Abstract
The invention discloses refreshing water-in-oil type cream without silicone oil, which consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-3% of PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, 0.5-3% of polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, 15-30% of isononyl isononanoate, 0.02-0.1% of disodium EDTA, 0.5-2% of sodium chloride, 0.3-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.1% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.3-1% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 2-10% of glycerol, 2-10% of butanediol, 0.5-5% of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol and the balance of water. The product prepared according to the formula of the invention has light skin feel, is not greasy and has stable performance.

the preparation method of the refreshing water-in-oil type cream is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing component raw materials according to the component part ratio of the cream, and dividing the component raw materials into an A phase and a B phase; wherein,
phase A consists of the following components: PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate, isononyl isononanoate;
the phase B consists of the following components: water, disodium EDTA, sodium chloride, p-hydroxyacetophenone, ethylhexyl glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, glycerin, butylene glycol, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin;
2) respectively heating phase A and phase B to 75-80 deg.C, slowly adding phase B into phase A under homogenizing condition, stirring, and cooling.

The refreshing water-in-oil cream free of silicone oil according to claim 1, characterized in that the mass percentages of the components are: 1-2% of PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, 1-3% of polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, 18-25% of isononyl isononanoate, 0.05-0.1% of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 1-2% of sodium chloride, 3-5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.07% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.3-0.7% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 3-5% of glycerol, 3-5% of butanediol, 1-3% of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol and the balance of water.

The refreshing water-in-oil cream free of silicone oil according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mass percentages of the components are: PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate 1%, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate 2%, isononyl isononanoate 22%, disodium EDTA/0.05%, sodium chloride 1.5%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.35%, ethylhexylglycerin 0.05%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.5%, glycerin 4%, butanediol 4%, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin 2%, water 62.5%.
4. The refreshing water-in-oil cream without silicone oil according to claim 1, characterized in that the homogenization speed in step 2) is 5000-5500rpm and the homogenization time is 3-5 minutes.
5. The refreshing water-in-oil cream free of silicone oil according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 2) it is cooled to below 38 ℃ with stirring.
