本发明公开了一种火腿肠加工切段装置,一种火腿肠加工切段装置,包括支撑架、液压固定装置、自动送料装置、下压柱、压块、液压机、防尘网、配电箱、输电管、切段装置外壳、切段装置,所述支撑架顶部固定连接有液压固定装置,所述自动送料装置放置在支撑架正面下方,三条所述下压柱等距安装在液压固定装置下方,所述压块安装在三条下压柱底部,所述液压机固定连接在液压固定装置顶部中心处,所述防尘网安装在液压机背面,本发明结构简单,设计合理,利用液压机以及传动结构实现了火腿肠原料的压制和切段工序相统一的目的,同时前端配备有自动送料装置,方便切制后的火腿肠出料进入下一环节。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种火腿肠加工切段装置。
背景技术
火腿肠是深受广大消费者喜爱的一种肉类加工食品,它是以畜禽肉为主要原料,辅以填充剂,然后再加入调味品、香辛料、品质改良剂、护色剂、保水剂、防腐剂等物质,采用腌制、斩拌、高温蒸煮等加工工艺制成,它的特点是肉质细腻、鲜嫩爽口、携带方便、食用简单、保质期长。
在火腿肠的生产过程中要经过多道生产工序,其中切段也是必不可少的工序之一,现有的加工工序较为繁琐,加工数量单一,效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种火腿肠加工切段装置,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种火腿肠加工切段装置,包括支撑架、液压固定装置、自动送料装置、下压柱、压块、液压机、防尘网、配电箱、输电管、切段装置外壳、切段装置,所述支撑架顶部固定连接有液压固定装置,所述自动送料装置放置在支撑架正面下方,三条所述下压柱等距安装在液压固定装置下方,所述压块安装在三条下压柱底部,所述液压机固定连接在液压固定装置顶部中心处,所述防尘网安装在液压机背面,所述配电箱安装在支撑架左侧,两条输电管安装在液压机和配电箱之间,所述切段装置外壳放置在支撑架正下方,所述切段装置安装在切段装置外壳内部。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述自动送料装置包括供电电机、动力装置、推料板、集料盘,所述供电电机安装在动力装置左侧,所述推料板固定连接在动力装置前端,所述集料盘固定连接在动力装置底部前端。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述动力装置包括电机联动轴、往复联动齿轮、运动齿、往复联动版、固定框架,所述电机联动轴安装在供电电机右侧,两个所述往复联动齿轮等距安装在电机联动轴外侧,多个所述运动齿以电机联动轴为圆心等距固定连接在往复联动齿轮表面,所述往复联动版与往复联动齿轮啮合,所述固定框架滑动连接在往复联动版外侧。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述切段装置包括传动轴电机、传动轴、传动齿轮、分切装置,所述传动轴电机左侧安装有传动轴,三个所述传动齿轮等距安装在传动轴外侧,所述分切装置安装在传动轴前端。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述分切装置包括下料筒、进料口、切制口、出料口、旋转轴、旋转齿轮、切料限位板、切割板、切刀固定板、切刀,所述下料筒顶部开设有进料口,所述切制口开设在下料筒中心处,所述出料口开设在下料筒底部,所述旋转轴底部安装有旋转齿轮,所述切料限位板安装在旋转轴中心处上方,所述切割板安装在旋转轴顶部,所述切刀固定板固定连接在切割板外侧,所述切刀固定连接在切刀固定板前端。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构简单,设计合理,利用液压机以及传动结构实现了火腿肠原料的压制和切段工序相统一的目的,同时前端配备有自动送料装置,方便切制后的火腿肠出料进入下一环节。

如图1-5所示,一种火腿肠加工切段装置,包括支撑架1、液压固定装置2、自动送料装置2-1、下压柱3、压块4、液压机5、防尘网6、配电箱7、输电管8、切段装置外壳9、切段装置10,所述支撑架1顶部固定连接有液压固定装置2,所述自动送料装置2-1放置在支撑架1正面下方,三条所述下压柱3等距安装在液压固定装置2下方,所述压块4安装在三条下压柱3底部,所述液压机5固定连接在液压固定装置2顶部中心处,所述防尘网6安装在液压机5背面,所述配电箱7安装在支撑架1左侧,两条输电管8安装在液压机5和配电箱7之间,所述切段装置外壳9放置在支撑架1正下方,所述切段装置10安装在切段装置外壳9内部。
所述自动送料装置2-1包括供电电机2-11、动力装置2-12、推料板2-13、集料盘2-14,所述供电电机2-11安装在动力装置2-12左侧,所述推料板2-13固定连接在动力装置2-12前端,所述集料盘2-14固定连接在动力装置2-12底部前端。
所述动力装置2-12包括电机联动轴2-121、往复联动齿轮2-122、运动齿2-123、往复联动版2-124、固定框架2-125,所述电机联动轴2-121安装在供电电机2-11右侧,两个所述往复联动齿轮2-122等距安装在电机联动轴2-121外侧,多个所述运动齿2-123以电机联动轴2-121为圆心等距固定连接在往复联动齿轮2-122表面,所述往复联动版2-124与往复联动齿轮2-122啮合,所述固定框架2-125滑动连接在往复联动版2-124外侧。
所述切段装置10包括传动轴电机11、传动轴12、传动齿轮13、分切装置14,所述传动轴电机11左侧安装有传动轴12,三个所述传动齿轮13等距安装在传动轴12外侧,所述分切装置14安装在传动轴12前端。
所述分切装置14包括下料筒15、进料口16、切制口17、出料口18、旋转轴19、旋转齿轮20、切料限位板21、切割板22、切刀固定板23、切刀24,所述下料筒15顶部开设有进料口16,所述切制口17开设在下料筒15中心处,所述出料口18开设在下料筒15底部,所述旋转轴19底部安装有旋转齿轮20,所述切料限位板21安装在旋转轴19中心处上方,所述切割板22安装在旋转轴19顶部,所述切刀固定板23固定连接在切割板22外侧,所述切刀24固定连接在切刀固定板23前端。
本发明的工作原理:本发明通过液压机对原料进行压制,并通过下料筒进入切段工序,传动轴电机带动传动轴,并联动旋转轴旋转,切刀通过切割板的旋转对下料筒内的火腿肠进行切段并通过出料口出料,同时切刀旋转过后下方的切料限位板会短暂的将未切制好的火腿肠卡住,等待上方的切刀旋转至切制口进行下一次切制,往复进行,实现对火腿肠的切段目的,切段后的火腿肠进入自动送料装置的集料盘,通过后方的动力装置往复运动,利用推料板将火腿肠段推入准备好的运输箱内,送到下一环节进行加工。

1.一种火腿肠加工切段装置,包括支撑架(1)、液压固定装置(2)、自动送料装置(2-1)、下压柱(3)、压块(4)、液压机(5)、防尘网(6)、配电箱(7)、输电管(8)、切段装置外壳(9)、切段装置(10),其特征在于:所述支撑架(1)顶部固定连接有液压固定装置(2),所述自动送料装置(2-1)放置在支撑架(1)正面下方,三条所述下压柱(3)等距安装在液压固定装置(2)下方,所述压块(4)安装在三条下压柱(3)底部,所述液压机(5)固定连接在液压固定装置(2)顶部中心处,所述防尘网(6)安装在液压机(5)背面,所述配电箱(7)安装在支撑架(1)左侧,两条输电管(8)安装在液压机(5)和配电箱(7)之间,所述切段装置外壳(9)放置在支撑架(1)正下方,所述切段装置(10)安装在切段装置外壳(9)内部,所述切段装置(10)包括传动轴电机(11)、传动轴(12)、传动齿轮(13)、分切装置(14),所述传动轴电机(11)左侧安装有传动轴(12),三个所述传动齿轮(13)等距安装在传动轴(12)外侧,所述分切装置(14)安装在传动轴(12)前端,所述分切装置(14)包括下料筒(15)、进料口(16)、切制口(17)、出料口(18)、旋转轴(19)、旋转齿轮(20)、切料限位板(21)、切割板(22)、切刀固定板(23)、切刀(24),所述下料筒(15)顶部开设有进料口(16),所述切制口(17)开设在下料筒(15)中心处,所述出料口(18)开设在下料筒(15)底部,所述旋转轴(19)底部安装有旋转齿轮(20),所述切料限位板(21)安装在旋转轴(19)中心处上方,所述切割板(22)安装在旋转轴(19)顶部,所述切刀固定板(23)固定连接在切割板(22)外侧,所述切刀(24)固定连接在切刀固定板(23)前端。
