Disclosure of Invention
In order to bring convenience to carrying of water replenishing spray and emulsion during travel, the application provides the water-emulsion two-in-one emulsion and the preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a water-emulsion two-in-one emulsion, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an aqueous emulsion and emulsion two-in-one emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight:
640 portions of deionized water and 890 portions;
10-40 parts of butanediol;
20-60 parts of glycerol;
20-60 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate;
20-60 parts of a surfactant;
2-8 parts of ethylene glycol;
2-8 parts of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
10-45 parts of a humectant;
8-24 parts of mannan;
10-30 parts of squalane;
4-12 parts of a softening agent;
4-16 parts of an antioxidant;
the surfactant comprises polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether.
By adopting the technical scheme, the added surfactant mainly plays a role in emulsification in a raw material system, so that two substances, namely oil and water, which are mutually incompatible, are uniformly mixed together to form a relatively stable dispersion system, meanwhile, the addition of the surfactant can separate out liquid crystals from the system, the liquid crystals can be stably adsorbed on an oil-water interface to form a layered stable protective layer, and the phenomenon that flocculation is generated due to agglomeration among dispersed phase droplets is prevented, so that the consistency and the stability of the emulsion are improved. The aluminum magnesium silicate is added as an emulsion stabilizer to be matched with a surfactant for use, so that the stability of a system can be improved, the tendency that the emulsion system becomes thin or is damaged can be reduced when the temperature is increased, and meanwhile, the aluminum magnesium silicate is also used as a thickening agent, has pseudoplastic flowing performance, and can form and provide dispersing performance for cream and emulsion. According to the arrangement, when the emulsion is used for remote spraying, the emulsion is sprayed out in a water mist shape under the shearing action of the liquid outlet of the spray bottle and is used as skin care water; when the emulsion is sprayed to skin, the emulsion has viscosity recovered after being sprayed and is recovered into stable emulsion for use as cream. The water-emulsion two-in-one emulsion also has better heat-resistant and cold-resistant performance, can be used at different temperatures, and has no oil-water separation phenomenon.
The mannan in the raw materials and the magnesium aluminum silicate have the synergistic matching thickening effect, the viscosity of the aqueous solution is increased, the emulsion is stabilized, and meanwhile, the mannan can promote the film forming effect, so that a layer of natural protective film is formed on the skin, and the water loss is reduced. The butanediol is fresh and cool in texture, is not sticky, is harmless to the skin and can play a role in inhibiting the growth of skin bacteria; the glycerin can adsorb moisture in air to moisturize skin and has the effect of locking water. Squalane is a kind of oil with excellent skin moistening effect and high moisture keeping effect and permeability.
Preferably, the surfactant is formed by mixing polyethylene glycol-8 and polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether, and the weight ratio of the polyethylene glycol-8 to the polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether is 1: (1-2).
By adopting the technical scheme, the polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether plays a main emulsification role, so that the incompatible oil and water substances in the raw materials are uniformly mixed together to form a relatively stable dispersion system, and the addition of a trace amount of polyethylene glycol-8 is helpful for keeping the stability of the emulsion.
Preferably, the humectant is formed by mixing polyglycerol sorbitol and the extract of the wild soybean buds, and the weight ratio of the polyglycerol sorbitol to the extract of the wild soybean buds is 1: (1.2-1.6).
By adopting the technical scheme, both the polyglycerol sorbitol and the wild soybean sprout extract have the moisturizing effect, so that the skin moisture can be kept, and the smoothness and the wettability of the skin are improved. The moisturizing agent can be mixed according to the proportion to be used as a moisturizing agent, so that the moisturizing performance of the emulsion can be obviously improved. Meanwhile, the added wild soybean sprout extract also has antioxidant property and has the functions of activating skin and resisting aging.
Preferably, the emollient is formed by mixing cholesterol/octyl dodecanol lauroyl glutamate and polydimethylsiloxane, and the weight ratio of the cholesterol/octyl dodecanol lauroyl glutamate to the polydimethylsiloxane is 1: (1-2).
By adopting the technical scheme, the cholesterol/octyl dodecanol lauroyl glutamate and the polydimethylsiloxane are mixed according to the proportion to be used as the softening agent, so that the prepared emulsion has better lubricating property, can form a layer of uniform waterproof protective film after being applied to the skin, can improve the smoothness, the softness and the elasticity of the skin, has no viscosity or greasy feeling, has better use feeling and also has better antistatic property. The cholesterol/octyl dodecanol lauroyl glutamate also has an emulsifying effect, and can play a better synergistic emulsifying effect when being used together with a surfactant.
Preferably, the antioxidant is formed by mixing the extract of the coffee mallow fruit and the hemp seed oil, and the weight ratio of the extract of the coffee mallow fruit to the hemp seed oil is 1 (1-1.2).
By adopting the technical scheme, the coffee abelmoschus esculentus fruit extract and the hemp seed oil have good oxidation resistance, and can diminish inflammation, delay aging, moisten dry skin, treat skin infection and help cure skin injury when being added into cosmetics and skin care products. Meanwhile, the coffee abelmoschus esculentus fruit extract and the hemp seed oil also have moisturizing effect, do not have greasy feeling, are easy to absorb, and can improve the skin renewal and moisturizing capability.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of a water-emulsion two-in-one emulsion, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of an aqueous emulsion and emulsion two-in-one emulsion comprises the following steps:
s1, adding deionized water, butanediol, glycerol and a surfactant into a beaker, stirring and mixing, adding magnesium aluminum silicate, and continuing stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, adding ethylene glycol and p-hydroxyacetophenone into the mixed solution A, heating and stirring to obtain mixed solution B;
s3, adding the antioxidant, squalane and the softening agent into a new beaker, and heating and stirring to obtain a mixed solution C;
s4, adding the mixed solution C into the mixed solution B, stirring, homogenizing and cooling to obtain a mixed solution D;
s5, adding the humectant and the mannan into the mixed solution D, stirring and mixing, cooling, and filling to obtain the finished product.
By adopting the technical scheme, the operation process is simple, the conditions are controllable, and the method is suitable for large-scale production. The finished product has more proper viscosity and more uniform texture by heating and stirring.
Preferably, the heating temperature in both S2 and S3 is 80-90 ℃.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, emulsify in above-mentioned temperature range, the emulsification effect is better, makes each component intensive mixing to the emulsion that makes has more even texture, promotes to spout the use impression when using.
Preferably, the homogenizing rotation speed in S4 is 2800-3200rpm, the homogenizing time is 3-8min, and the rotation speed during cooling is 500-700 rpm.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, keep above-mentioned rotational speed and carry out the homogeneity, make the homogeneity more abundant, when the homogeneity is accomplished and is cooled off, because of emulsion consistency is great, has better yield value, if the stirring speed too fast can produce the foam, consequently need with stirring speed control in above-mentioned within range.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. by adding the surfactant, the liquid crystal is separated out from the water-oil system while the incompatible oil and water substances are uniformly mixed, and the liquid crystal, the water and oil substances form a stable three-layer structure, so that the phenomenon of flocculation caused by agglomeration among dispersed phase droplets is prevented, and the consistency and stability of the emulsion are improved;
2. the stability of an emulsion system can be improved by adding the aluminum magnesium silicate, and meanwhile, the aluminum magnesium silicate is used as a thickening agent to enable the emulsion system to have pseudoplastic flowing performance and is used together with a surfactant to enable the emulsion to be in a water mist shape when being sprayed far away and in a cream shape when being sprayed near;
3. according to the method, the rotating speed during cooling in the S4 is controlled, so that the generation of foams during stirring is reduced, and the quality of the prepared water-emulsion two-in-one emulsion is improved.

Performance test
The emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 18 and comparative examples 1 to 14 were used as test subjects, and 320 qualified volunteers were selected as test subjects to be tested by screening questionnaires and preliminary screening of original values, and were randomly divided into 32 groups of 10 subjects. The test samples were randomly distributed by the test personnel, and the test subjects in each group used the emulsions prepared in the same examples or comparative examples. Before the test sample is used, the test person cleans the arms with purified water, waits for 10min after wiping, and then uses the test sample to paint the back of the hand. Quantitatively applying the liquid medicine twice every day at regular time and in fixed quantity, wherein the applying time is 8 am and 8 pm, the applying amount is 1g, the testing time is 4 weeks, after the testing is finished, a questionnaire is carried out on a test person, and the content of the questionnaire is as follows: question 1, whether it has the two-in-one efficacy of water and emulsion, namely far spraying is water mist, near spraying is cream; and 2, whether the moisturizing effect is achieved or not is provided. The results were counted and included in table 2 below.
The emulsion was tested for heat and cold resistance.
The heat resistance test method comprises the following steps: 2g of the emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 18 and comparative examples 1 to 14 were uniformly applied to a 5cm by 5cm glass plate, the glass plate was maintained at 40. + -. 1 ℃ for 24 hours, and the oil-water separation was observed after returning to room temperature.
The cold resistance test method comprises the following steps: 2g of the emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 18 and comparative examples 1 to 14 were uniformly applied to a 5cm by 5cm glass plate, the glass plate was maintained at (-8. + -. 1) ° C for 24 hours, and after returning to room temperature, it was observed whether there was a significant difference in properties as compared with those before the test.
The test results are shown in Table 2 below.
As can be seen from the test data in table 2: the emulsions prepared in the embodiments 1 to 18 have good water-emulsion two-in-one effect and good moisturizing and moisturizing functions, and meanwhile, have good cold resistance and heat resistance.
By combining example 1 and comparative examples 1 and 2, and by combining table 2, it can be seen that the emulsion system does not contain a surfactant or magnesium aluminum silicate, and the effect of combining water and emulsion can not be achieved. The surfactant can separate out liquid crystal from the system and form a three-layer structure with water and oil, so that the phenomenon of flocculation of liquid drops is reduced; magnesium aluminum silicate acts as a thickener, has pseudoplastic flow properties, imparts shaping and provides dispersing properties to creams and emulsions.
Combining examples 1, 7, 8 and comparative examples 3, 4, and combining table 2, it can be seen that the preferred weight ratio of polyethylene glycol-8 and polyoxyethylene cetylstearyl diether making up the surfactant is 1: (1-2), within the range, the prepared surfactant has better emulsification, so that the prepared emulsion has better water-emulsion two-in-one effect.
In combination with examples 1, 9, 10 and comparative examples 5, 6, and in combination with table 2, it can be seen that the preferred weight ratio of the polyglyceryl sorbitol to the wild soybean sprout extract in the moisturizer during the preparation of the emulsion is 1: (1.2-1.6), within the weight ratio range, the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing agent is good, so that the prepared emulsion has good moisturizing and hydrating effects.
In combination with examples 1, 11, 12 and comparative examples 7, 8, and in combination with Table 2, it can be seen that the preferred weight ratio of cholesterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate and dimethicone in the emollient during the preparation of the emulsion is 1: (1-2), within the range, the prepared emulsion has better lubricating property, and the smoothness, the softness and the elasticity of the skin can be improved by applying the emulsion to the skin.
Combining examples 1, 13, 14 and comparative examples 9, 10, and combining table 2, it can be seen that the preferred weight ratio of the okra fruit extract and the hemp seed oil in the antioxidant during the preparation of the emulsion is 1: (1-1.2), and the antioxidant obtained by mixing the components in the weight ratio range has better antioxidant effect.
As can be seen by combining examples 1, 15-18 and comparative examples 11-14, and by combining Table 2, in the preparation process of the emulsions, the preferred temperature range for water bath heating in S2 and S3 is 80-90 ℃, the preferred range for the mean rotation speed in S4 is 2800-3200rpm, and the preferred range for the cooling rotation speed is 500-700rpm, and the emulsions prepared in this range have better cold resistance, heat resistance and moisture retention and water replenishing properties.
