step four: drying the materials mixed in the steps, wherein the drying process is carried out in an aseptic state, and the drying time is 25-35min, so that the water content of the mixture is not higher than 8%;
step five: crushing the dried mixture again, and keeping the particle size of the crushed mixture to be 120 meshes, so that the mixture is convenient to brew and take orally;
step six: detecting a finished product, weighing after the finished product is detected to be qualified, independently packaging by using sterile gauze according to the dosage, and selecting a sterile environment in the packaging state to improve the safety;
step seven: and (3) packaging the gauze-wrapped traditional Chinese medicine powder again by using a glass ware to obtain the oral traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, so as to avoid pollution.
The preparation method of the dried orange peel comprises the following steps:
taking 300g of orange peel, repeatedly cleaning with clear water, and draining for 3-5 min;
drying the orange peel with the drained surface at a low temperature, wherein the low-temperature drying temperature is not higher than 40-45 ℃;

Aiming at the test of the taking effect of the oral traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prepared by the method, the oral traditional Chinese medicine prepared by the method is preferably selected and comprises 4 parts of dried orange peel, 3 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 3 parts of pinellia ternate, 4.5 parts of ginseng, 5 parts of American ginseng, 9 parts of fleece-flower root, 10 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 4 parts of safflower, 3.5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 6 parts of poria cocos, 6 parts of angelica sinensis, 5 parts of white paeony root, 4.5 parts of magnolia officinalis, 4 parts of cassia twig, 8.5 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 6.5 parts of red yeast rice, 2.5 parts of grifola, 3.5 parts of plantain seed and 10 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 4 groups of common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease medicines in a pharmacy are selected for use and compared, four control groups of A1, A2, A3 and A4 are set, E group is the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease preventing and treating medicines prepared by the method, 5 groups of patients with the same symptoms are respectively selected, the patients have the same, the physical condition was measured and scored from 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after the administration of the drug, and the higher the score, the better the physical condition, and the score after the administration of each group of the drug is shown in the following table.

An oral traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is characterized by comprising, by weight, 3-5 parts of dried orange peel, 2-4 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 2-4 parts of pinellia ternate, 3-6 parts of ginseng, 4-6 parts of American ginseng, 8-10 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 8-12 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 3-5 parts of safflower, 2-5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 5-7 parts of poria cocos, 4-8 parts of angelica sinensis, 4-6 parts of white paeony root, 3-6 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 3-5 parts of cassia twig, 7-10 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 5-8 parts of red yeast rice, 1-4 parts of grifola, 2-5 parts of semen plantaginis and 8-12 parts of prepared rehmannia root.

The oral traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases according to claim 1, comprising, by weight, 3.5-4.5 parts of dried orange peel, 2.5-3.5 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 2.5-3.5 parts of pinellia ternate, 4-5 parts of ginseng, 4.5-5.5 parts of American ginseng, 8.5-9.5 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 9-11 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 3.5-4.5 parts of safflower, 3-4 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 5.5-6.5 parts of poria cocos, 5-7 parts of angelica sinensis, 4.5-5.5 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 4-5 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 3.5-4.5 parts of cassia twig, 8-9 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 6-7 parts of red yeast rice, 2-3 parts of grifola, 3-4 parts of plantain seed and 9-11 parts of prepared rehmannia root.
3. The oral traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: mixing ginseng, American ginseng, polygonum multiflorum, bighead atractylodes rhizome, poria cocos, angelica sinensis, mangnolia officinalis and prepared rehmannia root in a reaction kettle, adding a proper amount of sterile water in the mixing process, and mixing for 20-30min to enable the materials to be sticky to obtain a mixture;
step two: sequentially adding pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, Notoginseng radix, rhizoma Pinelliae, ramulus Cinnamomi, Polyporus, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and radix Paeoniae alba into the above mixture, and mixing for 35-45min, continuously heating to 75-85 deg.C during mixing process, and maintaining for 8-12min to obtain further mixture;
step three: continuously adding the safflower, the honey-fried licorice root, the red yeast rice and the plantain seed into the mixture obtained in the second step, adding a proper amount of sterile water again, continuously mixing after adding, heating to 120 ℃ and 130 ℃, keeping the temperature for 10-15min, and taking out;
step four: drying the materials mixed in the steps, wherein the drying process is carried out in an aseptic state, and the drying time is 25-35min, so that the water content of the mixture is not higher than 8%;
step five: crushing the dried mixture again, and keeping the particle size of the crushed mixture to be 120 meshes;
step six: detecting a finished product, weighing after the finished product is detected to be qualified, independently packaging by using sterile gauze according to the dosage, and selecting a sterile environment in the packaging state;
step seven: and (4) repackaging the gauze-wrapped traditional Chinese medicine powder by using a glass ware to obtain the oral traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
4. The oral traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the dried orange peel comprises the following steps:
taking 300g of orange peel, repeatedly cleaning with clear water, and draining for 3-5 min;
drying the orange peel with the drained surface at a low temperature, wherein the low-temperature drying temperature is not higher than 40-45 ℃;

taking 250g of liquorice, cleaning and transversely cutting into a circular sheet;
uniformly stirring and soaking the cut liquorice in honey for 3.5-4.5 hours;
turning and heating the licorice soaked in the honey until the licorice turns into a scorched state, and removing excessive water;
and (5) cooling to obtain the required honey-fried licorice root.
