Abstract

技术领域
本发明总地涉及照明组件,尤其是直接安装到窗户的照明组件。
背景技术
在许多国家,机动车辆上需要安装高于车辆的左制动灯和右制动灯的中央制动(刹车)灯,并且被称为“中央高位制动灯(CHMSL)”。CHMSL用于向驾驶员提供警告,驾驶员对车辆的左制动灯和右制动灯的观察被中间车辆阻挡。在制动灯发生故障的情况下,还提供冗余的制动灯信号。在乘用车辆上,CHMSL通常放置在后玻璃上方,固定在车辆内部正好在后玻璃内、或者集成在车辆的后行李箱盖中。卡车、厢式货车和商用车辆有时将CHMSL安装到车顶的后缘。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个实施方式,提供一种照明组件。照明组件包括:电路板基板,上述电路板基板具有第一和第二导电迹线;发光电气装置;以及成对的电气端子,成对的上述电气端子通过第一和第二导电迹线与发光电气装置互连。成对的电气端子构造成将照明组件机械地固定到安装在面板上的相应的成对的电气端子。成对的电气端子还构造成将发光电气装置电连接到配置在面板的表面上的第三和第四导电电路迹线。
在具有先前段落的照明组件的一个或多个特征的示例性实施方式中,发光电气装置是发光二极管。
在具有先前段落的照明组件的一个或多个特征的示例实施方式中,成对的电气端子是插座端子,每个插座端子具有限定孔的连接部分和围绕孔的多个接触弹簧。相应的成对的电气端子是附连到配置在面板的表面上的第三和第四导电电路迹线的插头端子。插座端子构造成对插头端子施加接触力。
在具有先前段落的照明组件的一个或多个特征的示例性实施方式中,照明组件还包括:壳体,上述壳体限定内部的开口和腔体,其中,电路板基板配置在腔体内;以及顺应性垫圈,上述顺应性垫圈围绕该开口并构造成配置在壳体与面板的中间。

根据本发明的另一实施方式,提供了一种机动车辆的窗组件。上述窗组件包括:先前段落的照明组件;以及透明的窗面板,上述窗面板具有:配置在窗面板的表面上的第三和第四导电电路迹线;以及附连到第三和第四导电电路迹线的相应插头端子,其中,成对的上述电气端子连接到相应的插头端子,从而将照明组件机械地固定到窗面板,并将发光电气装置电连接到第三和第四导电电路迹线。
在具有先前段落的窗组件的一个或多个特征的示例实施方式中,窗面板由玻璃材料形成。
在具有先前段落的窗组件的一个或多个特征的示例实施方式中,窗面板具有大于或等于0.9的光透射率。
在具有先前段落的窗组件的一个或多个特征的示例实施方式中,窗面板是机动车辆的后窗。
在具有先前段落的窗组件的一个或多个特征的示例实施方式中,第三和第四导电电路迹线构造成加热窗面板。

具体实施方式
现在将详细参考实施方式,这些实施方式的示例在附图中示出。在以下详细说明中,阐述了许多具体细节以便提供对各种描述的实施方式的透彻理解。然而,对于本领域普通技术人员显而易见的是,可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践各种描述的实施方式。在其它情况下,没有详细描述众所周知的方法、过程、部件、电路以及网络,以免不必要地模糊实施方式的各方面。
图1示出了构造成直接地安装到窗组件的照明组件10的非限制性示例。照明组件10包括发光电气装置、例如发光二极管(LED)阵列12。LED阵列12安装在印刷电路板(PCB)14上。PCB14可使用由环氧或聚酰亚胺树脂形成的电路板基板。该树脂可以用编织的玻璃布或其他基质(如短纤维)进行加固。由这种材料形成的基板通常被称为FR-4或G-10型电路板。PCB14可替代地由陶瓷或刚性聚合物材料构成。可接受的基质材料不是详尽的,并且也可以成功地使用其他材料。在PCB14的至少一个主表面上电镀一层导电材料、诸如铜基材料。然后,形成导电材料层以创建连接到LED阵列12并向该LED阵列12提供电能的电源和接地电路迹线(以下称为PCB电源和接地迹线16)。成对的电气端子18通过PCB电源和接地迹线16与LED阵列12互连。成对的电气端子18构造成将照明组件10机械地固定到安装在面板20、诸如图2所示的机动车辆的后窗上的相应的成对的电气端子。成对的电气端子18还构造成将LED阵列12电连接到配置在面板20表面上的导电电源和接地迹线电路。成对的电气端子18可以例如通过焊接工艺直接地连接到PCB电源和接地迹线16,或者照明组件10可包括电缆,上述电缆位于成对的电气端子18与PCB电源和接地迹线16之间。
照明组件10还包括限定开口26和腔体28的壳体24,上述壳体24中配置有PCB14。照明组件10还包括围绕开口26的顺应性的垫圈30。垫圈30配置在壳体24与面板20的中间。该垫圈30可由膨胀聚合物发泡材料或硅树脂基材料制成,并且可阻止环境污染物侵入壳体24中,并阻止不期望的从壳体24与面板20之间的接口的光泄漏。
图2到图11示出了安装有如上所述的照明组件10的窗组件32的非限制性示例。窗组件包括由玻璃、聚碳酸酯或任何其他适合窗户应用的透明的材料制成的透明窗面板20。电源和接地迹线(以下称为窗电源和接地迹线34)经由相应的电气端子36配置在窗面板20的表面38上。窗电源和接地迹线34可使用导电材料、诸如银基油墨印制到窗面板20上。窗电源和接地迹线34可以是专用电路,也可以结合到车窗加热元件或窗装式天线中。
成对的电气端子18是插座端子18,每个插座端子18具有限定孔的连接部分和围绕该孔的多个接触弹簧。相应的成对的电气端子36是附连到配置在车窗面板20的表面38上的窗电源和接地迹线34的插头端子36。插座端子18构造成对插头端子36施加接触力。
插座端子18和插头端子36优选为卡配式设计。每个插座端子18具有大致圆形的基板和从该基板延伸的几个接触臂。接触臂形成具有开口的圆形母插座,上述开口构造成接收并接合插头端子36。每个插头端子36呈具有锥形或扩口的外侧壁的大致圆筒形柱状。侧壁从基座附近到插头端子36的端部向外逐渐变细。插座端子18的插口成形为使得该插座的直径小于插头端子36的端部。由于插座端子18的插口的开口的直径小于插头端子36的最小直径,因此,在接触臂的凹面弯曲部分与插头端子36的端部接触时,接触臂向外弯曲。然后,在接触臂沿着插头端子36向下移动到直径小于插头端子36端部的锥形部分时,插座端子18卡入到位,从而将插座端子18机械地连接到插头端子36。接触臂的凹面弯曲部分的内顶面与插头端子36压缩接触,从而在插座端子18与插头端子36之间提供牢固的电连接。
插头端子36附连到窗电源和接地迹线34。当成对的插座端子18连接到相应的插头端子36时,如图4和图10最佳的示出,它们将照明组件10机械地固定到车窗面板20,并将LED阵列12与窗电源和接地迹线34电连接。照明组件10的尺寸和重量使得其仅通过插座端子18和插头端子36固定到窗户,而不需要任何其他支承结构。图11示出了使用类似的插头端子42和插座端子44将窗电源和接地迹线34连接到车辆电气系统的另一个连接器40。
在图2中,照明组件10安装在皮卡车的后窗中。在该应用中,LED阵列12发射红光以提供中央高位制动灯(CHMSL)。在该应用中,可能有利的是,照明组件10构造成使得LED阵列12的第一部分发射红光以提供CHMSL,而LED阵列12的第二部分发射白光以提供用于皮卡的车厢的工作光。
照明组件10也可构造有红色或琥珀色的LED,以提供转向信号或其他信号功能,例如车辆22的前窗、后窗或侧窗上的校车停车警示灯或紧急车辆警示灯。尽管先前描述的实施方式提供车辆22外部的灯光,但是照明组件10也可以构造成在车厢内提供光,例如提供顶灯或门控灯。
由此,提供可直接地安装到面板20、诸如车窗面板20的照明组件10。照明组件10提供的好处在于,能够机动车辆22上传送照明而无需在车辆结构内指定专用封装空间。这还提供易于维护的照明组件10,上述照明组件10仅需断开并重新连接两组端子18、36就能拆卸和重新安装。
虽然已经根据本发明的较佳实施方式描述了本发明,但是本发明并不旨在受限于此,而是仅受以下的权利要求书中所阐述的范围限制。例如,如上所述的实施方式(和/或其各个方面)可彼此组合地使用。此外,可作许多改型以使情形或材料适应本发明的教导,而不偏离其范围。本文描述的尺寸、类型、各个部件的定向以及各个部件的数量和位置旨在限定特定实施方式的参数,不意味着限制,而仅为原型实施方式。

还应理解,尽管在一些情况下术语第一、第二等在本文中用于描述各种元件,但是这些元件不应由这些术语限制。这些术语仅用于将一个元件与另一个元件区分。例如,在不脱离各种所述实施方式的范围的情况下,第一接触件可以被称为第二接触件,并且类似地,第二接触件可以被称为第一接触件。第一接触件和第二接触件都是接触件,但它们不是相同的接触件。

Claims (20)

1.一种照明组件(10),包括:
电路板基板(14),所述电路板基板具有第一和第二导电迹线;
发光电气装置(12);以及
成对的电气端子(18),成对的所述电气端子通过所述第一和第二导电迹线(16)与所述发光电气装置(12)互连,其中,成对的所述电气端子(18)构造成将所述照明组件(10)机械地固定到安装在面板(20)上的相应的成对的电气端子(36),并且还构造成将所述发光电气装置(12)电连接到配置在所述面板(20)的表面(38)上的第三和第四导电电路迹线(34)。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明组件(10),其特征在于,所述发光电气装置(12)是发光二极管。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明组件(10),其特征在于,成对的电气端子(18)是插座端子(18),每个插座端子具有限定孔的连接部分和围绕所述孔的多个接触弹簧,其中,相应的成对的所述电气端子(36)是附连到配置在所述面板(20)的表面(38)上的所述第三和第四导电电路迹线(34)的插头端子(36),并且其中,所述插座端子(18)构造成对所述插头端子(36)施加接触力。
4.如权利要求1所述的照明组件(10),其特征在于,还包括:
壳体(24),所述壳体限定开口(26)和内部的腔体(28),其中,所述电路板基板(14)配置在所述腔体内;以及
顺应性的垫圈(30),所述垫圈围绕所述开口(26)并构造成配置在所述壳体(24)和所述面板(20)的中间。
5.如权利要求1所述的照明组件(10),其特征在于,所述发光电气装置(12)包括多个发光二极管。
6.如权利要求5所述的照明组件(10),其特征在于,多个所述发光二极管的第一部分发射红光。
7.如权利要求6所述的照明组件(10),其特征在于,多个所述发光二极管的第二部分发射白光。
8.一种机动车辆(22)的窗组件(32),包括:前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明组件(10);以及
透明的窗面板(20),所述窗面板具有:配置在所述窗面板(20)的表面(38)上的所述第三和第四导电电路迹线(34);以及附连到所述第三和第四导电电路迹线(34)的相应插头端子(36),其中,成对的所述电气端子(18)连接到相应的所述插头端子(36),从而将所述(18)机械地固定到所述窗面板(20),并将所述发光电气装置(12)电连接到所述第三和第四导电电路迹线(34)。
9.如权利要求8所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述窗面板(20)由玻璃材料形成。
10.如权利要求8所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述窗面板(20)具有大于或等于0.9的光透射率。
11.如权利要求8所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述窗面板(20)是所述机动车辆(22)的后窗。
12.如权利要求8所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述第三和第四导电电路迹线(34)构造成加热所述窗面板(20)。
13.如权利要求8所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述第三和第四导电电路迹线(34)是无线电接收器的天线。
14.如权利要求8所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述照明组件构造成照亮所述机动车辆(22)外部的区域。
15.如权利要求14所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述照明组件(10)是中心高位安装的制动灯。
16.如权利要求14所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述照明组件(10)是工作灯。
17.如权利要求14所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述照明组件(10)是信号灯。
18.如权利要求8所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述照明组件(10)构造成照亮所述机动车辆(22)内部的区域。
19.如权利要求18所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述照明组件(10)是门控灯。
20.如权利要求18所述的窗组件(32),其特征在于,所述照明组件(10)是警告灯。
