本发明涉及空调保温管技术领域,具体地涉及一种耐冲击橡塑空调保温管。
背景技术
现有的家庭或工作场所都需要用到空调,空调由室外机和室内机组成,室外机与室内机通过空调保温管相连。现有的空调保温管一般是采用天然橡胶经过硫化而成,耐候性差、易老化,抗冲击性较差,导致空调保温管的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种耐冲击橡塑空调保温管,按重量份数计,其原料组成包括:

本发明所制备的空调保温管在满足保温这一基本性能的基础上,还具有较强的耐老化及抗冲击性能,有效地延长了空调保温管的使用寿命。丁腈橡胶、PVC作为弹性基体,滑石粉、聚四氟乙烯、高岭土的混合物填充在弹性基体中使得弹性基体形成一个具有较强剪切强度的分散体,水性环氧树脂、玉米淀粉、聚乙二醇的混合物使得上述分散体形成一个分散均匀且具有粘结性的空间网状结构的整体,氯化聚乙烯、聚丁二烯、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯的混合物使得空间网状结构的整体具有较高的抗冲击性,氯酯共聚树脂进一步提高材料的抗冲击性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲击橡塑空调保温管,其特征在于,还包括2.5份水性环氧树脂、0.5份玉米淀粉、0.88份聚乙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲击橡塑空调保温管,其特征在于,所述改性剂为氯化聚乙烯、聚丁二烯、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲击橡塑空调保温管,其特征在于,所述填充剂为滑石粉、聚四氟乙烯、高岭土的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐冲击橡塑空调保温管,其特征在于,还包括3.67份氯酯共聚树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲击橡塑空调保温管,其特征在于,还包括1.49份固体石蜡、0.07份防老剂、0.3份氧化锌、0.15份抗氧剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲击橡塑空调保温管,其特征在于,还包括0.22份硬脂酸、0.45份紫外线吸收剂、19.18分氯化石蜡。
