本发明公开一种菱镁矿直接生产氢氧化镁的工艺,包括煅烧、消化合成,其特征在于,以菱镁矿为原料经煅烧:消化合成、除杂、除铁、直接合成,并在浆液中除杂、除铁,使产品达到高纯。该工艺节能效果好,工艺简单、产品质量好、成本低、无污染。
Description
本发明涉及一种氢氧化镁的生产工艺,特别是用菱镁矿直接生产氢氧化镁的工艺。
目前,国内制取氢氧化镁均采用高镁卤水和氨水反应所得。因原料卤水成分复杂,反应后要用大量水洗涤,每生产一吨产品要排放一二十吨污水、难以处理。最后还得用去离子水洗涤方能成为高档产品。故成本高、排污多、不利于环保。
公开专利9611303.7公开一种菱镁矿碳化法生产碳酸镁,中有菱镁矿经煅烧、予处理、消化为氢氧化镁(中间产品)的过程,但当时作为中间产品未很好考虑其含杂情况和氢氧化程度等问题。终上所述以上工艺复杂,成本高,而且含杂质多。
本发明的目的是用菱镁矿为原料直接生产氢氧化镁工艺,其工艺简单、质量好、成本低。
本发明的技术方案步骤如下:
以菱镁矿为原料经以下工艺步骤制取氢氧化镁:
煅烧:煅烧温度必须保证在700-900℃之间,恒温8小时以上;
MgCO 700℃-900℃ CO2↑+MgO
粉碎:以80目-100目为宜。粉碎不能太细,也不能太粗,它对消化合成、除杂都有重要影响;
消化合成:固液比1∶40为宜,温度35-40℃,搅拌转速每秒400转,在上述条件下消化15-20小时;
除杂、除铁:以旋液分离器进行多次分离,一般15-20次,使Ca、Si、Ai及重金属矿物含量达标为止。直接合成,并在浆液中除杂、除铁。使产品达到高纯;
改性:如用于阻燃填料,需按用户要求,投入改性剂搅拌改性(或称表面处理);
甩干或压滤:成滤饼;
烘干:缓慢烘干;
粉碎:用粉碎机进行粉碎,成品、过磅、包装;
本发明的优点:
1、以菱镁矿煅烧后在水中直接合成,不加入大量的其它成分,产品易以提纯、质量好。
2、工艺简单,设备要求低,投入少,产品成本低。
3、浆液循环使用不排废水、废气、无污染。
Claims (1)
1.一种菱镁矿直接生产氢氧化镁工艺,其特征在于菱镁矿经煅烧后直接消化合成为氢氧化镁,煅烧温度为700-900℃,恒温8小时以上;消化合成的温度为35-40℃,消化时间为15-20小时。
