Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺旋压锯机头,包括螺旋锯、挡块、支撑台、底座、支架、转轴、止推轴承;使用时将转轴连接马达带动螺旋锯旋转,螺旋锯上呈螺旋线排列的锯齿将待锯切的条状物压在挡块上锯切,止推轴承和支架承受压锯时的反推力;螺旋锯旋转一圈完成一次压锯过程。本发明能快速锯切、结构简单、设计合理、制造简单、使用方便,有利于推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锯切加工装置,具体是涉及一种螺旋压锯机头。
背景技术
在将条状木材锯切成段用作柴火、将条状塑料型材或塑料管锯切成段以便回收时,通常希望能快速地连续锯切,而市面上的锯切机锯切时需要移动锯片或移动待锯切物,这将影响锯切速度。因此有必要开发一种结构简单造价较低、锯切时不需要移动锯片或移动待锯切物从而能快速地连续锯切的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种螺旋压锯机头,其能够快速地连续锯切。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:包括螺旋锯、挡块、支撑台、底座、支架、转轴、止推轴承;所述螺旋锯与转轴为固定连接;所述挡块固定连接在支撑台上;所述支撑台固定连接在底座上;所述支架固定连接在底座上。
上述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述螺旋锯上的锯齿呈螺旋线排列。
上述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述止推轴承位于支架和螺旋锯之间。
上述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述转轴穿过止推轴承。
上述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述转轴穿过支架上的圆孔。
上述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述螺旋锯、挡块、支撑台、底座、支架、转轴、止推轴承均为金属材质。
上述的一种螺旋压锯机头在使用时,将转轴连接马达,使马达带动螺旋锯旋转;将待锯切的条状物放置在支撑台,随着螺旋锯的旋转,螺旋锯上呈螺旋线排列的锯齿将待锯切的条状物压在挡块上锯切,止推轴承和支架承受压锯时的反推力;螺旋锯旋转一圈完成一次压锯过程。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明的螺旋锯在锯切时,随螺旋锯的旋转,螺旋锯上呈螺旋线排列的锯齿将待锯切的条状物压在挡块上锯切,这个压力有助于实现快速锯切;
2、本发明的螺旋锯在锯切时,随螺旋锯的旋转,呈螺旋线排列的锯齿不断推进到待锯切的条状物中,从而实现快速锯切;
3、本发明的螺旋锯在锯切时,螺旋锯旋转一圈,即可完成一次压锯过程,从而实现快速锯切;
4、本发明结构简单、设计合理、制造简单、使用方便,有利于推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本发明包括螺旋锯1、挡块2、支撑台3、底座4、支架5、转轴6、止推轴承7;所述螺旋锯与转轴为固定连接;所述挡块固定连接在支撑台上;所述支撑台固定连接在底座上;所述支架固定连接在底座上。
本实施例中,所述螺旋锯1上的锯齿呈螺旋线排列;所述止推轴承7位于支架5和螺旋锯1之间;所述转轴6穿过止推轴承7;所述转轴6穿过支架5上的圆孔;所述螺旋锯1、挡块2、支撑台3、底座4、支架5、转轴6、止推轴承7均为金属材质。
本发明的工作原理为:使用时,将转轴6连接马达,使马达带动螺旋锯1旋转;将待锯切的条状物8放置在支撑台3,随着螺旋锯1的旋转,螺旋锯1上呈螺旋线排列的锯齿将待锯切的条状物8压在挡块2上锯切,止推轴承7和支架5承受压锯时的反推力;螺旋锯1旋转一圈完成一次压锯过程。

1.一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:包括螺旋锯(1)、挡块(2)、支撑台(3)、底座(4)、支架(5)、转轴(6)、止推轴承(7);所述螺旋锯(1)与转轴(6)为固定连接;所述挡块(2)固定连接在支撑台(3)上;所述支撑台(3)固定连接在底座(4)上;所述支架(5)固定连接在底座(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述螺旋锯(1)上的锯齿呈螺旋线排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述止推轴承(7)位于支架(5)和螺旋锯(1)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋压锯机头,其特征在于:所述转轴(6)穿过止推轴承(7)。
