Description

A Chinese medicinal composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical health products.
Background
Modern people can easily get the spleen and stomach diseases, which belong to chronic diseases and are difficult to radically treat repeatedly. The spleen and stomach are transportation and transformation, which are closely related to diet and living habits. Modern people have fast pace of life and irregular diet. The eating habits are relatively poor. Overeating and eating too hard and cool. Especially, people like drinking cold beverages in summer, which is very bad for the spleen and stomach; in addition, modern life rhythm is fast, the pressure is big, the spirit is often in the state of tension, it is bad to stomach; and the spleen is often damaged by staying up all night and excessive thinking. It is liked to be pungent and pungent, smoking and drinking, and mental stress can induce peptic ulcer, acute and chronic gastritis.
In addition, helicobacter pylori infection is also a major cause. Helicobacter pylori is a gram-negative bacterium with a spiral shape, micro-anaerobic property and strict requirements on growth conditions, is the only microorganism species known to live in human stomach, and 67-80% of gastric ulcer and 95% of duodenal ulcer are caused by helicobacter pylori. The common symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer are: after eating, the upper abdomen is full, uncomfortable or painful, and often accompanied by other adverse symptoms, such as belching, abdominal distension, acid regurgitation, anorexia, halitosis, etc. Some patients can also have recurrent severe abdominal pain, small amount of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, etc., which can seriously cause the canceration of the stomach. Helicobacter pylori propagates mainly in the "mouth-mouth" mode and in the "feces-mouth" mode. Helicobacter pylori infection is usually treated by triple therapy or quadruple therapy, but has the defects of drug resistance and great side effect on antibiotics and great harm to the stomach and the intestine.
Meanwhile, the three highs of modern people are more. Three highs are the general term for hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Hyperglycemia is a pathological change which is independent in a human body and has the characteristic that the content of glucose in blood of the human body is higher than a normal value, a diseased part is in the blood, and the nature of the disease is blood sugar metabolism disorder. The clinical manifestations of hyperglycemia can have dominant symptoms, such as thirst, much drinking water, much urine and emaciation; may be an implicit symptom without significant subjective discomfort. Hyperlipidemia refers to the condition of high blood cholesterol or triglyceride or low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and is called as dyslipidemia in modern medicine. It is a main factor causing atherosclerosis and is a risk factor for occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Hypertension refers to the condition of higher than normal blood pressure in the circulatory system, usually refers to the increase of blood pressure in the systemic circulation arteries, and is a common clinical syndrome. The three high diseases can cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have the characteristics of high morbidity, high disability rate, high mortality rate, high recurrence rate and more complications. The world health organization has clearly proposed that the first line of defense against cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is to reduce and control three highs.

C. the mixed powder is used as raw material to prepare the required dosage form.
Guava leaves, bitter and astringent in taste, neutral in nature, enter large intestine meridian, and have the effects of eliminating dampness, strengthening spleen, clearing heat and removing toxicity. It is commonly used for diarrhea, dysentery, abdominal distention, gingival swelling and pain, rheumatic arthralgia, eczema, ecthyma, furuncle, toxic swelling, traumatic injury, traumatic hemorrhage, and snake and insect bite. The pharmacological actions are antibacterial, hypoglycemic and cancer-preventing.
The selenium-rich edible fungus powder is obtained by culturing organic selenium in edible fungus by biotransformation technology. Selenium is a necessary trace element for human bodies, and a large number of clinical experiments at home and abroad prove that the lower the selenium content in the human bodies, the higher the possibility of stomach diseases. The selenium content in the body of the patient with superficial gastritis is usually lower than that of the healthy person, the canceration possibility of the patient with atrophic gastritis with low selenium content in blood is greatly increased, and most of the patients with gastric cancer are in a selenium deficiency state. The reduction of selenium level in human body can cause the immune function deficiency and the oxidation resistance reduction, which cause the instability of gastric mucosa barrier, and the xanthine oxidase can continuously rise under emergency condition, which causes the ischemic injury of gastric mucosa, and the increase of oxygen free radical, which causes the pathological changes of digestive system such as gastritis and gastric ulcer. Selenium is a natural antioxidant, and can effectively inhibit the generation of active oxygen, scavenge free radicals generated in the metabolic process of a human body, prevent gastric mucosa necrosis, promote mucosa repair and ulcer healing, and prevent canceration. The generation of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is related to lipid peroxidation in vivo, and selenium can remove the lipid peroxidation, protect the integrity of cell membrane on arterial vessel wall, prevent atherosclerosis, reduce thrombosis, and prevent myocardial infarction. Selenium can regulate cholesterol and triglyceride in body, reduce blood viscosity, and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by virtue of its strong antioxidant function. The selenium supplement for the diabetics can protect and repair islet cells from being damaged, maintain the normal function of secreting insulin, allow the islet cells to regulate and control blood sugar by themselves, and clear free radicals, so that the main way of preventing and treating the diabetes and the complications of the diabetes is provided. After the selenium supplement, the selenium supplement of the diabetic can improve the oxidation resistance of the organism, protect the membrane structure of cells and keep the functions of normal secretion and insulin release of pancreatic endocrine cells.
