes.
The preparation method of the camellia extract is preferably obtained by adopting a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction mode, and the extraction conditions are as follows: when the extraction flow rate is 22g/min, the extraction pressure is as follows: 275 Bar, extraction temperature: 43 ℃, extraction time: 1.5 h; but is not limited to this method.

The invention provides a special bead blasting essence, namely camellia essence, by taking high-quality camellia with Yunnan characteristics as a raw material and combining a bead blasting technology. When the tobacco is applied to cigarettes, a tobacco brand with Yunnan characteristics can be created.
The camellia essence for blasting beads disclosed by the invention can obtain the fragrance of the camellia essence through the matching of various raw materials, and because the essential oil is not adopted as the raw material of the essence, the chemical components and the content of the camellia essence for blasting beads disclosed by the invention are fixed, the camellia essence is not influenced by external factors such as production conditions, storage environment, manufacturers and the like, and the stability of the quality of the camellia essence for blasting beads is favorably ensured.

The samples of the camellia essence bead-exploded cigarette C1-C12 and the blank (without essence bead-exploded) cigarette are subjected to smoking evaluation according to a Chinese cigarette evaluation method, and the results are detailed in Table 1.

From the above review results, it can be seen that: compared with the blank cigarette, the sensory quality of the C5-C10 is slightly reduced, all indexes are basically leveled or reduced, and although the fragrance amount and the sweet feeling of partial exploded beads are obviously increased, the problems of reduced penetrability and fineness and the like occur. The C1-C4, C11 and C12 have stable quality, not only well solve the problems of reduced penetrability and fineness and the like of the C5-C10 camellia essence bead-exploded cigarettes which do not accord with the protection range of the invention, but also further improve the aroma quality of the cigarettes, further increase the aroma quantity, further increase the sweet and moist smoke and penetrability caused by the aroma of the camellia, make the aftertaste more comfortable and increase the aftersweet. Meanwhile, the degree of significance of camellia blasting beads and the smoker preference degree are both improved, the sensory quality score is improved by more than 2 points, and the camellia blasting bead has important practical value

step (3), the dripping pill is shaped: and uniformly dripping the emulsion into the forming liquid, curing and forming, cleaning, and air-drying to obtain the camellia blasting bead.
6. The method for preparing the cigarette blasting bead according to the claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the specific stirring conditions are as follows: stirring at 40-80r/min for 20-30 min.
