Abstract
本发明公开了节能型连续豆腐干切块机,包括:支撑架、固定于所述支撑架上的循环传送组件、架设于所述循环传送组件正上方的第一切割组件及第二切割组件;所述第一切割组件包括固定于支撑架上的第一固定座与第二固定座,所述第一固定座与第二固定座中固定有转轴支撑座,所述转轴支撑座上活动连接有转动轴,所述转动轴上沿轴向至少套接固定有两个圆刀,所述第二切割组件包括固定于支撑架上的第一转轴支撑座、活动连接于所述第一转轴支撑座上的第一转轴及固定套接于第一转轴上的刀片固定座,所述刀片固定座沿外周一圈固定有切割刀片。根据本发明,可以在一条切割的生产线上同时对豆腐干进行两个方向的切割,既节能又大大提高了豆腐干的生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及切块机的技术领域,特别涉及节能型连续豆腐干切块机。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的日益提高以及生活习惯的不断改善,人们对于身体健康越来越关注,大家的饮食结构也发生了变化,大豆制品以其富含大量的蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、B族维生素、钙、矿物质等深受广大消费者的喜爱。目前,市场上的豆制品种类很多,包括豆腐、腐竹、豆腐干、豆腐皮、卤制豆制品、油炸豆制品、大豆粉等。
目前,国内豆制品厂家在生产豆腐干时,切割程序会涉及到多个设备,而且一般豆腐干切成正方形的形状,则要经过两个方向的切割,大多数设备并不能在同一生产线上完成,成本增高而且产量低下。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供节能型连续豆腐干切块机,可以在一条切割的生产线上同时对豆腐干进行两个方向的切割,既节能又大大提高了豆腐干的生产效率。为了实现根据本发明的上述目的和其他优点,提供了节能型连续豆腐干切块机,包括:
支撑架、固定于所述支撑架上的循环传送组件、沿传送方向架设于所述循环传送组件正上方的第一切割组件及与所述第一切割组件平行且间隔设置的第二切割组件;
所述第一切割组件包括固定于支撑架上的第一固定座与第二固定座,所述第一固定座与第二固定座中固定有转轴支撑座,所述转轴支撑座上活动连接有转动轴,所述转动轴上沿轴向至少套接固定有两个圆刀,每相邻的圆刀之间设有圆刀隔套;
所述第二切割组件包括固定于支撑架上的第一转轴支撑座、活动连接于所述第一转轴支撑座上的第一转轴及固定套接于第一转轴上的刀片固定座,所述刀片固定座沿外周一圈至少固定有两个切割刀片,第一转轴一端固接有从动齿轮。
优选的,所述刀片固定座为一柱体结构,且刀片固定座的两端沿外周一圈均匀固定有压块,所述压块中间开设有一空槽,所述空槽内固接有一弹簧柱,所述弹簧柱上套接有压缩弹簧,且弹簧柱的一端固定有压块柱。
优选的,所述压块柱上固定连接有压杆,所述压杆紧贴于切割刀片,刀片固定座外周一圈上一体式固定有多个固定条且沿所述固定条长度方向固定有切割刀片,切割刀片的刃口伸出所述固定条的表面。
优选的,所述循环传送组件包括固定于支撑架上的电机、与所述电机的输出轴固接的变速箱以及固定于所述变速箱的输出轴的第二转轴,所述第二转轴的两端分别固定有链轮,所述链轮上啮合有传动链,所述传动链上固定有链板。
优选的,所述链板靠近电机一侧的正下方固定有下料板,且链板相对的两侧均固定有压板,第二转轴远离电机一端上固定有第一传动齿轮,所述第一传动齿轮啮合有第二传送齿轮。
优选的,支撑架远离电机的一端上固定有从动转轴,所述传动链一侧面上固定有链板固定柱,链板的正下方固定有连接圆筒,所述圆筒与链板固定柱匹配。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:通过链板将豆腐干依次传送至第二切割组件与第一切割组件位置处,且第一切割组件对豆腐干进行沿传送方向的切割,使得豆腐干形成条状,第二切割组件沿垂直于传送方向的切割,以使得豆腐干被切割成正方块,以使得在一条生产线上可以同时对豆腐干进行两个方向的切割,大大提高工作效率,而且电机的输出轴转动时,通过第二转轴带动第一传动齿轮进行转动,以使得第二传送齿轮转动,而第二传送齿轮通过皮带与从动齿轮传送连接,带动第一转轴转动,达到链板与切割刀片同时转动,使用同一个电机达到节能的效果。

参照图1-3,节能型连续豆腐干切块机,包括:支撑架10、固定于所述支撑架10上的循环传送组件40、沿传送方向架设于所述循环传送组件40正上方的第一切割组件30及与所述第一切割组件30平行且间隔设置的第二切割组件20,当豆腐干放置于循环传送组件40上后,通过循环传送组件40先将豆腐干传送至第一切割组件30处,对豆腐干进行沿传送方向的切割,接着传送至第二切割组件20位置处,对豆腐干再进行沿垂直于传送方向的切割,以使得豆腐干被切割成正方块,所述第一切割组件30包括固定于支撑架10上的第一固定座31与第二固定座32,所述第一固定座31与第二固定座32中固定有转轴支撑座34,所述转轴支撑座34上活动连接有转动轴33,所述转动轴33上沿轴向至少套接固定有两个圆刀36,每相邻的圆刀36之间设有圆刀隔套35,当豆腐干传送至第一切割组件30位置时,此时转动轴33转动进而带动圆刀36进行转动,进而对豆腐干进行沿传送方向的切割,所述第二切割组件20包括固定于支撑架10上的第一转轴支撑座21、活动连接于所述第一转轴支撑座21上的第一转轴22及固定套接于第一转轴22上的刀片固定座210,所述刀片固定座210沿外周一圈至少固定有两个切割刀片25,第一转轴22一端固接有从动齿轮23,当豆腐干传送至第二切割组件20位置处,此时第一转轴22转动进带动刀片固定座210转动,使得刀片固定座210上的切割刀片25旋转,对豆腐干进行垂直于传送方向的切割,最终豆腐干形成正方块。
进一步的,所述刀片固定座210为一柱体结构,且刀片固定座210的两端沿外周一圈均匀固定有压块26,所述压块26中间开设有一空槽,所述空槽内固接有一弹簧柱28,所述弹簧柱28上套接有压缩弹簧29,且弹簧柱28的一端固定有压块柱27,根据压缩弹簧29的弹力对压块柱27进行抵触,使得压块柱27固定于所述空槽内,所述压块柱27上固定连接有压杆24,所述压杆24紧贴于切割刀片25,刀片固定座210外周一圈上一体式固定有多个固定条且沿所述固定条长度方向固定有切割刀片25,切割刀片25的刃口伸出所述固定条的表面,该压杆24可以对切割刀片25起到减小力矩的作用,防止切割刀片25再切割时发生断裂。
参照图4-6,所述循环传送组件40包括固定于支撑架10上的电机41、与所述电机41的输出轴固接的变速箱42以及固定于所述变速箱42的输出轴的第二转轴43,所述第二转轴43的两端分别固定有链轮44,所述链轮44上啮合有传动链,所述传动链上固定有链板45,所述链板45靠近电机41一侧的正下方固定有下料板50,且链板45相对的两侧均固定有压板47,第二转轴43远离电机41一端上固定有第一传动齿轮46,所述第一传动齿轮46啮合有第二传送齿轮411,所述第二传送齿轮411与第一传动齿轮46相啮合,当电机41的输出轴转动时,通过第二转轴43带动第一传动齿轮46进行转动,以使得第二传送齿轮411转动,而第二传送齿轮411通过皮带与从动齿轮23传送连接,带动第一转轴22转动,达到链板45与切割刀片25同时转动,使用同一个电机达到节能的效果,支撑架10远离电机41的一端上固定有从动转轴49,所述传动链一侧面上固定有链板固定柱48,链板45的正下方固定有连接圆筒410,所述圆筒410与链板固定柱48匹配,以使得链板固定于所述传动链上。
工作原理:首先将豆腐干放置于链板45上,此时电机41带动链板45转动,依次将豆腐干带动至第一切割组件30与第二切割组件20处,同时与电机41连接的第二传送齿轮411通过皮带与从动齿轮23传送连接,带动第一转轴22转动,达到链板45与切割刀片25同时转动,当豆腐干杆位于第一切割组件30位置时,此时转动轴33转动进而带动圆刀36进行转动,进而对豆腐干进行沿传送方向的切割,接着豆腐干被传送至第二切割组件20处,此时第一转轴22转动进带动刀片固定座210转动,使得刀片固定座210上的切割刀片25旋转,对豆腐干进行垂直于传送方向的切割,最终豆腐干形成正方块,最后通过链板45传送至下料板50进行滑落。

所述第一切割组件(30)包括固定于支撑架(10)上的第一固定座(31)与第二固定座(32),所述第一固定座(31)与第二固定座(32)中固定有转轴支撑座(34),所述转轴支撑座(34)上活动连接有转动轴(33),所述转动轴(33)上沿轴向至少套接固定有两个圆刀(36),每相邻的圆刀(36)之间设有圆刀隔套(35);
所述第二切割组件(20)包括固定于支撑架(10)上的第一转轴支撑座(21)、活动连接于所述第一转轴支撑座(21)上的第一转轴(22)及固定套接于第一转轴(22)上的刀片固定座(210),所述刀片固定座(210)沿外周一圈至少固定有两个切割刀片(25),第一转轴(22)一端固接有从动齿轮(23)。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能型连续豆腐干切块机,其特征在于,所述刀片固定座(210)为一柱体结构,且刀片固定座(210)的两端沿外周一圈均匀固定有压块(26),所述压块(26)中间开设有一空槽,所述空槽内固接有一弹簧柱(28),所述弹簧柱(28)上套接有压缩弹簧(29),且弹簧柱(28)的一端固定有压块柱(27)。
3.如权利要求2所述的节能型连续豆腐干切块机,其特征在于,所述压块柱(27)上固定连接有压杆(24),所述压杆(24)紧贴于切割刀片(25),刀片固定座(210)外周一圈上一体式固定有多个固定条且沿所述固定条长度方向固定有切割刀片(25),切割刀片(25)的刃口伸出所述固定条的表面。
