本发明公开了一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面固定有底部放置板,底部放置板的顶面成型有放置凹槽,待加工单排试管板放置在放置凹槽中,待加工单排试管板的边部成型有的废边料处于底部放置板的边部顶面上;它可以自动将待加工单排试管板的废边料切断,其效果好,效率高。

本发明涉及医疗设备加工技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构。
背景技术:
现有的医疗检验中使用的单排试管架上一般设有上下对应的两个单排试管板,而单排试管板在制作过程中,其一般是通过浇注在模具中实现注塑成型,然而在浇注过程中,其一般一个磨具中会直接浇注成型多个试管板,相邻的两个试管板之间会成型有浇注通道中成型的废边料,其需要在后续进行切割处理,现有的切割方式是人工去料,非常麻烦,效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,它可以自动将待加工单排试管板的废边料切断,其效果好,效率高。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面固定有底部放置板,底部放置板的顶面成型有放置凹槽,待加工单排试管板放置在放置凹槽中,待加工单排试管板的边部成型有的废边料处于底部放置板的边部顶面上;
所述机架的顶板的顶面上固定有上支撑架,上支撑架的顶板的顶面上固定有中部压紧机构和边部冲切机构,中部压紧机构的中部压板压靠在待加工单排试管板的顶面上,中部压板插套在边部冲切机构的边部冲切框中,边部冲切框的边部底面成型有切割延伸部,切割延伸部处于废边料的正上方。
所述待加工单排试管板的底面压靠在放置凹槽的底面上。
所述中部压紧机构包括中部压紧气缸,中部压紧气缸固定在上支撑架的顶板的顶面上,中部压紧气缸的推杆穿过上支撑架的顶板的底面并固定有中部压板,中部压板压靠在待加工单排试管板的顶面上。
所述中部压板的边部与待加工单排试管板的边部上下对齐。
所述边部冲切机构包括上压紧板,上压紧板处于中部压板的正上方,中部压紧机构的中部压紧气缸的推杆插套在上压紧板的中部具有的通槽中。
所述边部冲切框的内侧壁的顶部成型有水平延伸部,上压紧板固定在水平延伸部的底面上,上支撑架的顶板的顶面上固定有多个冲切气缸,所有冲切气缸的推杆穿过上支撑架的顶板的底面并固定在上压紧板的顶面上。
所述切割延伸部的内侧壁紧贴中部压板的侧壁。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以自动将待加工单排试管板的废边料切断,其效果好,效率高。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板的顶面固定有底部放置板11,底部放置板11的顶面成型有放置凹槽12,待加工单排试管板100放置在放置凹槽12中,待加工单排试管板100的边部成型有的废边料101处于底部放置板11的边部顶面上;
所述机架10的顶板的顶面上固定有上支撑架20,上支撑架20的顶板的顶面上固定有中部压紧机构30和边部冲切机构40,中部压紧机构30的中部压板31压靠在待加工单排试管板100的顶面上,中部压板31插套在边部冲切机构40的边部冲切框41中,边部冲切框41的边部底面成型有切割延伸部42,切割延伸部42处于废边料101的正上方。
进一步的说,所述待加工单排试管板100的底面压靠在放置凹槽12的底面上。
进一步的说,所述中部压紧机构30包括中部压紧气缸32,中部压紧气缸32固定在上支撑架20的顶板的顶面上,中部压紧气缸32的推杆穿过上支撑架20的顶板的底面并固定有中部压板31,中部压板31压靠在待加工单排试管板100的顶面上。
进一步的说,所述中部压板31的边部与待加工单排试管板100的边部上下对齐。
进一步的说,所述边部冲切机构40包括上压紧板43,上压紧板43处于中部压板31的正上方,中部压紧机构30的中部压紧气缸32的推杆插套在上压紧板43的中部具有的通槽44中。
进一步的说,所述边部冲切框41的内侧壁的顶部成型有水平延伸部411,上压紧板43固定在水平延伸部411的底面上,上支撑架20的顶板的顶面上固定有多个冲切气缸21,所有冲切气缸21的推杆穿过上支撑架20的顶板的底面并固定在上压紧板43的顶面上。
进一步的说,所述切割延伸部42的内侧壁紧贴中部压板31的侧壁。
本实施例中,其中部压紧气缸32和冲切气缸21均通过连接管与气泵上安装有的控制阀相联通,气泵、控制阀均通过电连接线与控制主机电连接,控制主机等结构均为常用部件,不再详述。
其使用时,将待加工单排试管板100放置在放置凹槽12中,然后,通过中部压紧气缸32和冲切气缸21同时运行,其在下来的时候,中部压板31先压在待加工单排试管板100的顶面上,然后,切割延伸部42下压时,将废边料101与待加工单排试管板100的连接处切断,从容实现废边料101的切除,然后,所有部件回位,即可将加工好的单排试管板取出,非常方便。

所述机架(10)的顶板的顶面上固定有上支撑架(20),上支撑架(20)的顶板的顶面上固定有中部压紧机构(30)和边部冲切机构(40),中部压紧机构(30)的中部压板(31)压靠在待加工单排试管板(100)的顶面上,中部压板(31)插套在边部冲切机构(40)的边部冲切框(41)中,边部冲切框(41)的边部底面成型有切割延伸部(42),切割延伸部(42)处于废边料(101)的正上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,其特征在于:所述待加工单排试管板(100)的底面压靠在放置凹槽(12)的底面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,其特征在于:所述中部压紧机构(30)包括中部压紧气缸(32),中部压紧气缸(32)固定在上支撑架(20)的顶板的顶面上,中部压紧气缸(32)的推杆穿过上支撑架(20)的顶板的底面并固定有中部压板(31),中部压板(31)压靠在待加工单排试管板(100)的顶面上。

6.根据权利要求5所述一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,其特征在于:所述边部冲切框(41)的内侧壁的顶部成型有水平延伸部(411),上压紧板(43)固定在水平延伸部(411)的底面上,上支撑架(20)的顶板的顶面上固定有多个冲切气缸(21),所有冲切气缸(21)的推杆穿过上支撑架(20)的顶板的底面并固定在上压紧板(43)的顶面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种自动切割单排试管板边角料机构,其特征在于:所述切割延伸部(42)的内侧壁紧贴中部压板(31)的侧壁。
