Abstract
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of rhodiola rosea, 1-3 parts of mix-fried ephedra herb and 1-3 parts of schisandra chinensis. The invention comprehensively considers from two aspects of phlegm quality and blood pressure, and takes medicinal materials such as Chinese ephedra and the like as raw materials, and the refined Chinese medicinal composition has the effect of treating chronic cough and asthma, can achieve the effects of treating both symptoms and root causes and eliminating diseases by using medicaments, is safe and has no toxic or side effect, and can avoid the use of traditional medicaments with large side effect and non-ideal treatment effect; convenient use and low production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Chronic bronchial asthma is a direct cause of respiratory failure. At present, both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have no effective treatment, so that a plurality of patients lose the self-care ability of life and even die, and great mental and economic losses are caused to families and society. The existing medicines for treating chronic cough and asthma mainly comprise strong cough relieving capsules, cough relieving and asthma relieving syrup, hundred-flower asthma relieving pills and the like, most of the medicines are used for treating symptoms and root causes, the curative effect needs to be improved, and certain side effects exist. Therefore, there is a need to develop a new safe and effective drug for treating chronic cough and asthma to avoid the disadvantages of the existing drugs.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma as well as the preparation method and the application thereof, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is obtained by taking medicinal materials such as mix-fried ephedra herb and the like as raw materials, extracting active ingredients and refining, has the efficacy of treating chronic cough and asthma, and is safe and free of toxic and side effects; convenient use, low cost and good commercial prospect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough, which comprises 1-3 parts by weight of rhodiola rosea, 1-3 parts by weight of roasted ephedra herb and 1-3 parts by weight of schisandra chinensis.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the raw material components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprise: 1-3 parts of inula flower, 1-3 parts of ruddle, 1-3 parts of magnetite, 1-3 parts of wild buckwheat rhizome, 1-3 parts of cassia twig, 1-3 parts of almond, 1-3 parts of perillaseed, 1-3 parts of ginkgo and 1-3 parts of white mulberry root-bark. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has a remarkable curative effect on chronic cough and asthma of the type of cough, asthma and hypertension.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the raw material components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprise: 1-3 parts of inula flower, 1-3 parts of almond, 1-3 parts of perillaseed, 1-3 parts of ginkgo, 1-3 parts of white mulberry root-bark, 1-3 parts of coltsfoot flower, 1-3 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 1-3 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 1-3 parts of pinellia ternate, 1-3 parts of dried orange peel and 1-3 parts of poria cocos. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has a remarkable curative effect on treating chronic cough and asthma with a normal type of cough, asthma and hypertension.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the raw material components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprise: 1-3 parts of red ginseng, 1-3 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 1-3 parts of cassia twig, 1-3 parts of gecko, 1-3 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 1-3 parts of astragalus root and 1-3 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has a remarkable curative effect on treating chronic cough and asthma with symptoms of cough, asthma and hypertension.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the raw material components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprise: 1-3 parts of cassia twig, 1-3 parts of dried ginger, 1-3 parts of asarum, 1-3 parts of pinellia ternate, 1-3 parts of white paeony root, 1-3 parts of honey-fried licorice root and 1-3 parts of stalactite. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has a remarkable curative effect on chronic cough and asthma of the type of watery phlegm cough and asthma.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the raw material components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise, by weight: 1-3 parts of mix-fried ephedra herb, 1-3 parts of cassia twig, 1-3 parts of white mulberry root-bark, 1-3 parts of almond, 1-3 parts of tabasheer, 1-3 parts of thunberg fritillary bulb, 1-3 parts of gypsum, 1-3 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 1-3 parts of inula flower, 1-3 parts of ruddle and 1-3 parts of Japanese ardisia herb. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has a remarkable curative effect on treating the thick phlegm cough and asthma type chronic cough and asthma.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough, which comprises the following steps: s1: heating herba Ephedrae preparata in water, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; s2: adding other residual raw material components into water for soaking; carrying out reflux extraction on the mixture obtained by soaking, filtering after extraction is finished, and collecting a second filtrate; s3: mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate, and concentrating to obtain concentrated solution, i.e. the Chinese medicinal composition. It should be noted that the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma of the present invention is not limited to the listed methods, and any preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition which can extract the raw material components and can be used for treating chronic cough and asthma is feasible; such as: grinding all raw materials into powder, and making into capsule or granule.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, in step S1, the ratio of the mass of water to the mass of mix-fried ephedra herb is (7-9): 1, the heating temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the heating time is 80-90 min.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, in step S2, the mass of water is 10 to 13 times the total mass of the other remaining components; the soaking temperature is 50-60 ℃, and the soaking time is 70-80 min; the reflux extraction time is 1-2 h; in step S3, the relative density of the concentrated solution measured at 25 ℃ is 1.15 to 1.2.
In a third aspect, the invention provides an application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing a medicine for treating chronic cough.
The application method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma prepared by the invention is preferably as follows: orally taking 15-25 g each time, and orally taking 1 time in the morning each day; the total time of oral administration can be adjusted according to the disease condition. In addition, food such as shrimp, crab, wine, pepper, leek, animal head and feet are prohibited during taking medicine.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the method can be further prepared into pharmaceutically acceptable dosage forms according to the needs. In addition, the medicine prepared by taking the traditional Chinese medicine composition as an active ingredient also belongs to the protection scope of the invention. The pharmaceutical composition can be directly prepared or prepared after adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials, and can be prepared into any pharmaceutically acceptable dosage form. The external preparation includes, for example: solution, patch, medicated wine, tincture, gel, liniment, aerosol, spray, ointment, suppository and plastics. The medicaments in various dosage forms can be prepared according to the conventional method in the pharmaceutical field.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) the invention avoids the conventional thinking of the modern Chinese and western medicine treatment of cough and asthma, starts with the easily mastered information such as the existence of phlegm, the change of phlegm quality, the difference of blood pressure and the like, and effectively solves the problem of treating chronic cough and asthma; (2) the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma provided by the invention has the advantages that the raw material components are traditional Chinese medicine materials containing natural active ingredients, the formula proportion is scientific, no western medicine hormone ingredient is added, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition is safe and has no toxic or side effect; (3) the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention is comprehensively considered from two aspects of phlegm quality and blood pressure, has excellent functions of treating chronic cough and asthma and the like, is suitable for people including high blood pressure, normal and low patients with cough, asthma and excessive phlegm, patients with cough and asthma due to thin phlegm and patients with thick phlegm cough and asthma, can achieve the effects of treating both symptoms and root causes and eliminating diseases by medicines, is convenient to use and low in cost, and has good commercial prospect; (4) by adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, the active ingredients of the raw material medicines can be retained to the maximum extent, and meanwhile, the active ingredients in the raw material medicines are fully released, so that the finally prepared traditional Chinese medicine composition has good efficacy and is easy to absorb, and the aim of treating chronic cough and asthma is further achieved quickly.

The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The experimental procedures in the following examples are conventional unless otherwise specified. The test materials used in the following examples were purchased from a conventional store unless otherwise specified. In the quantitative tests in the following examples, three replicates were set, and the data are the mean or the mean ± standard deviation of the three replicates.
Rhodiola rosea, mix-fried ephedra herb, schisandra chinensis, inula flower, ruddle, magnetite, wild buckwheat rhizome, cassia twig, almond, perilla fruit, ginkgo seed, white mulberry root-bark, common coltsfoot flower, baical skullcap root, mix-fried licorice root, pinellia tuber, tangerine peel, Indian buead, red ginseng, dwarf lilyturf tuber, gecko, cassia twig, dried ginger, manchurian wildginger, Chinese magnoliavine fruit, white paeony root, stalactite, tabasheer, thunberg fritillary bulb, gypsum, common anemarrhena rhizome, ruddle and Japanese ardisia herb used in the following examples all meet the relevant regulations under each medicinal material item in the text of Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015. Before feeding, the material objects are identified to be consistent with the names of the medicinal materials, and the quality is in accordance with the standard.
Example one
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough (cough with dyspnea due to thin phlegm), which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 2 parts of mix-fried ephedra herb, 2 parts of cassia twig, 2 parts of dried ginger, 2 parts of asarum, 2 parts of pinellia ternate, 2 parts of schisandra chinensis, 2 parts of white paeony root, 2 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 2 parts of stalactite and 2 parts of rhodiola rosea.
According to the raw materials, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma is prepared by the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma, which comprises the following steps:
s1: placing herba Ephedrae into water, heating at 75 deg.C for 85min, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; wherein the ratio of the mass of the water to the mass of the mix-fried ephedra is 8: 1;
s2: adding the rest raw materials into water, and soaking at 55 deg.C for 75 min; carrying out reflux extraction on the mixture obtained by soaking for 1.5h, filtering after extraction is finished, and collecting a second filtrate; wherein the mass of the water is 12 times of the total mass of other residual components;
s3: mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate, and concentrating to obtain concentrated solution with relative density of 1.18 at 25 deg.C.
Example two
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough (cough with dyspnea due to thin phlegm), which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 1 part of mix-fried ephedra herb, 3 parts of cassia twig, 1 part of dried ginger, 3 parts of asarum, 1 part of pinellia ternate, 3 parts of schisandra chinensis, 1 part of white paeony root, 3 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 1 part of stalactite and 3 parts of rhodiola rosea.
According to the raw materials, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma is prepared by the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma, which comprises the following steps:
s1: placing herba Ephedrae preparata in water, heating at 70 deg.C for 80min, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; wherein the ratio of the mass of the water to the mass of the mix-fried ephedra is 7: 1;
s2: adding the rest raw materials into water, and soaking at 50 deg.C for 70 min; carrying out reflux extraction on the mixture obtained by soaking for 1h, filtering after extraction is finished, and collecting a second filtrate; wherein the mass of the water is 10 times of the total mass of other residual components;
s3: mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate uniformly, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution with a relative density of 1.15 measured at 25 ℃, namely the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough (cough with dyspnea due to thin phlegm), which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 3 parts of mix-fried ephedra herb, 1 part of cassia twig, 3 parts of dried ginger, 1 part of asarum, 3 parts of pinellia ternate, 1 part of schisandra chinensis, 3 parts of white paeony root, 1 part of honey-fried licorice root, 3 parts of stalactite and 1 part of rhodiola rosea.
According to the raw materials, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma is prepared by the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma, which comprises the following steps:
s1: placing herba Ephedrae into water, heating at 80 deg.C for 90min, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; wherein the ratio of the mass of the water to the mass of the mix-fried ephedra is 9: 1;
s2: adding the rest raw materials into water, and soaking at 60 deg.C for 80 min; carrying out reflux extraction on the mixture obtained by soaking for 2 hours, filtering after extraction is finished, and collecting a second filtrate; wherein the mass of the water is 13 times of the total mass of other residual components;
s3: mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate uniformly, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution with a relative density of 1.2 measured at 25 ℃, namely the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Example four
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma (thick phlegm cough and asthma), which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 2 parts of mix-fried ephedra herb, 2 parts of cassia twig, 2 parts of white mulberry root-bark, 2 parts of almond, 2 parts of tabasheer, 2 parts of thunberg fritillary bulb, 2 parts of gypsum, 2 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 2 parts of inula flower, 2 parts of ruddle and 2 parts of Japanese ardisia herb.
According to the raw materials, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma is prepared by the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma, which comprises the following steps:
s1: placing herba Ephedrae into water, heating at 75 deg.C for 85min, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; wherein the ratio of the mass of the water to the mass of the mix-fried ephedra is 8: 1;

1. Can be used for treating chronic cough with asthma (cough with asthma due to thin phlegm)
150 patients with chronic cough and asthma (cough and asthma with watery phlegm) diagnosed clinically are recruited, randomly divided into 3 groups, and 50 patients in each group take the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the first embodiment to the third embodiment of the invention respectively, 20g of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is taken orally each time, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is taken 1 time in the morning every day, and 15 days are taken as a treatment course; during the dosing period, no other medication was used.
Diagnostic criteria: the effect is shown: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma disappear completely; improvement: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma mostly disappear; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma are not obviously improved.
And (3) test results: specific results are shown in table 1 below.

Diagnostic criteria: the effect is shown: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma disappear completely; improvement: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma mostly disappear; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma are not obviously improved.

Diagnostic criteria: the effect is shown: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma disappear completely; improvement: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma mostly disappear; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma of milk are not obviously improved.

Diagnostic criteria: the effect is shown: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma disappear completely; improvement: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma mostly disappear; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms related to chronic cough and asthma are not obviously improved.

1. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-3 parts of rhodiola rosea, 1-3 parts of mix-fried ephedra herb and 1-3 parts of schisandra chinensis;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition also comprises the following raw material components:
1-3 parts of inula flower, 1-3 parts of ruddle, 1-3 parts of magnetite, 1-3 parts of wild buckwheat rhizome, 1-3 parts of cassia twig, 1-3 parts of almond, 1-3 parts of perillaseed, 1-3 parts of ginkgo and 1-3 parts of white mulberry root-bark;
or further comprising:
1-3 parts of inula flower, 1-3 parts of almond, 1-3 parts of perillaseed, 1-3 parts of ginkgo, 1-3 parts of white mulberry root-bark, 1-3 parts of coltsfoot flower, 1-3 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 1-3 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 1-3 parts of pinellia ternate, 1-3 parts of dried orange peel and 1-3 parts of poria cocos;
or further comprising:

3. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: heating herba Ephedrae preparata in water, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate;
s2: adding other residual raw material components into water for soaking; carrying out reflux extraction on the mixture obtained by soaking, filtering after extraction is finished, and collecting a second filtrate;
s3: and uniformly mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate, and then concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution, namely the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
4. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
in the step S1, the ratio of the mass of the water to the mass of the mix-fried ephedra herb is (7-9): 1, the heating temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the heating time is 80-90 min.
5. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough and asthma according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
in the step S2, the mass of the water is 10-13 times of the total mass of other residual components; the soaking temperature is 50-60 ℃, and the soaking time is 70-80 min; the reflux extraction time is 1-2 h;
in step S3, the relative density of the concentrated solution measured at 25 ℃ is 1.15 to 1.2.
