Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide fertilizers, and particularly relates to pesticide fertilizer granules containing chlorantraniliprole and dinotefuran and application thereof.
Background
Guangxi is the key area for the development of sugar industry in China, and the sugarcane planting area is always stably in the first place of the whole country, thereby making a great contribution to the development of sugar materials. In recent years, pests such as sugarcane borers, sugarcane thrips and the like become more and more serious, and if no good prevention and control measures are provided or the prevention and control are not timely carried out, the yield of the sugarcane is influenced, so that the yield of the sugarcane is seriously reduced. Particularly, in the insect pest of the sugarcane, the damage caused by the sugarcane borer is the most serious. The sugarcane borers are commonly called borers and are mainly distributed in sugarcane areas of Guangdong provinces, Guangxi provinces, Yunnan provinces, Guizhou provinces, Hainan provinces and the like, and the varieties comprise striped rice borers, Diatraea medinalis, yellow rice borers, white rice borers, greater rice borers, Taiwan rice borers and the like. Sugarcane borers occur for multiple generations every year, several borers often occur simultaneously, the fertility is strong, the concealment is strong, the generations are overlapped, the occurrence condition difference of each place is large, the control difficulty in production is large, the sugarcane borers are harmful in the whole growth period, and the seedling stage is a harmful growth point to cause dead seedlings; in the middle and later growth stages, the sugarcane stalks are damaged by boring, the tissue of the sugarcane stalks is damaged, the growth of the sugarcane is hindered, the yield and the sugar content are reduced, and the wind break is caused.
The pesticide for preventing and controlling the sugarcane borers for many years is mostly high-toxicity and high-residue pesticide, causes serious pollution to the water and soil of the environment and damages to people, livestock and natural enemies. The improper use of these chemicals leads to the 3R problem becoming more and more prominent, which is very detrimental to the safe production of sugar cane. The pesticide for sugarcane in the market still has the problems of high toxicity, serious residue, unstable pesticide effect, damage to natural enemies of organisms, registration of crops and non-sugarcane and the like. Therefore, the research on related problems is developed, and more advanced and more stable related products are researched, developed, produced and popularized, so that the method has very important significance on safe, efficient and stable production of the sugarcane.

Detailed Description
The invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the description of the embodiments is illustrative only and should not be taken as limiting the invention as described in detail in the claims
Example 1: influence of different carriers on stability of pesticide fertilizer granules
The preparation process comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials, carrier, fertilizer (N, P, K) and adjuvants at a certain ratio, mixing, adding binder, kneading, granulating, drying at 60 deg.C for 8min, and sieving to obtain the final product.
The specific formula is as follows: raw materials: 0.01% of chlorantraniliprole and 0.04% of dinotefuran; 8% of dispersant calcium lignosulfonate; 6% of a binder xanthan gum; fertilizer: 20% of urea, 20% of monoammonium phosphate and 10% of potassium chloride; carrier: make up to 100%
The test method comprises the following steps: the assay was performed as described in "2.3 other formulations" of GB/T19136-2003. After the sample is cooled to room temperature, the mass fraction of the active ingredients in the sample is measured within 24h, and the active ingredients are separated and measured by adopting high performance liquid chromatography.
Table 1 effect of different carriers on stability of pesticide fertilizer granules
As can be seen from Table 1, different carriers have certain influence on the active ingredients of chlorantraniliprole and dinotefuran, wherein bentonite and diatomite have great influence on the stability of the chlorantraniliprole; the attapulgite has a great influence on the stability of dinotefuran; the kaolin and the white carbon black have small influence on the stability of the active ingredients.
Table 2 effect of different carrier combinations on stability of pesticide fertilizer granules
As can be seen from table 2, compared with the single carrier, the stability of the active ingredient is improved when the carrier kaolin and the white carbon black are used in combination; and the proportion of the kaolin and the white carbon black has obvious influence on the stability of the active ingredients. Preferably, the mass ratio of the kaolin to the white carbon black is 10:1-5: 1.
Example 2: effect of different fertilizers on the stability of active ingredients
The preparation process comprises the following steps: weighing raw medicine, dispersing auxiliary agent, binder, carrier, fertilizer (N, P, K mixed according to a certain proportion) and auxiliary agent according to a certain proportion, mixing well, adding binder, kneading, granulating, drying at 60 deg.C for 8min, and sieving to obtain the final product.
The specific formula is as follows:
raw materials: 0.01% of chlorantraniliprole and 0.04% of dinotefuran; 8% of dispersing agent calcium lignosulfonate and 6% of binder xanthan gum; fertilizer: 50 percent; the carrier (Lingtai + white carbon black 5:1) makes up 100%.
TABLE 3 Effect of several common fertilizers on the stability of active ingredients
As can be seen from Table 3, the stability of the active ingredients was greatly affected by diammonium phosphate and calcium magnesium phosphate; the remaining urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate and potassium chloride have less effect on the stability of the active ingredient.
TABLE 4 Effect of Fertilizer combinations on active ingredient stability
Example 3:0.05% chlorantraniliprole-dinotefuran pesticide fertilizer granule formula
TABLE 50.05% Chlorantraniliprole-dinotefuran insecticide-fertilizer granule formulation
As can be seen from Table 5, the selection of the dispersing aid, the content ratio of each component, and the stability of the active ingredient have a certain influence; formula 5 > formula 3 > formula 2 > formula 4 > formula 1.
Example 4: pesticide fertilizer granules for preventing and treating sugarcane borers
Experiment design: the test position is located in \37013ofNanning city in Guangxi province, a sugarcane plantation in Ning region, the sugarcane field is a hillside terrace, the fertility is medium, the soil type is purple sandy loam formed by weathering of sand surface rock, and the soil layer is loose. The experiment set up 2 treatments, each treatment was repeated 3 times. Each cell area is 50m2Random block permutation is adopted. Isolation rows are arranged between the cells and between the cells, and protection rows are arranged around the isolation rows. When the application time is the weeding when the roots of the sugarcane are loosened in the seedling stage and the soil is hilled, a small ditch is dug around a sugarcane planting hole, the pesticide is scattered in the ditch according to the set treatment dosage of the pesticide, and the pesticide is completely covered by a soil layer. The blank area is only subjected to ridging treatment, and no medicament or fertilizer is applied. And (4) investigating 45d after the pesticide application, and investigating data such as the total number of sugarcane seedlings and the number of dead seedlings in each cell.
The calculation formula is as follows:
the withered heart rate (%) < dry heart seedling number/total seedling number x 100%;
relative control (%) - (control withered rate-treated withered rate)/control withered rate × 100%.
