1. A peanut kernel removing and dust cleaning device is characterized by comprising a kernel removing device (1) and a dust cleaning device (2), wherein a guide conveying belt (21) is fixedly arranged between the kernel removing device (1) and the dust cleaning device (2), the kernel removing device (1) comprises an upper base (3) and a lower base (4), the upper base (3) is obliquely and fixedly arranged on the upper side of the lower base (4), two mounting plates are symmetrically arranged on the upper base (3), a first conveying belt is fixedly arranged between the two mounting plates, the first conveying belt comprises two first rotating drums (5) which are symmetrically arranged, the two first rotating drums (5) are in transmission connection through a first conveying belt (6), a second conveying belt is arranged on the upper side of the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt comprises three second rotating drums (7), one of the second rotating drums (7) is slightly higher than the other two second rotating drums (7), the two ends of each second rotary drum (7) are rotatably installed on the installation plates through bolts, waist holes for installing the second rotary drums (7) are formed in the installation plates, the three second rotary drums (7) are in transmission connection through a second conveying belt (8), a driving assembly for simultaneously driving a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt and a material guide conveying belt (21) is arranged on the lower base (4), cutting teeth (9) are uniformly and vertically arranged on the upper side of the first conveying belt, the cutting teeth (9) are arranged on the front side of the second conveying belt, the cutting teeth (9) are fixedly arranged on a transverse plate, and the two ends of the transverse plate are respectively and fixedly connected with the two installation plates;
the dust cleaning device (2) comprises an outer shell (10), heating wires (11), a fan (12), a net-shaped heat insulation layer (13), a vibrating screen (14), a vibrating motor (15) and vibrating springs (16), wherein four bosses (19) are arranged on the inner side of the outer shell (10), four upper sides of the bosses (19) are vertically and fixedly provided with cylinders (20), the vibrating springs (16) are sleeved on the cylinders (20) and fixedly connected with the bosses (19), the upper ends of the four vibrating springs (16) are fixedly provided with the vibrating screen (14), the vibrating screen (14) is structurally characterized in that strip-shaped holes with larger gaps, vertical hollowed holes and no penetration are machined on the basis of the strip-shaped hollowed holes, and the vibrating motor (15) is installed on the lower surface of the vibrating screen (14); a reticular heating wire (11) is horizontally and fixedly arranged in the outer shell (10), and the upper surface and the lower surface of the heating wire (11) are wrapped by a reticular heat insulation layer (13); the fan (12) is fixedly installed in the outer shell (10) and arranged on the upper side of the heating wire (11), and an air inlet corresponding to the position of the fan (12) is formed in the upper end face of the outer shell (10).

A peanut kernel removing and dust cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a driving motor (22) fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the lower base (4), the output end of the driving motor (22) is coaxially and fixedly connected with a first gear (23), a second gear (24) and a third gear (25) are respectively rotatably arranged on two sides of the first gear (23), the second gear (24) and the third gear (25) are respectively engaged with the first gear (23), the second gear (24) and the third gear (25) are respectively provided with an annular slot, one side of the second gear (24) far away from the first gear (23) is coaxially and rotatably provided with a first belt wheel (26) and a second belt wheel (27), the first belt wheel (26) is in transmission connection with the annular slot on the second gear (24) through a first synchronous belt, the second belt wheel (27) is in transmission connection with the material guide conveying belt (21) through a second synchronous belt, the first conveying belt is in transmission connection with an annular groove in the first gear (23) through a third synchronous belt, and the second conveying belt is in transmission connection with the third gear (25) through a fourth synchronous belt.

The peanut kernel removing and dust removing device according to claim 1, wherein a first tensioning assembly is arranged on the third synchronous belt, the first tensioning assembly comprises two vertical plates (28) symmetrically arranged on the upper end surface of the lower base (4), a bar-shaped opening is horizontally arranged on each of the two vertical plates (28), a tensioning rod (29) is horizontally arranged between the two vertical plates (28), two ends of the tensioning rod (29) respectively penetrate through the two bar-shaped openings and are fixedly connected with a first limiting plate (30) and a second limiting plate (31), a contact cylinder (32) is arranged in the third synchronous belt, the contact cylinder (32) is rotatably sleeved on the tensioning rod (29), a first limiting tooth is fixedly arranged on the end surface of the first limiting plate (30) close to the vertical plate (28), a plurality of second limiting teeth matched with the first limiting tooth are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bar-shaped opening of the vertical plate (28), set up limiting plate (33) between second limiting plate (31) and riser (28), limiting plate (33) slip cover is established on tensioning lever (29), limiting plate (33) pass through spacing spring and second limiting plate (31) fixed connection.

A peanut kernel removing and dust removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cover plate (34) is fixedly arranged above the second conveyer belt in an inclined manner, a pressing plate (35) is arranged on the upper side of the cover plate (34), the pressing plate (35) is fixedly connected with a connecting rod, and one end of the connecting rod, which is far away from the pressing plate (35), is rotatably connected with the cover plate (34).
6. A peanut kernel removing and dust removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cutting teeth (9) comprise a plurality of upstanding individual cutting teeth, said individual cutting teeth comprising a segment of an arc and a segment of a blade arranged indirectly.
7. A peanut kernel removing and dust removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a brim (17) is fixedly installed above the air inlet, and a plurality of high temperature resistant rubber curtains (18) are uniformly arranged at the outlet position of the outer shell (10).
8. The peanut kernel removing and dust removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein two material blocking plates (37) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two sides of the material guiding and conveying belt (21).
9. A peanut kernel removing and dust removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of brake universal wheels (36) are fixedly mounted on the lower end surfaces of the lower base (4) and the outer casing (10).
10. A peanut fruit removing and dust removing method is characterized in that:
A) starting a driving motor (22), a vibration motor (15), a fan (12) and a heating wire (11); then, lifting a pressing plate (35) on a side cover plate (34) on the second conveyor belt by hands, holding the peanut roots by hands, and because the vines of the peanuts per se are hard, holding the roots of the whole peanut, the vines of the peanuts can not be bent greatly; the tops of the vines face the meshing position of the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt, the roots of the vines are arranged on the other side of the cutting teeth (9), the roots of the vines are arranged at the position lower than the highest position of the cutting teeth (9), because the vines of the peanuts are fluffy, a part of the vines can enter gaps between every two cutting teeth, and other vines which are also arranged outside the gaps of the cutting teeth are pressed into the gaps of the cutting teeth by utilizing a pressure plate (35) which is just lifted;
B) the driving motor (22) works to drive the first gear (23) and the third gear (25) to rotate, the first gear (23) drives the first conveying belt through the third synchronous belt transmission, the third gear (25) drives the second conveying belt through the fourth synchronous belt transmission, the vines originally connected together are cut off and pass through tooth cutting gaps along with the engagement and traction of the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt which run in the same direction, and peanuts cannot pass through and are screened off due to the fact that the peanuts are larger than the tooth cutting gaps;
C) screened peanuts fall onto a material guide conveying belt (21) on the left side under the influence of gravity, a driving motor (22) drives a first gear (23) to rotate when working, the first gear (23) drives a second gear (24) to rotate, the second gear (24) drives a first belt wheel (26) to rotate through a first synchronous belt, the first belt wheel (26) is coaxially and fixedly connected with a second belt wheel (27), and the second belt wheel (27) drives the material guide conveying belt (21) to transmit through a second synchronous belt, so that the peanuts falling onto the material guide conveying belt are guided into a dust cleaning device (2);
D) peanut fruits enter a dust cleaning device (2) and fall on a vibrating screen (14) firstly, at the moment, a fan (12) works, air flow is guided into an outer shell (10) through an air inlet, the air flow is conducted downwards and penetrates through electric heating wires (11) wrapped by two reticular heat insulation layers (13) to form hot air, and the peanut fruits are subjected to dehumidification treatment by the hot air; the synchronous vibrating motor (15) works, because the vibrating screen (14) is fixed and supported by the four vibrating springs (16), the vibrating screen (14) generates vibration and carries out desliming treatment on peanut fruits, and finally treated peanuts are led out through a lead-out opening on the outer shell (10).
