一种耐臭氧型绝缘胶板橡胶及制备方法,属于橡胶领域,是将丁基橡胶IIR1751、三元乙丙橡胶EP35、硫化剂B-L01、树脂SP1045、硫化剂DCP、ZnO、炭黑N330、陶土、硬脂酸StA、高芳烃油、微晶蜡、防老剂MB、防老剂防RD、防老剂H采用混炼、塑炼、下片检测和硫化,得到耐臭氧型绝缘胶板橡胶。本发明的优点是:选用丁基橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶并用,在130℃基本不改变主体配方的电绝缘性能,同时改善其耐臭氧老化性能;硫化剂B-L01与少量硫化树脂组成硫化体系,形成牢固的交联键,几乎不发生硫化还原现象,实现丁基橡胶快速硫化,具有优良的耐老化和综合物理性能。

技术领域
本发明属于一种橡胶技术领域,特别涉及一种耐臭氧型绝缘胶板橡胶及制作方法。
背景技术
绝缘胶板又称为绝缘橡胶垫,绝缘毯等,是具有较大体积电阻率和耐电击穿的胶片。绝缘胶板主要是由绝缘性能优良的非极性橡胶制造,要求具有良好物理机械性能,优良的电绝缘性能,在-35~+100℃温度范围内,干燥的空气环境中,介电系数应能满足高压作业要求。广泛应用于变电站、发电厂、配电房、试验室以及野外带电作业等场所。
特种绝缘橡胶板是能够适用于某种苛刻使用环境条件的绝缘胶板,不同类型的特种绝缘胶板应该具有耐臭氧、难燃、耐油等一种或多种性能。耐臭氧型(TA型)特种绝缘胶板就是其中之一。
在高压静电场所中,设备带电动作时,会产生弧光放电现象,使其周围的空气电离产生臭氧。由于上述场所中,电气设备频繁动作,臭氧会不断聚集,随着臭氧浓度不断升高,对绝缘胶板的臭氧老化作用会不断地加剧。尤其是在近海岸海拨较低区域、海洋岛屿以及其它臭氧浓度本身较高的区域,绝缘胶板往往在短期内就出现老化龟裂现象,造成物理性能、电绝缘性能迅速下降,严重危及作业人员的生命安全。如何在不降低绝缘胶板的电绝缘性能、兼顾绝缘胶板力学性能的前提下,提高绝缘胶板的耐臭氧性,且生产工艺可行,是技术研发人员亟待解决的问题所在。
发明内容
针对现有绝缘胶板橡胶配方技术的不足,本发明目的在于满足绝缘胶板的绝缘性能的前提下,提高其耐臭氧老化性能,提供一种耐臭氧型绝缘胶板橡胶及制作方法,延长绝缘胶板的使用周期。
绝缘胶板电绝缘性能最好的常规胶种为丁基橡胶,但其耐臭氧老化性能并不是最好的。如何在不降低电绝缘性能的前提下,提高绝缘胶板的耐臭氧性,通过资料及大量试验实践确定,三元乙丙橡胶为主体胶种,可以提高耐臭氧老化性能,因此可以采用丁基橡胶中并用适量的三元乙丙橡胶,进而改善丁基橡胶的耐臭氧老化性能,同时不会降低胶板的电绝缘性能。
丁基橡胶传统的树脂硫化体系硫化速度慢,树脂用量大,需要长时间硫化,且易发生硫化还原现象。硫化剂B-L01是纳米氧化锌、三嗪衍生物和秋兰姆类的混合物,与少量硫化树脂组成硫化体系,可实现丁基橡胶快速硫化。采用硫化剂B-L01,可以形成牢固的交联键,几乎不发生硫化还原现象,具有优良的耐老化和综合性能。

(一)按照以下重量比进行各组分配料:

(二)制作方法依次为:
(1),按照上述各组分的重量分数比称量;
(2),采用开炼机将丁基橡胶IIR1751和三元乙丙橡胶EP35进行塑炼,塑炼温度为50-60℃,时间为5-8min;
(3),采用密炼机对丁基橡胶IIR1751和三元乙丙橡胶EP35的塑炼胶进行混炼,混炼温度为120-130℃,时间为1min;
依次加入配料中的硬脂酸StA、微晶蜡、防老剂MB、防老剂防RD和防老剂H进行混炼,时间为1min;再加入炭黑N330和陶土、高芳烃油,时间为3-4min;最后加入硫化剂B-L01硫化剂DCP、树脂SP1045、ZnO,时间3-4 min; 
薄通后下片,制成未硫化胶片;
(4),下片后进行检测;          
硫化胶片:当硫化温度175℃,硫化时间20min时;将测试胶片进行小试性能检测;

(5),经测试合格后,该未硫化胶片在175℃,25min下采用硫化机进行硫化,得到耐臭氧型绝缘胶板。
本发明的优点和有益效果是:
1、丁基橡胶的电绝缘性能是在通用橡胶中最佳,三元乙丙橡胶的耐臭氧性在通用橡胶中是最好的,在丁基橡胶中并用三元乙丙橡胶,能在130℃可以基本不改变主体配方的电绝缘性能,同时改善其耐臭氧老化性能。
2、硫化剂B-L01是纳米氧化锌、三嗪衍生物和秋兰姆类的混合物,与少量硫化树脂组成硫化体系,可实现丁基橡胶快速硫化,采用硫化剂B-L01,可以形成牢固的交联键,几乎不发生硫化还原现象,具有优良的耐老化和综合物理性能。

按照上述各组分的重量分数比称量;
采用开炼机将丁基橡胶IIR1751和三元乙丙橡胶EP35进行塑炼,塑炼温度为50-60℃,时间为5-8min;采用密炼机对丁基橡胶IIR1751和三元乙丙橡胶EP35的塑炼胶进行混炼,混炼温度为120-130℃,时间为1min;依次加入配料中的硬脂酸StA、微晶蜡、防老剂MB、防老剂防RD和防老剂H进行混炼,时间为1min;再加入炭黑N330、陶土、高芳烃油,时间为3-4min;最后加入硫化剂B-L01、树脂SP1045、ZnO、硫化剂DCP,时间3-4 min;下片后进行未硫化胶片的性能检测,当硫化温度175℃,硫化时间20min时;将测试胶片进行性能检测;经测试合格后,该未硫化胶片在175℃,25min下采用硫化机进行硫化,得到耐臭氧型绝缘胶板橡胶。 
各实施例检测结果与原有传统丁基橡胶配方制作的绝缘胶板橡胶的性能对比如下:

通过对比分析,丁基橡胶、三元乙丙并用胶体系的耐臭氧老化性能明显比丁基橡胶优异,同时电绝缘性能符合要求;含硫化剂B-L01的配方体系胶料无返原性。
