技术领域
本发明属于洗消用品技术领域,涉及用于放射性核素沾染去污的组合物及其制备方法与用途。
背景技术
随着近年核事故和核恐怖袭击事件频发,各国积极研发核武器以及进行大量的核试验,核安全防护得到高度重视。
1986年切尔诺贝利事件时高达8吨的核废料喷射到高空中,含有大量的放射核素碘、钴、铯、铀和钚等,这些放射性核素分散到环境中,对当地居民造成严重的核污染,主要有体表沾染,口腔、呼吸道污染,以及通过伤口沾染及饮食将核素引入体内,从而引发严重的体外及体内照射。
除此之外,近年核恐怖袭击事件以及频繁进行的核爆实验产生大量的放射性粉尘,这些放射性粉尘首先最可能污染的部位主要是裸露的皮肤、口腔、鼻腔、毛发等,直接造成外照射,久而久之放射性核素会通过皮肤吸收、消化道和呼吸道等部位进入人体。这些核素一旦进入血液中会快速沉积到脏器中进而引起内照射,以及重金属的化学毒性会引发肾衰竭、肝肾功能不全、肺癌、骨癌等,严重可致死。
针对于此,首先要做的就是当核素沾染到皮肤表面时,立即进行去污处理,尽可能地减少放射性核素进入体内。核素洗消用品是一种可用于清洗核素,减少其在皮肤表面残留,尽量避免核素进入体内的一种去污用品。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的是提供一种去污组合物,以能够更好的用于皮肤表面放射性核素沾染的洗消去污。
为实现此目的,在基础的实施方案中,本发明提供一种去污组合物,制备所述的去污组合物的原料按重量配比包含500-1000份的二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐或其水合物,500-1000份的有机磷酸类螯合剂,250-500份的水,15-30份的甘胆酸钠。
在一种优选的实施方案中,本发明提供一种去污组合物,其中所述的有机磷酸类螯合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸。
在一种优选的实施方案中,本发明提供一种去污组合物,其中制备所述的去污组合物的原料按重量配比包含800份的二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐水合物,800份的羟基乙叉二膦酸,400份的水,20份的甘胆酸钠。
在一种优选的实施方案中,本发明提供一种去污组合物,其中所述的去污组合物为去污皂,制备所述的去污组合物的原料按重量配比还包含1500-2500份的皂基材料。
在一种更加优选的实施方案中,本发明提供一种去污组合物,其中所述的皂基材料按重量配比包含250-350份的棕榈油,200-400份的椰子油,600-1000份的甘油,150-250份的蔗糖,300-500份的水。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种去污湿巾,以能够更好的用于皮肤表面放射性核素沾染的洗消去污。
为实现此目的,在基础的实施方案中,本发明提供一种去污湿巾,所述的去污湿巾为用切割成块后的无纺布充分浸润上述去污组合物后制得。
本发明的第三个目的是提供上述去污组合物的制备方法,以能够更好的制备上述去污组合物,制得去污组合物可更好的用于皮肤表面放射性核素沾染的洗消去污。
为实现此目的,在基础的实施方案中,本发明提供上述去污组合物的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐或其水合物、有机磷酸类螯合剂溶于水中,加入甘胆酸钠,完全溶解后用碳酸氢钠溶液调节pH至6.5-7.5之间,0.22微米滤膜进行过滤除菌。
本发明的第四个目的是提供上述去污组合物的制备方法,以能够更好的制备上述去污组合物,制得去污组合物可更好的用于皮肤表面放射性核素沾染的洗消去污。
为实现此目的,在基础的实施方案中,本发明提供上述去污组合物的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐或其水合物、有机磷酸类螯合剂溶于水中,加入甘胆酸钠,完全溶解后用碳酸氢钠溶液调节pH至6.5-7.5之间,0.22微米滤膜进行过滤除菌;
(2)将皂基材料加热融化后,在搅拌下加入步骤(1)得到的溶液,加完混匀后将得到的皂液倒入到模具中,冷却脱模后得到所述的去污皂。
本发明的第五个目的是提供上述去污组合物或上述去污湿巾用于皮肤放射性核素沾染去污的用途,以能够更好的用于皮肤表面放射性核素沾染的洗消去污。
为实现此目的,在基础的实施方案中,本发明提供上述去污组合物或上述去污湿巾用于皮肤放射性核素沾染去污的用途。
在一种优选的实施方案中,本发明提供上述去污组合物或上述去污湿巾用于皮肤放射性核素沾染去污的用途,其中所述的放射性核素为锶、铈、铀中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果在于,利用本发明的用于放射性核素沾染去污的组合物及其制备方法与用途,能够更好的进行皮肤表面沾染放射性核素的洗消去污。
本发明将有机磷酸类螯合剂与DTPA钙钠盐通过一定比例优化后配制在一起,得到低成本、高效率且络合核素种类广泛的去污组合物,制成去污皂与去污湿巾后分别研究了其在不同时间内对锶元素、铈元素、铀元素的去污效果,结果表明两种产品在延迟20min以及6h后对放射性核素锶元素、铈元素、铀元素均有良好的去污效果。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作出进一步的说明。
实施例1:去污皂和去污湿巾的制备
按如下方法制备去污皂和去污湿巾:
(1)将800mg二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐水合物以及800mg羟基乙叉二膦酸溶于400ml的去离子水中,加入20mg甘胆酸钠,在60℃下,在磁力搅拌器上匀速搅拌,完全溶解后形成新型去污液,用配制好的10%(m/m)的碳酸氢钠溶液将pH调节至6.5-7.5之间。0.22微米滤膜过滤新型去污液后4℃保存。
(2)去污皂制作
将2200g由330g棕榈油,352g椰子油,858g甘油,220g白砂糖(蔗糖质量百分比含量≥99.8%)以及440g去离子水制成的皂基,120℃加热5min至全部融化后,匀速搅拌下加入400ml步骤(1)配制好的新型去污液。将所得去污皂液缓慢倒入模具(为防止气泡倒入,每倒三个模具孔,将去污皂液进行一次搅拌),待去污皂凝固后放入4℃冰箱过夜保存,翌日将去污皂倒出模具。
(3)去污湿巾制作
将每块无纺布(18cm×18cm)全部浸润在10ml的步骤(1)配制好的新型去污液中,至无纺布被去污液充分浸润后取出无纺布,所得去污湿巾每块单独分装在包装袋中。
实施例2:皮肤放射性核素沾染去污试验
(1)模拟放射性核素沾染液的配制
称取50.7mg氯化锶、106.5mg氯化铈、1mg铀标准液体,溶于20ml水中,制得模拟放射性核素沾染液。
(2)猪皮放射性核素沾染去污试验
将猪皮切割成为1cm×1cm的小块共15块,这15块猪皮随机分为不处理对照组、普通湿巾处理组、去污湿巾处理组、去离子水处理组、去污皂处理组,每组3块。
用各100μl的模拟放射性核素沾染液均匀涂抹在每块猪皮相应位置进行放射性核素沾染,待模拟放射性核素沾染液完全干燥后,普通湿巾处理组、去污湿巾处理组、去离子水处理组、去污皂处理组的每块猪皮分别用普通湿巾(每块同种、同尺寸的无纺布完全浸润10ml去离子水制成)、去污湿巾(实施例1制备)、去离子水、去污皂(实施例1制备)连续擦拭三次,三次擦拭后20min、6h,收集各块猪皮;每块猪皮经过消解、赶酸处理后,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测量取样中各核素浓度,从而确定各核素残留状况及去除率。不处理对照组的每块猪皮在模拟放射性核素沾染液完全干燥后不做擦拭处理,在模拟放射性核素沾染液完全干燥后20min、6h,收集猪皮,每块猪皮经过消解、赶酸处理后,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测量取样中各核素浓度,从而确定各核素残留状况及去除率。
所得结果如下表1所示。

由以上表1结果可见:
(1)用去污皂进行去污,20min后锶元素平均去除率达到39.3%,铈元素平均去除率达到43.7%,铀元素平均去除率达到77.1%,这与去离子水处理组的平均去除率相比皆有统计学意义;6h后锶、铈、铀元素的平均去除率分别为32.3%、39.1%、74.2%,这与去离子水处理组的平均去除率相比皆有统计学意义。
(2)用去污湿巾进行去污,20min后锶元素平均去除率达到68.6%,铈元素平均去除率达到73.5%,铀元素平均去除率达到50.3%,这与普通湿巾处理组的平均去除率相比皆有统计学意义;6h后锶、铈、铀元素的平均去除率分别为50.4%、54.8%、52.9%,这与普通湿巾处理组的平均去除率相比皆有统计学意义。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若对本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其同等技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。上述实施例或实施方式只是对本发明的举例说明,本发明也可以以其它的特定方式或其它的特定形式实施,而不偏离本发明的要旨或本质特征。因此,描述的实施方式从任何方面来看均应视为说明性而非限定性的。本发明的范围应由附加的权利要求说明,任何与权利要求的意图和范围等效的变化也应包含在本发明的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种去污组合物,其特征在于:制备所述的去污组合物的原料按重量配比包含500-1000份的二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐或其水合物,500-1000份的有机磷酸类螯合剂,250-500份的水,15-30份的甘胆酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去污组合物,其特征在于:所述的有机磷酸类螯合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的去污组合物,其特征在于:制备所述的去污组合物的原料按重量配比包含800份的二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐水合物,800份的羟基乙叉二膦酸,400份的水,20份的甘胆酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的去污组合物,其特征在于:所述的去污组合物为去污皂,制备所述的去污组合物的原料按重量配比还包含1500-2500份的皂基材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的去污组合物,其特征在于:所述的皂基材料按重量配比包含250-350份的棕榈油,200-400份的椰子油,600-1000份的甘油,150-250份的蔗糖,300-500份的水。
6.一种去污湿巾,其特征在于:所述的去污湿巾为用切割成块后的无纺布充分浸润权利要求1-3之一所述的去污组合物后制得。
7.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的去污组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐或其水合物、有机磷酸类螯合剂溶于水中,加入甘胆酸钠,完全溶解后用碳酸氢钠溶液调节pH至6.5-7.5之间,0.22微米滤膜进行过滤除菌。
8.根据权利要求4-5之一所述的去污组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将二乙三胺五乙酸钙三钠盐或其水合物、有机磷酸类螯合剂溶于水中,加入甘胆酸钠,完全溶解后用碳酸氢钠溶液调节pH至6.5-7.5之间,0.22微米滤膜进行过滤除菌;
(2)将皂基材料加热融化后,在搅拌下加入步骤(1)得到的溶液,加完混匀后将得到的皂液倒入到模具中,冷却脱模后得到所述的去污皂。
9.根据权利要求1-5之一所述的去污组合物或根据权利要求6所述的去污湿巾用于皮肤放射性核素沾染去污的用途。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用途,其特征在于:所述的放射性核素为锶、铈、铀中的一种或几种。
