本发明涉及印刷机,具体是一种剔除废品无须停机的数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置,包括托纸板、切断刀、卷筒料输送装置、数码印刷部、单张输送辊轮、传动带、张紧轮,切断刀设置在托纸板的一端,卷筒料输送装置设置在切断刀一侧,数码印刷部设置在卷筒料输送装置一侧,单张输送辊轮、张紧轮与传动带配合,设置在托纸板的下部,托纸板的上部设置有一检测电眼,检测电眼与托纸板有间隔,托纸板的另一端设置有排废剔除板和摆臂,排废剔除板与摆臂连接,摆臂的下部设置有排废气缸,排废气缸的连杆与摆臂连接,通过排废剔除板的转动,使废品掉落,无需停机,节约成本,检测电眼检测到废品,发送指令给排废气缸,使得排废剔除板转动,排废更精准。

本发明涉及印刷机,具体是一种剔除废品无须停机的数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置。
背景技术
数码书刊印刷,能够很好的解决书刊套印不准确的问题,随着数码书刊印刷的不断推广,数码印刷机在初始印刷测试阶段出现的非整册完整书印刷部分需要剔除,剔除时需要停机,增加了时间成本和人工成本。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,从而提供一种剔除废品无须停机的数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置装置。
本发明解决所述问题,采用的技术方案是:
一种数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置,包括托纸板、切断刀、卷筒料输送装置、数码印刷部、单张输送辊轮、传动带、张紧轮,切断刀设置在托纸板的一端,卷筒料输送装置设置在切断刀一侧,数码印刷部设置在卷筒料输送装置一侧,单张输送辊轮、张紧轮与传动带配合,设置在托纸板的下部,托纸板的上部设置有一检测电眼,检测电眼与托纸板有间隔,托纸板的另一端设置有排废剔除板和摆臂,排废剔除板与摆臂连接,摆臂的下部设置有排废气缸,排废气缸的连杆与摆臂连接。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
①通过排废剔除板的转动,使废品掉落,无需停机,节约成本。
②检测电眼检测到废品,发送指令给排废气缸,使得排废剔除板转动,排废更精准。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
排废剔除板下部设置有与传送带配合的废品剔除辊;将废品输送到托纸板下面。
排废气缸的下部设置有废品收集箱;方便集中处理废品。

参见图1至图2、一种数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置,包括托纸板3、切断刀2、卷筒料输送装置1、数码印刷部13、单张输送辊轮4、传动带5、张紧轮6,切断刀2设置在托纸板3的一端,卷筒料输送装置1设置在切断刀2一侧,数码印刷部13设置在卷筒料输送装1置一侧,单张输送辊轮4、张紧轮6与传动带5配合,设置在托纸板3的下部,托纸板3的上部设置有一检测电眼7,检测电眼7与托纸板3有间隔,托纸板3的另一端设置有排废剔除板8和摆臂9,排废剔除板8与摆臂9连接,摆臂的下部设置有排废气缸10,排废气缸10的连杆与摆臂9连接,排废剔除板8下部设置有与传送带5配合的废品剔除辊11,检测电眼7检测到废品给排废气缸10发出指令,排废气缸10通过连杆和摆臂9带动排废剔除板8转动,使得废品掉落,无需停机,节约成本,排废气缸10的下部设置有废品收集箱12,方便集中处理废品。
印刷运行时,印刷物被传送到检测电眼7下,检测电眼7检测到印刷品上无首页色标,则发送指令给废品剔除装置,排废气缸10收缩,排废剔除板8顺时针摆动,排废剔除板8左端抬起,有缺陷的单张印刷纸经托纸板3的斜坡,进入废品剔除辊11,输送至废品收集箱12中,检测电眼检测7到印刷品上有首页色标后,则发送指令给废品剔除装置,排废气缸10推出,排废剔除板8逆时针摆动,排废剔除板8左端降下并与托纸板3同高,完整的书刊印刷品沿排废剔除板8的上面输送。

1.一种数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置,包括托纸板、切断刀、卷筒料输送装置、数码印刷部、单张输送辊轮、传动带、张紧轮,切断刀设置在托纸板的一端,卷筒料输送装置设置在切断刀一侧,数码印刷部设置在卷筒料输送装置一侧,单张输送辊轮、张紧轮与传动带配合,设置在托纸板的下部,其特征在于:托纸板的上部设置有一检测电眼,检测电眼与托纸板有间隔,托纸板的另一端设置有排废剔除板和摆臂,排废剔除板与摆臂连接,摆臂的下部设置有排废气缸,排废气缸的连杆与摆臂连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置,其特征在于:排废剔除板下部设置有与传送带配合的废品剔除辊。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数码书刊印刷机废品剔除装置,其特征在于:排废气缸的下部设置有废品收集箱。
