Abstract

本发明属于发泡技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料及其制备方法。本发明的聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,按质量份数计,包括多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯60‑90份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5‑25份和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5‑15份。本发明制备的异氰酸酯组合料相比市面常规的异氰酸酯组合料有明显的价格优势,同时可以与市面上80%以上的顶蓬多元醇组合料配合发泡,并制成高强度和高延伸率的湿法顶蓬半硬质聚氨酯泡沫。

一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于发泡技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料及其制备方法。
背景技术
采用半硬质聚氨酯泡沫成型的湿法聚氨酯顶蓬具有质量轻、强度高、刚性好、吸音效果佳等诸多优势。但随着汽车工业设计的发展,汽车造型也越发奇特,顶蓬的局部型腔也趋向尖锐或陡峭,这对半硬质聚氨酯泡沫芯材的性能也提出了更高的要求,其中强度和延伸率就是两个需重点考察的性能。
通常湿法顶蓬半硬质泡沫的主料分为异氰酸酯组分和多元醇组分,且异氰酸酯组分占比超过50%,通常达到60%左右。因此,异氰酸酯组分对聚氨酯泡沫的性能是非常重要的。同时,异氰酸酯的单价通常也比多元醇高20%-50%。为此,泡沫的总成本大部分由异氰酸酯的价格决定。另外,通常湿法顶蓬用的泡沫密度低,为此通常会用到甲苯二异氰酸酯,而这种异氰酸酯毒性较大,生产过程对操作人员的危害大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料及其制备方法。本发明的异氰酸酯组合料不含毒性大的甲苯二异氰酸酯,与多元醇组合料经发泡反应制得的聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度和延伸率都较高,价格有明显优势,可用于汽车湿法顶蓬的芯材。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,按质量份数计,包括多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯60-90份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5-25份和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5-15份。
进一步地,所述多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯为聚合MDI,其中NCO含量为30%-32%,MDI含量为45%-60%,粘度100-300cP,酸度50-200mg/kg。
进一步地,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中MDI含量99.0%-99.8%,2,4’-MDI异构体含量45%-55%,熔点10-20℃。
进一步地,所述液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯由碳化二亚胺改性,NCO含量为28%-30%,酸度5-40mg/kg,粘度30-100cP,熔点10-15℃。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚合多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯按比例投入搅拌釜中,在20-30℃的环境温度和密闭干燥空气氛下,控制搅拌速度200-400rpm,搅拌时间60-120min,其后密封保存。
进一步地,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和/或液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在投入搅拌釜前在35-40℃的烘房放置3-5天,融化后置于20-30℃环境下保存备用。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,包括将所述异氰酸酯组合料与多元醇组合料混合进行发泡反应的步骤,自由发泡密度为24-40kg/m3,所述多元醇组合料中的水分为3.8%-6.5%,羟值为525-680mgKOH/g,粘度为400-1000cP。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的异氰酸酯组合料不含甲苯二异氰酸酯,低毒环保,通用性强,与多元醇组合料经发泡反应制得的聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度和延伸率都较高,价格方面也有明显优势。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,按质量份数计,包括多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯60份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯25份和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15份。
所述多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯为聚合MDI,NCO含量为30%,MDI含量为45,粘度100cP,酸度50mg/kg;
所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的MDI含量为99.0%,2,4’异构体含量45%,熔点10℃。
所述液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯由碳化二亚胺改性,NCO含量为28%,酸度5mg/kg,粘度30cP,熔点10℃。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将600kg聚合多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、250kg二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和150kg液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯投入1吨的搅拌釜中,在20℃的环境温度和密闭干燥空气氛下,控制搅拌速度200rpm,搅拌时间60min,制备后密封保存。
所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和/或液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在投入搅拌釜前在35℃的烘房放置5天,融化后置于20℃环境下保存备用。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,包括将所述异氰酸酯组合料与多元醇组合料按照165:100的比例混合进行发泡反应的步骤,自由发泡密度为40kg/m3,所述多元醇组合料中的水分为3.8%,羟值为525mgKOH/g,粘度为1000cP,制得的聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度达到23psi,延伸率为28%。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,按质量份数计,包括多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯75份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15份和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10份。
所述多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯为聚合MDI,NCO含量为31%,MDI含量为55,粘度200cP,酸度100mg/kg;
所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的MDI含量为99.4%,2,4’异构体含量50%,熔点15℃。
所述液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯由碳化二亚胺改性,NCO含量为29%,酸度20mg/kg,粘度50cP,熔点12℃。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将1500kg聚合多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、300kg二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和200kg液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯投入2吨的搅拌釜中,在25℃的环境温度和密闭干燥空气氛下,控制搅拌速度300rpm,搅拌时间90min,制备后密封保存。
所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和/或液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在投入搅拌釜前在38℃的烘房放置4天,融化后置于25℃环境下保存备用。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,包括将所述异氰酸酯组合料与多元醇组合料按照165:100的比例混合进行发泡反应的步骤,自由发泡密度为28kg/m3,所述多元醇组合料中的水分为5.5%,羟值为630mgKOH/g,粘度为700cP,制得的聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度达到20psi,延伸率为25%。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,按质量份数计,包括多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯90份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5份和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5份。
所述多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯为聚合MDI,NCO含量为32%,MDI含量为60,粘度300cP,酸度200mg/kg;
所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的MDI含量为99.8%,2,4’异构体含量55%,熔点20℃。
所述液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯由碳化二亚胺改性,NCO含量为30%,酸度40mg/kg,粘度100cP,熔点15℃。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将4500kg聚合多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、250kg二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和250kg液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯投入5吨的搅拌釜中,在30℃的环境温度和密闭干燥空气氛下,控制搅拌速度400rpm,搅拌时间120min,制备后密封保存。
所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和/或液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在投入搅拌釜前在40℃的烘房放置3天,融化后置于30℃环境下保存备用。
所述聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,包括将所述异氰酸酯组合料与多元醇组合料按照165:100的比例混合进行发泡反应的步骤,自由发泡密度为24kg/m3,所述多元醇组合料中的水分为6.5%,羟值为680mgKOH/g,粘度为400cP,制得的聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度达到18psi,延伸率为22%。
对比例1
采用万华的WANNATE TDI-65异氰酸酯与多元醇组合料按照165:100的比例混合,进行发泡反应,自由发泡密度为28kg/m3,多元醇组合料中的水分为5.5%,羟值为630mgKOH/g,粘度为700cP,制得的聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度达到17psi,延伸率为21%。
对比例2
采用科思创的44V20L异氰酸酯与多元醇组合料按照165:100的比例混合,进行发泡反应,自由发泡密度为28kg/m3,多元醇组合料中的水分为5.5%,羟值为630mgKOH/g,粘度为700cP,制得的聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度达到19psi,延伸率为18%。
通过对比例1、对比例2与实施例2的比较可以看出,实施例2中聚氨酯泡沫的压缩强度及延伸率均高于对比例1和对比例2,其中压缩强度反映泡沫的刚性或硬度,而延伸率反映泡沫的柔韧性。综上所述,与对比例相比,采用本申请的多元醇组合料制备的聚氨酯泡沫综合性能更好。
本发明制备的异氰酸酯组合料相比市面常规的异氰酸酯组合料有明显的价格优势,并且不含甲苯二异氰酸酯,低毒环保,同时可以与市面上80%以上的顶蓬多元醇组合料配合发泡,通用性强,制成的半硬质聚氨酯泡沫具有较高的压缩强度和延伸率。

Claims (7)

1.一种聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯60-90份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5-25份和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,其特征在于,所述多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯为聚合MDI,其中NCO含量为30%-32%,MDI含量为45%-60%,粘度100-300cP,酸度50-200mg/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,其特征在于,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中MDI含量99.0%-99.8%,2,4’-MDI异构体含量45%-55%,熔点10-20℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料,其特征在于,所述液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯由碳化二亚胺改性,NCO含量为28%-30%,酸度5-40mg/kg,粘度30-100cP,熔点10-15℃。
5.权利要求1所述聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将聚合多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯按比例投入搅拌釜中,在20-30℃的环境温度和密闭干燥空气氛下,控制搅拌速度200-400rpm,搅拌时间60-120min,其后密封保存。
6.根据权利要求5所述聚氨酯泡沫的异氰酸酯组合料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和/或液化改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在投入搅拌釜前在35-40℃的烘房放置3-5天,融化后置于20-30℃环境下保存备用。
7.权利要求1所述聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将所述异氰酸酯组合料与多元醇组合料混合进行发泡反应的步骤,自由发泡密度为24-40kg/m3,所述多元醇组合料中的水分为3.8%-6.5%,羟值为525-680mgKOH/g,粘度为400-1000cP。
