本发明公开了一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜、制备方法及应用,保湿美容面膜由甘油葡糖苷、泛醇、烟酰胺、糖类同分异构体、北美金缕梅提取物、β‑葡聚糖、粉防己提取物、透明质酸钠、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物及无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水制成。本发明提供的含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜、制备方法及应用,使用超声搅拌无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水提含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物的方法,保留大部分活性蛋白质、多肽,增加了鹿茸物料的表面积,使得活性成分能够充分释放至提取液中;再经过过滤除菌后高效去除了提取物中的微生物,使其更适合作为化妆品的原料,兼具抗衰老、抗敏、抗炎、保湿、修复之功效,市场应用前景广阔。

本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
鹿茸指梅花鹿或马鹿未骨化的幼角,为我国传统的名贵药材,其含有的生物活性的物质包括蛋白质、多肽、多糖等,具有促进细胞增殖的功能。目前鹿茸广泛使用于药品、保健品、食品、化妆品中,作为强身健体、抗衰老的产品风靡全球,市场前景广阔。
目前,许多对于鹿茸提取物的研究很多都证明了其对于细胞增殖的功效,但使用到产品中,尤其是化妆品中,由于其本身带有的腥味使得产品的使用体验不佳。目前鹿茸活性物质的提取方法主要以酸液或碱液抽提,大多数活性蛋白质流失,蛋白得率较低,还会引入使用酸、碱抽提所带来的刺激性物质,增加后期清除成本和制备成本。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜、制备方法及应用。
为实现上述目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:甘油葡糖苷0.5-5.0wt%、泛醇0.5-3wt%、烟酰胺2-5wt%、糖类同分异构体3-6wt%、北美金缕梅提取物0.05-1wt%、β-葡聚糖1-10wt%、粉防己提取物0.1-2wt%、透明质酸钠0.05-1wt%、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物1-5%,余量为无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水。
本发明公开了一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、鹿茸冻干粉的制备:
选取新鲜的梅花鹿或马鹿茸,将其洗净、冻干,并粉碎为细粉;
二、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物的制备:
将鹿茸冻干粉与无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水以质量体积比1:20-1:100混合均匀,超声搅拌1h,随后于8000-12000rpm转速下离心20min,取上清,过滤、除菌,得到含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物;
三、组分配制:
按重量百分比计,将甘油葡糖苷0.5-5.0wt%、泛醇0.5-3wt%、烟酰胺2-5wt%、糖类同分异构体3-6wt%、北美金缕梅提取物0.05-1wt%、β-葡聚糖1-10wt%、粉防己提取物0.1-2wt%、透明质酸钠0.05-1wt%、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物1-5%及余量的无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水混合搅拌均匀(30-60min);
四、胶体研磨:
将步骤三所得混合物进行研磨,得到含鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液;
五、包装:
将步骤四所得含鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液分装。
进一步的,步骤一中,所述鹿茸冻干粉的粗细度为50-200目。
进一步的,步骤二中,超声搅拌的工艺参数为:超声功率为300-400W,搅拌转速为100-200rpm。

图1为本发明的小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞NIH-3T3细胞分别在血清和鹿茸提取物中培养的细胞增殖图。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:甘油葡糖苷0.5-5.0wt%、泛醇0.5-3wt%、烟酰胺2-5wt%、糖类同分异构体3-6wt%、北美金缕梅提取物0.05-1wt%、β-葡聚糖1-10wt%、粉防己提取物0.1-2wt%、透明质酸钠0.05-1wt%、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物1-5%,余量为无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水;本发明所述的活性物质或鹿茸活性物质都指代蛋白质和多肽。
一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、鹿茸冻干粉的制备:
选取新鲜的梅花鹿或马鹿茸,将其洗净、冻干,并粉碎为细粉,鹿茸冻干粉的粗细度为80目;
二、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物的制备:
将鹿茸冻干粉与无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水以质量体积比1:50混合,超声搅拌1h,超声功率为300-400W,搅拌转速为100-200rpm,随后于12000rpm条件下离心20min,取上清,再用滤膜孔径为0.22μm的滤膜过滤除菌,得到含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物;
三、组分配制:
将甘油葡糖苷0.5-5.0wt%、泛醇0.5-3wt%、烟酰胺2-5wt%、糖类同分异构体3-6wt%、北美金缕梅提取物0.05-1wt%、β-葡聚糖1-10wt%、粉防己提取物0.1-2wt%、透明质酸钠0.05-1wt%、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物1-5%及余量的无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水混合,于调配罐中搅拌30min;
四、胶体研磨:
将步骤三所得混合物用胶体磨循环研磨3次,得含有鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液,鹿茸活性物质的含量为1-5mg/mL;
五、包装:
将步骤四所得含鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液分装,分装的容积为20-30mL/袋。
本发明提供的含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜能够应用于化妆品领域,还可应用在促进胶原蛋白形成、皮肤修复或保湿领域中。
实施例1
本发明公开的含有鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法中,采用了超声搅拌水提鹿茸冻干粉的方法,冻干粉在保留活性成分的同时,增加了鹿茸物料的表面积,使得活性成分能够充分释放至提取液中。
为验证本发明采用超声搅拌水提的优势,分别使用无菌水/无菌生理盐水及现有技术中通常采用的酸(醋酸溶液、pH3.5-4)和碱(甘氨酸-氢氧化钠溶液、pH10)进行抽提,并使用BCA法测量提取的蛋白质浓度,结果如下表1:

上述结果表明,使用水/生理盐水进行鹿茸提取物的抽提,蛋白得率最高,且不会引入使用酸、碱抽提所带来的刺激性物质,再使用滤膜过滤除菌,能够在保留大部分活性蛋白质、多肽的同时除去有害微生物,更该提取物适合于作为化妆品原料。
同时,我们使用了与人表皮细胞同为成纤维细胞的小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞NIH-3T3细胞作为模型来验证使用上述工艺所得到的鹿茸提取物的活性,对照组为采用1%血清培养,实施例1为采用同等浓度的鹿茸提取物培养,结果如图1所示,加入鹿茸提取物培养的小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞NIH-3T3在培养48h时,其数量要远远高于对照组,证明我们所制备的鹿茸提取物具有生物学活性,能够促进成纤维细胞增殖,具有修复皮肤的效果。
使用鹿茸提取物作为面膜的原料,同时辅以其他保湿、抗衰老成分,使该面膜产品具有良好的保湿美容效果。我们使用本发明的制备方法制备了一批面膜给若干不同肤质的试验者试用,每周使用2次,连续使用1个月,试用结果表明,本发明的含有鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜对皮肤无刺激,保湿效果好,显著改善皮肤状态。
实施例2
一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、鹿茸冻干粉的制备:
选取新鲜的梅花鹿或马鹿茸1kg,将其洗净、冻干,并粉碎为80目细粉;
二、含活性物质的鹿茸提取物的制备:
将鹿茸冻干粉与无菌生理盐水以质量体积比20g:1000mL混合,于360W功率、100rpm转速条件下超声搅拌1h,随后于12000rpm条件下离心20min,取上清,再用0.22μm滤膜过滤除菌,得到含活性物质的鹿茸提取物;
三、配制:
将甘油葡糖苷20g、泛醇10g、烟酰胺25g、糖类同分异构体35g、北美金缕梅提取物8g、β-葡聚糖20g、粉防己提取物5g、透明质酸钠5g、含活性物质的鹿茸提取物15mL及余量的无菌蒸馏水混合,配制成1L组合物,于调配罐中搅拌30min;
四、胶体研磨:
将上步混合物用胶体磨循环研磨3次,得含鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液;
五、包装:
将含鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液以25mL/袋分装。
实施例3
本实施例3与实施例2的不同在于,本实施例3的步骤二中,将无菌生理盐水替换为无菌蒸馏水,余同实施例2。
实施例4
本实施例4与实施例2的不同在于,本实施例4的步骤三中,将甘油葡糖苷5g、泛醇5g、烟酰胺20g、糖类同分异构体30g、北美金缕梅提取物0.5g、β-葡聚糖10g、粉防己提取物1g、透明质酸钠0.5g、含活性物质的鹿茸提取物10mL及余量的无菌蒸馏水混合,余同实施例2。
实施例5
本实施例5与实施例2的不同在于,本实施例5的步骤三中,将甘油葡糖苷30g、泛醇15g、烟酰胺35g、糖类同分异构体40g、北美金缕梅提取物8g、β-葡聚糖80g、粉防己提取物15g、透明质酸钠8g、含活性物质的鹿茸提取物40mL及余量的无菌蒸馏水混合,余同实施例2。
实施例6
本实施例6与实施例2的不同在于,本实施例6的步骤三中加入适量防腐剂,如可加入6g苯氧乙醇,与甘油葡糖苷20g、泛醇10g、烟酰胺25g、糖类同分异构体35g、北美金缕梅提取物8g、β-葡聚糖20g、粉防己提取物5g、透明质酸钠5g、含活性物质的鹿茸提取物15mL及余量的无菌蒸馏水混合,可延长产品的保存期限,余同实施例2。
实施例7
本实施例7与实施例2的不同在于,本实施例7的步骤三中可加入适量香精,使得产品有更好的使用体验,余同实施例2。

Claims (10)
1.一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:甘油葡糖苷0.5-5.0wt%、泛醇0.5-3wt%、烟酰胺2-5wt%、糖类同分异构体3-6wt%、北美金缕梅提取物0.05-1wt%、β-葡聚糖1-10wt%、粉防己提取物0.1-2wt%、透明质酸钠0.05-1wt%、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物1-5%,余量为无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、鹿茸冻干粉的制备:
选取新鲜的梅花鹿或马鹿茸,将其洗净、冻干,并粉碎为细粉;
二、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物的制备:
将鹿茸冻干粉与无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水混合均匀,超声搅拌、离心,取上清,再过滤、除菌,得到含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物;
三、组分配制:
按重量百分比计,将甘油葡糖苷0.5-5.0wt%、泛醇0.5-3wt%、烟酰胺2-5wt%、糖类同分异构体3-6wt%、北美金缕梅提取物0.05-1wt%、β-葡聚糖1-10wt%、粉防己提取物0.1-2wt%、透明质酸钠0.05-1wt%、含有活性物质的鹿茸提取物1-5%及余量的无菌生理盐水或无菌蒸馏水混合搅拌均匀;
四、胶体研磨:
将步骤三所得混合物进行研磨,得到含鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液;
五、包装:
将步骤四所得含鹿茸活性物质的面膜原液分装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,所述鹿茸冻干粉的粗细度为50-200目。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,超声搅拌的工艺参数为:超声功率为300-400W,搅拌转速为100-200rpm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,采用滤膜孔径为0.22μm或0.45μm的滤膜进行过滤、除菌操作。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,所述面膜原液中的鹿茸活性物质的含量为1-5mg/mL。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤五中,分装的容积为20-30mL/袋。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,加入防腐剂。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,加入香精。
10.一种根据权利要求1所述的含鹿茸活性物质的保湿美容面膜在皮肤修复或保湿中的应用。
