本发明公开一种玻璃化工原料前处理装置,包括壳体,壳体内部设有一体分层工作室,一体分层工作室顶部设置有顶盖,所述顶盖下部设置有碾碎室,所述碾碎室下层设有加热室,所述加热室下层设有粗筛分网框、中筛分网框和细筛分网框,所述细筛分网框下层设有托盘,所述托盘的下方设置有固定板,所述固定板的下方设置有横向滑轮和滑轮槽,所述固定板的右侧通过连接杆和活动杆连接转盘,所述转盘转轴下部固定连接有电机。本发明操作简单,密封隔音好,不会产生粉尘污染和噪音污染,内有可抽取筛分网框和托盘,便于清理打扫,不会污染化工原料及引入其他元素物质,可根据不同玻璃化工原料的需求,更换不同目数筛分网,便于最后配合料的混合均匀。

本发明涉及一种玻璃化工原料前处理装置。
背景技术
玻璃原料是用于制备玻璃配合料的各种物质,根据来源可分为天然原料和化工原料。玻璃的天然原料有石英、长石、石灰石等,玻璃的化工原料有纯碱、硼酸、碳酸钡等。玻璃化工原料价格较为昂贵,化学组成波动小,纯度高,但由于人为因素保存不当及生产工艺差异,直接配料使用,会使玻璃成品质量大打折扣。一般放置较久的纯碱含有10%左右的水分,配料前需要加热烘干。硼酸易吸水结块,配料前需要碾碎筛分使得颗粒度大小适中。过细的二氧化硅容易飞扬,附着有害杂质较多,过粗的二氧化硅会使熔化困难,细级别和粗级别间还会产生离析,会使最后的配合料不易混合均匀,需要先多级筛分处理。因此玻璃化工原料前处理环节尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃化工原料前处理装置,该装置具有碾碎、加热、多级筛分的功能;结构简单,处理过程一体化,效率高,适合各种工作环境;且不会出现粉尘污染,对人体健康友好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

进一步的,所述碾碎室(7)底部采用由电磁继电器控制的卸料板,能够自动卸料至下一层。
进一步的,所述加热室(9)底部采用由电磁继电器控制的卸料板,能够自动卸料至下一层,该卸料板上还分布有电加热器。
进一步的,所述粗筛分网框(10)、中筛分网框(11)和细筛分网框(12)底部均设置有第一滑轨槽。

本发明的有益效果是,通过壳体、碾碎室、加热室、粗筛分网框、中筛分网框、细筛分网框、托盘、固定板、连接杆、活动杆、转盘、电机、内部固定板、横向滑轮、滑轮槽、缓冲杆、弹簧、万向轮、启停刹车片和箱门进行配合,具备碾碎、加热、多级筛分的功能,能解决玻璃化工原料因人为因素保存不当及生产工艺差异的问题;整个装置自动一体化,操作简单,装置密封隔音,不会产生粉尘污染和噪音污染;内部有可抽取筛分网框和托盘,便于清理打扫,不会污染化工原料及引入其他元素物质,可根据不同玻璃化工原料的需求,更换不同目数筛分网,便于最后配合料的混合均匀;本发明结构简单,制造成本低廉,有益于昂贵玻璃化工原料的前处理,使最后玻璃成品达到理想效果,适宜广泛推行。

结合图1~8所示,本发明提供一种玻璃化工原料前处理装置,包括壳体4,所述壳体4顶部设置有顶盖2,所述壳体4底部固定设置有内部固定板19,所述内部固定板19底部设置有缓冲杆22,所述缓冲杆22底部固定连接有弹簧23,弹簧23起到缓冲减震的作用,减少振动对整体装置的损坏,所述弹簧23底部固定连接有缓冲筒,所述缓冲筒底部设置有外部固定板,所述外部固定板底部设置有滚轮杆,所述滚轮杆底部设置有万向轮24,所述万向轮24上设置有启停刹车片25,方便装置的移动和固定,所述壳体4内部设有一体分层工作室5,所述一体分层工作室5顶部设置有顶盖2和顶盖槽3,所述顶盖2和相匹配的顶盖槽3,能够加强一体分层工作室5密封效果,防止造成粉尘污染及原料飞溅的浪费,所述顶盖2和顶盖槽3下部设置有碾碎室7,所述碾碎室7下层设有加热室9,所述加热室9下层设有粗筛分网框10、中筛分网框11和细筛分网框12,粗筛分网框10、中筛分网框11和细筛分网框12的孔径依次减小;粗筛分网框10位于中筛分网框11上方,所述中筛分网框11位于细筛分网框12上方,所述细筛分网框12下层设有托盘13,所述托盘13的下方设置有固定板14,所述固定板14的下方设置有横向滑轮20,所述横向滑轮20的底部设置有滑轮槽21,所述滑轮槽21底部和内部固定板19贴合接触,所述固定板14的右侧通过连接杆15和活动杆16连接转盘17,所述转盘17转轴下部固定连接有电机18,所述电机18和内部固定板19贴合接触,所述壳体4的正面通过铰链27连接有箱门,所述箱门上设置有门把手29和仪表控制盘28。
作为优选的,所述壳体4的内部固定板19上设置有缓冲垫,防止振动对装置的损坏,所述壳体4四周内壁及壳体顶盖2设置有隔音板,防止装置在工作时产生噪音污染,所述箱门设置有密封圈以及卡扣,所述壳体4设置有与卡扣相匹配的卡槽,使整个装置在密闭环境下工作,所述门把手29上设置有防电橡胶垫和防滑垫,保证操作人员使用安全,所述碾碎室7底部采用由电磁继电器控制的卸料板,可以自动化控制卸料至下一层。所述加热室9底部采用由电磁继电器控制的卸料板,该卸料板上分布有电加热器,方便控制加热温度及可以自动控制卸料至下一层。所述粗筛分网框10、中筛分网框11和细筛分网框12底部都设置有第一滑轨槽26,便于抽出替换不同孔径大小筛分网框。所述托盘13底部设置有第二滑轨槽30,便于抽出替换,方便清理打扫。
使用时,将本装置移动到合适的位置,通过启停刹车片25对装置进行固定,手握手提把手1,打开壳体4顶盖2,手握手提把手1,打开一体分层工作室5顶盖2,往碾碎室7倒入一定量锆珠和一种需要前处理玻璃化工原料,盖上一体分层工作室5顶盖2,再盖上壳体4顶盖2,启动箱门仪表控制盘28,装置开始工作。电机18通过转盘17上活动杆16和连接杆15带动一体分层工作室5在滑轮槽21内横向往返振动,利用锆珠摩擦,高效且充分地使吸水结块变质的玻璃化工原料碾碎,经过一定时间的振动碾碎后,碾碎室底部卸料板自动打开卸料至加热室9,加热室9根据不同玻璃化工原料可控制不同的加热温度及时间,待玻璃化工原料水分烘干后,加热室底部卸料板自动打开卸料至粗筛分网框10,粗筛分网框10可以过滤拦截锆珠及无法碾碎烘干变质的玻璃化工原料,颗粒粒度细的玻璃化工原料通过重力作用,落到中筛分网框11,在电机18不停工作振动筛分下,过于细级玻璃化工原料落到细筛分网框12和托盘13中,由于过细玻璃化工原料容易飞扬,附着有害杂质较多,不易使最后的配合料混合均匀,一般收集起来弃之不用。筛分完毕,关闭箱门仪表控制盘28按钮,电机18停止工作,通过箱门门把手打开箱门,抽取出中筛分网框11处理完毕的玻璃化工原料,进行称量配料使用,最后清理打扫筛分网框和托盘13,以待下次使用。整个装置设计合理,由于装置具有较好的密封性,可以有效的防止粉尘污染和噪音污染,对人体健康友好,并且具有良好的缓冲减震效果,能够延长装置使用寿命。
