Description

Preparation method of controlled-release pesticide-fertilizer granules containing emamectin benzoate and clothianidin
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide fertilizers in agricultural production, in particular to a preparation method of controlled-release pesticide fertilizer granules containing emamectin benzoate and clothianidin.
Background
Spodoptera frugiperda is commonly called fall armyworm, and since the Spodoptera frugiperda enters Yunnan province in China in the early 2019, the Spodoptera frugiperda gradually spreads to more than twenty provinces in China in the north, and is classified as a first class crop disease and insect pest record according to the crop disease and insect pest control regulation in China. As a migratory insect pest, it is introduced from Burma into China, and the title of the armyworm is circulating in the wide areas of rivers and lakes, so that the armyworm can eat, fly and grow, and the Spodoptera frugiperda can arrive at the place where the corn is damaged. The insect is suitable to occur at the temperature of between 11 and 30 ℃, has strong fecundity, multiple varieties of food-taking crops, long migration diffusion distance and great prevention and control difficulty, causes serious harm in multiple countries in the world, reduces the yield of crops such as corns, sugarcanes and the like in parts of Africa and Asia by 20 to 30 percent, and damages seeds and kills the harvest for serious people. Spodoptera frugiperda, in addition to the favorite maize, eats over 80 plants such as rice, cotton, sorghum, alfalfa, barley, wheat, oats, millet, peanuts, soybeans, tobacco, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and basically our roughage, which are all enjoyed.
The emamectin benzoate has incomparable activity to other pesticides, and especially has ultrahigh effect to lepidoptera and dipteran pests, such as cabbage leaf moth, tobacco aphid moth, cotton bollworm, tobacco hornworm, beet armyworm, cabbage looper, cabbage butterfly, cabbage moth, tomato hornworm, potato beetle and the like.
Clothianidin is an insecticide in neonicotinoids, is a novel efficient, safe and high-selectivity insecticide, has similar action to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, and has contact poisoning, stomach toxicity and systemic activity. The pesticide is mainly used for preventing and controlling hemiptera, coleopteran, dipteran and certain lepidopteran pests such as aphids, leafhoppers, thrips, plant hoppers and the like on rice, vegetables, fruit trees and other crops, has the advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, low dosage, low toxicity, long efficacy duration, no phytotoxicity to the crops, safe use, no cross resistance with conventional pesticides and the like, has excellent systemic and osmotic effects, and is another variety for replacing high-toxicity organophosphorus pesticides. The structure is novel and special, the performance is more excellent compared with the traditional nicotine pesticide, and the pesticide is widely used in China in recent years.
Spodoptera frugiperda is a pest which invades China in recent two years, and patents for controlling Spodoptera frugiperda, namely a medicament composition for controlling Spodoptera frugiperda and a use method (application number: 201911101897.6), a method for controlling Spodoptera frugiperda by using seed treatment (application number: 201910727740.8), pesticide granules for controlling Spodoptera frugiperda (application number: 201910644051.0) and the like are reported. However, in the patent of a pesticide composition for preventing and treating spodoptera frugiperda and a use method thereof, chlorantraniliprole is a patent ingredient of foreign pesticide enterprises, and the treatment of the product by mixing with soil and throwing into the heart is troublesome; the patent of a method for preventing and controlling Spodoptera frugiperda by using seed treatment also uses chlorantraniliprole which is a patent ingredient of foreign pesticide enterprises, and the seed treatment is easy to cause phytotoxicity under severe weather conditions; the patent 'pesticide granules for preventing and controlling Spodoptera frugiperda' contains a plant growth regulator, the dosage of the plant growth regulator is difficult to control, the effect is reduced, the chemical injury is easily caused, the method is difficult to popularize in large area in China, and the main pesticide component 'cyantraniliprole' in the patent is a patent component of foreign pesticide enterprises and is still in the effective period.
In the invention, on the basis of screening biological activity of a large amount of compounds and improving tests of production process in recent two years, emamectin benzoate and clothianidin are compounded and processed into controlled-release pesticide fertilizer for the first time, and the controlled-release pesticide fertilizer is applied to control Spodoptera frugiperda by root application. The product of the invention can provide nutrition required by crops while preventing and controlling Spodoptera frugiperda, and can complete fertilization and disinsection at one time. The field test of the product 2019-containing 2020 shows that the control effect on spodoptera frugiperda is more than 80%, the lasting period of the product is more than 60 days, the yield of crops is increased obviously, and the method has good popularization value.
