step (2), preparing a forming liquid: according to the parts by weight, 80-100 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of sodium alginate, 0.5-1 part of sorbitol, 0.1-0.3 part of cyclodextrin and 800.1-0.3 part of tween-0.3 part are stirred together until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a forming liquid;
step (3), the dripping pill is shaped: and uniformly dripping the emulsion into the forming liquid through dripping equipment, curing and forming, cleaning, drying, coating and dyeing to obtain the Pu' er tea puffed beads.
